DESCRIPTION:在這場以聲音與肢體為核心的工作坊中，我們將漫遊於北投的城市聲響，透過即興的聲音探索，喚醒日常聲音的覺察，延展出與身體及音樂的深層連結。 \n隨著輕柔的暖身，讓身體舒展、喚醒肌肉，感受內在的平靜。通過重心的轉移，體會每一步的平衡與支持，找到屬於自己的自在律動，成為街頭景色中的主角。 \n以聲音為靈感，這次漫遊將帶我們以身體為畫筆，在北投的空間中描繪聽覺的畫面，讓聲音與肢體在都市中共振。每一段旋律、每一處街頭聲響，都是即興創作的契機，讓我們重新發現城市的日常之美，將這些聲音化為動作的靈感。 \n從動到靜，從聲到舞，這段聲舞共振的旅程，將帶你與北投一起呼吸、共舞，重新連結日常的聲響與內在的律動。 \nIn this sound and movement-focused workshop\, participants will roam through Beitou\, exploring the city’s soundscape through improvisation. The workshop aims to heighten awareness of everyday sounds and deepen the connection with one’s body and music. \nThe experience begins with gentle warm-up exercises to awaken the body and muscles\, fostering inner peace. Through weight shifts and balance exercises\, participants will find their natural rhythm and become a part of Beitou’s street scenes. Inspired by sound\, this urban journey will allow each participant to use their body as a brush\, painting a soundscape within Beitou’s space\, with every melody and urban sound serving as inspiration for movement. \nFrom motion to stillness\, from sound to dance\, this journey invites you to breathe and dance with Beitou\, reconnecting with the rhythm of both daily sounds and inner movement. \n師資介紹 Instructor Introduction \n王怡方／教育者、舞蹈藝術工作者 \n致力於舞蹈演出、創作、教學及跨域合作表演，曾與多位編舞家及不同領域藝術工作者合作，透過與不同藝術家對話共創更多可能。同時關照整個社會環境，近年創作更以社會關懷為主軸，期望透過藝術轉譯生命歷程，讓舞蹈貼近大眾，讓藝術療癒社會。 \nDance educator and performer Known for her work in dance performance\, creation\, teaching\, and interdisciplinary collaborations\, Wang is passionate about translating life experiences through dance and bringing art closer to the public. \nGrace／即興樂手、跨領域劇場工作者 \n古典音樂體系長大，途中2年於德國學習大提琴演奏，回國後接觸到即興與劇場，因而改變了自己與音樂的關係。音樂除外，也持續不定期進修即興劇、演員表演、肢體發展、小丑等課程，將之融為藝術課程中。 \n2024年創辦了「五維聚所Motifive」，持續推出與即興創作相關的課程、活動。 \nImprovisational musician and interdisciplinary theater artist Grace has a classical music background and has studied cello in Germany. In 2024\, she founded “Motifive\,” offering improvisational and creative workshops. \nHaving grown up in classical music\, she spent two years in Germany studying cello performance. After returning to Taiwan\, she discovered improvisation and theater\, which transformed her relationship with music. Grace excels at collaborating and conversing across different fields. She has composed music for film\, designed sound for theater\, and written cello parts for singers. Pin An’s music travels across various genres\, from pop during their participation in “The Jungle Voice 2” to producing for independent hip-hop labels\, and now focusing on independent electronic music. They perform live\, teach\, and produce across different locations while retreating to the mountains for spiritual practice. \nPerformances include the 2024 Taiwan Lantern Festival\, Black Bear Music Festival\, Left Bank Café Midnight Dragon\, and various wellness workshops. \nCompetition experiences include winning third place and first in peer voting at the 2022 Oursong DEGEN Remix Contest. \nCurrently\, Pin An manages the “Music Production Course” community and teaches in an online course titled “Zero Music Theory Electronic Production”\, launched in 2023 with over 100 positive reviews from students.
