DESCRIPTION:牌卡工具體驗工作坊 \n在工作場域裡的個案陪伴、芳療諮詢，或者和學生、家人和朋友的互動，不知道如何開啟一段充滿溫度、帶有一些療癒力的對話，來進行交流也更靠近彼此的心嗎？ \n日常的閒聊很順暢，但要說說更多的內心話時，總是模模糊糊說不清也感覺不上來？ \n想要表達自己的感受，卻找不到語言讓對方理解，或者，試圖更理解對方的感受，卻毫無頭緒不知從何開始對話時，操作簡單容易上手的圖像式的紅花卡，搭配清晰文字的情緒卡，將會是你最得力的小幫手！ \n在這個2.5小時的牌卡體驗工作坊裡，子瑩心理師會透過陪伴大家透過清晰的步驟和流程，親身體驗與學習如何藉由情緒卡和小紅花這兩個超級實用又容易上手的牌卡工具，作為開啟對話的橋樑和靠近情緒的階梯，為你的專業對話加分！擁有一個清晰的路徑，溫柔搭起彼此對話和理解的橋樑，也陪伴眼前的人靠近自己的心。 \nCard Tool Experience Workshop \nIn work environments\, case accompaniment\, aromatherapy consultations\, or interactions with students\, family\, and friends\, do you sometimes find it challenging to start a warm\, healing conversation that fosters meaningful connection? \nWhile casual chats might flow smoothly\, deeper feelings often remain hard to express. Do you find it difficult to express your emotions clearly\, or perhaps you want to understand others’ feelings but don’t know where to start? With simple\, intuitive tools like Red Flower Cards and Emotion Cards\, expressing and understanding emotions becomes much easier. \nIn this 2.5-hour workshop\, therapist Tzu-Ying will guide participants through step-by-step practices to effectively use the Red Flower Cards and Emotion Cards as practical\, approachable tools for opening up conversations and connecting emotionally.
