DESCRIPTION:夜觀路線介紹 Night Tour Introduction \n我們看到了許多自私濫用力量的人，傾倒垃圾與不當開發層出不窮，當我們不再與動植物共享河流後，衛生問題、洪災、身為人類的孤單感襲來往往是措手不及的。握有力量的人啊，更應該溫柔。 \n而在外雙溪就有如此一條老水圳，百年來一直隱藏在樹林之間，默默灌溉下游農田的同時，所經之處老樹盤根錯節，底棲生物的鑽動聲與蟲鳴聲此起彼落，過山刀沿著圳邊忙碌的搜索著獵物，與一條乾淨的天然小溪幾無分別。而且有了森林的保護，這條水圳從未被洪水沖破，下游居民的安全也一直被庇護著。原來，人類的開發不一定得是冰冷灰色調的水泥化工程，我們有無限潛能，能創造出滋養萬物的生命之水。 \n讓老水圳來給我們上一堂課，教會我們何謂責任，讓我們學會溫柔、願意包容。 \nWe have witnessed many selfish acts of power\, from dumping trash to inappropriate development\, leading to environmental degradation. When we stop sharing our rivers with the plants and animals\, we are unprepared for the consequences: sanitation issues\, floods\, and a deep sense of human isolation. Those who hold power must learn to be gentle. \nIn Wai Shuang Xi\, there is such an old irrigation canal. For over a hundred years\, it has quietly irrigated the downstream farmlands while hidden in the woods. Along its path\, ancient tree roots intertwine\, and the sounds of benthic creatures and insect calls are constant. The Chinese cobra slithers along the canal’s edge in search of prey\, and the canal itself is indistinguishable from a clean\, natural stream. Protected by the surrounding forest\, this canal has never been breached by floodwaters\, ensuring the safety of downstream residents. It teaches us that human development doesn’t have to be cold\, grey\, and concrete. If driving\, you can park on Qingping Road within Pingdeng Village.\nYou will receive a confirmation email and SMS with meeting details three days prior to the event.\nPlease avoid being late to ensure the quality of the experience for all participants.\n\n個人行前準備 Personal Preparation \n\n山區夜間溫度較低，請記得帶外套或保暖衣物。\n夜間觀察，請穿長袖、長褲、包腳鞋子，建議勿穿涼鞋、拖鞋和短褲，以避免蚊蟲叮咬。\n雨衣（基於環保因素，主辦單位將不提供輕便雨衣）、飲用水。\n個人藥品與健保卡。\n活動過程需簡易健行，除了團隊提供之點心外亦可自備點心零嘴。\n\n\nThe temperature in the mountains at night can drop\, so remember to bring a jacket or warm clothing.\nFor night observation\, wear long sleeves\, long pants\, and closed-toe shoes. Avoid sandals\, slippers\, and shorts to protect yourself from insect bites.\nBring a raincoat (for environmental reasons\, disposable raincoats are not provided)\, drinking water\, personal medications\, and your health insurance card.\nThe event includes light hiking. While snacks are provided\, feel free to bring your own snacks.\n\n報名須知 Registration Information \n\n活動報名人數若未達出團門檻（3人），將在三天前寄信＆簡訊通知，並全額退費。\n課程八天前將無法退票，不過票劵能夠自由轉讓。\n如發生天災或事變等不可抗力因素，主辦單位有權取消活動。\n如有任何疑問，歡迎至【 TPHA Ecotourism 台北城市狩獵 】FB粉絲專頁（https://www.facebook.com/TPHAEcotourism）私訊。\n請務必填寫經常使用的電子信箱，以避免漏掉重要通知。\n\n\nIf the minimum number of participants (3 people) is not met\, a cancellation notification will be sent via email and SMS three days before the event\, and a full refund will be issued.\nCancellations are not allowed within eight days of the event\, but tickets can be transferred to others.\nThe organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances.\nFor any questions\, feel free to message us on the TPHA Ecotourism Facebook page.\nMake sure to provide an active email address to avoid missing important notifications.\n\n退費辦法 Refund Policy \n\n團員在活動開始前8天申請取消，請上ACCUPASS系統上退費。\n團員在行程開始前3-7天申請無法取消，然可將票卷轉讓，票卷轉讓後務必通知主辦單位，進行保險資料更改，如因爲未通知造成損失恕不負責。\n團員在集合逾時或缺席者恕不退費。\n\n\nParticipants may request a refund via the ACCUPASS system if canceled at least 8 days prior to the event.\nCancellations made 3-7 days before the event cannot be refunded but can be transferred to someone else. After transferring\, notify the organizer to update insurance details.
