DESCRIPTION:銘傳大學桃園校區前程規劃處諮商中心將於10／18（五）舉辦「心靈DJ期初大會」，特別邀請劉又綺臨床心理師，帶來主題為「誰」在你的主控台？Inside out的情緒管理課；透過這場精彩分享，劉老師將引導同學了解情緒在個人成長中的變化歷程，以及情緒如何影響行為，進而塑造每個人的生命步調。 \n「心靈DJ」是銘傳大學校園中特殊且重要的幹部角色，作為同學與諮商中心之間的橋樑，肩負著每週發布【心靈快報】的任務。不僅分享前程規劃處舉辦的各項活動資訊，更融入多樣心理小知識，將愛與關懷傳遞到校園的每一個角落，成為同學們生活中的心靈小種子。 \n透過本次活動，希望提升心靈DJ的輔導與服務能力，並能學會在日常生活中更有效地管理情緒、調整自我狀態。請各班心靈DJ歡迎踴躍報名參加，活動詳情請參考報名網址：https://eform.mcu.edu.tw/node/3411。 \nThe Counseling Center of the Career Planning Office at MCU’s Taoyuan Campus will host the “Mindful DJ Semester Kickoff Event” on Friday\, October 18. Special guest Liu You-Qi\, a clinical psychologist\, will deliver a talk titled “Who’s in Control?” An Inside-Out Guide to Emotion Management. In this insightful session\, Dr. Liu will guide students through the emotional changes experienced in personal growth\, and how emotions influence behavior\, shaping the rhythm of each individual’s life. \n“Mindful DJ” is a unique and essential role on MCU’s campus\, serving as a bridge between students and the Counseling Center. DJs are tasked with sharing the “Mindful Bulletin” weekly\, not only providing information about events organized by Career Planning and Counseling Division but also incorporating valuable psychological tips. They aim to spread love and care throughout the campus\, acting as small seeds of positivity in students’ daily lives. \nThrough this event\, the goal is to enhance the counseling and service capabilities of Mindful DJs\, equipping them with better emotional management skills and techniques to adjust their mental state in everyday life.
