\n「動搖世代的啟航：蔣渭水生命軌跡」特展資訊\n日期：114年08月22日〜115年08月\n開放時間：上午9時30分至下午５時30分（週一休館）\n地址：渭水驛站（臺北市大同區延平北路二段27號） \n  \nSpecial Exhibition: Set Sail in a Shaking Era — The Life Trajectory of Chiang Wei-shui\nThe Wei Shui Station\, under the Department of Cultural Affairs\, Taipei City Government\, is proud to present its latest exhibition: “Set Sail in a Shaking Era: The Life Trajectory of Chiang Wei-shui.” Curated by the Chiang Wei-shui Cultural Foundation\, this exhibition offers a profound look at the life of Taiwan’s pioneer of democratic enlightenment through the lens of a “Life River.” \nThe exhibition is inspired by Chiang Wei-shui’s own stirring words: \n\n“A shaking era is the happiest era for humanity; for only through the tremors of today can we achieve the progress of tomorrow.” \n\nMessage from the Curator\nChen Ya-chieh\, CEO of the Chiang Wei-shui Cultural Foundation\, shares that the goal is for visitors to not only learn about Chiang’s activism but also to feel his struggles\, choices\, and passion within the flow of history. SUMMARY:《步入永恆：賈科梅蒂、米羅、考爾德》Special Exhibition: Stepping Into Eternity Masterpieces by Giacometti\, Miró\, and Calder
\n  \n展覽資訊 \n展覽地點:富邦美術館 臺北市信義區松高路79號(富邦美術館\,1樓水景展廳)  \n展覽時間:2025-12-24~2026-04-20 11:00-18:00 週二閉館 \n  \n“Stepping Into Eternity” showcases the iconic sculptures of three of the 20th century’s most influential artistic giants: Alberto Giacometti (1901–1966)\, Joan Miró (1893–1983)\, and Alexander Calder (1898–1976). This rare collection marks the first time many of these works are being exhibited in Taiwan. \nThe Journey of Three Masters\nIn the 1920s\, these artists arrived in Paris from Switzerland\, Spain\, and the United States\, respectively. They quickly rose to prominence within the avant-garde and Surrealist circles by boldly defying traditional figurative art. Following the outbreak of World War II\, each returned to their homeland\, where their post-war careers further deepened their exploration of form\, scale\, and space\, pushing the boundaries of what sculpture could be. \nExhibition Highlights\nFeaturing 47 masterpieces from the Fondation Maeght—one of Europe’s most prestigious modern art collections—this exhibition focuses on their post-war creative evolution: \n\n\nAlberto Giacometti: Exploring the perception of distance\, Giacometti created slender\, seemingly fragile human figures. Through minimalist forms and elongated proportions\, he captured the essence of human loneliness and existential presence within space. \n\n\nJoan Miró: Immersing himself fully in sculpture\, Miró drew inspiration from everyday and natural objects. With his whimsical imagination and unexpected combinations\, he transformed and reshaped the very appearance of reality. \n\n\nAlexander Calder: Calder continued to expand the realm of “mobiles” (kinetic sculptures) while creating increasingly massive outdoor public sculptures that energize their surroundings and awaken the viewer’s perception. \n\n\nTogether\, these three artists redefined sculpture for a new era\, engaging a broader audience and opening diverse ways to dialogue with an ever-changing world. \n\nExhibition Information\n\n\nDates: December 24\, 2025 – April 20\, 2026 \n\n\nHours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Closed on Tuesdays) \n\n\nVenue: Fubon Art Museum\, 1F Water Gallery \n\n\nAddress: No. 79\, Songgao Rd.\, Xinyi Dist.\, Taipei City

Witness the powerful movement of the sedan chairs during the 「Lve-Tong-Ji」 ceremony as they prepare to cross over 10\,000 pounds of glowing charcoal—a display of divine authority that stands as one of Taiwan’s most spectacular cultural events. \n\n\nTaste of Tradition: Before the ceremony begins\, feel the heat of the charcoal stacks while enjoying a bowl of warm 「Ping-An-Zhou」. It is a local gesture of hospitality and warmth during the Yilan winter. \n\n\nThe Search for the Medium: Follow the sedan chair teams as they head out to find the 「Tong-Ji」 (spirit medium) chosen by 「Wang-Gong」 for this year. This is a unique and fascinating custom of the 「Er-Jie-Wang-Gong」 Temple. Every year\, the deity uses the sedan chairs to locate the medium—who may be hiding in a private home\, a shop\, or even a forest—to demonstrate divine power and ensure the fire-walking ritual proceeds safely. \n\n\nJoin the Experience: In collaboration with the 「Er-Jie-Wang-Gong」 Temple\, we are launching this special tour for 100 participants to follow the deity in the search for the medium. We welcome everyone to join us for this immersive cultural journey. \n\n\nRegistration Link: Accupass Event Page

In the vast current of twentieth-century art\, Picasso burned like an undying flame—relentlessly driven by creation and exploration\, boldly breaking conventions and opening new artistic horizons. Every work he produced was a profound question posed to both himself and his era. From the solitude of the Blue Period to the tenderness of the Rose Period\, from the revolutionary vision of Cubism to the love and inspiration drawn from seven muses\, the exhibition reveals the wellspring where art and inspiration intertwine. \nFive Exhibition Highlights \n\n\nA powerful reimagining of Guernica through light and sound\, reconstructing the lament of war and humanity’s anguished cry \n\n\nThe inspiration of seven muses\, unveiling the intersection of Picasso’s emotional life and artistic creation \n\n\nTaiwan’s first immersive Picasso light-and-shadow experience\, allowing visitors to step into the canvas and feel the flow of color and emotion \n\n\nHigh-quality recreations of iconic works\, tracing Picasso’s artistic evolution from the Blue and Rose periods to Cubism\, and witnessing his creative force amid historical change \n\n\nA “Picasso You Can Understand” exhibition—through stories\, visuals\, and emotion\, guiding audiences to understand art and\, in turn\, see themselves \n\n\n序區｜你所不知道的畢卡索 \n透過畢卡索的名言與逸聞，觀眾將走進他鮮為人知的世界。 \nIntroductory Zone | The Picasso You Didn’t Know \nThrough Picasso’s quotes and anecdotes\, visitors enter a lesser-known world of the artist. From moments of daily life to fragments of creation\, this section reveals his misunderstood humor\, persistence\, and inner contradictions. It is the gateway into Picasso’s inner world. \nZone 1 | An Artistic Pioneer Amid the Tides of History \nFollowing a chronological path\, this zone traces the growth of a young prodigy amid the upheavals of the twentieth century. From his early artistic awakening to his studies and explorations in Barcelona and Paris\, each step is intertwined with war\, politics\, and social change. Every image and story reminds us that art is not merely self-expression—it can challenge the world and reshape history. \nZone 2 | The Picasso Gallery: Deconstruction and Reconstruction \nThis zone recreates Picasso’s classic works: the whispered solitude of blue\, the flowing tenderness of pink; Cubism challenges your vision\, while postwar reflections wait in quiet contemplation. Lines leap\, forms reassemble\, colors invert—each stroke carries risk and reflection\, drawing visitors into Picasso’s painted universe. \nZone 3 | Guernica: The Cry of War \nDedicated to Picasso’s monumental anti-war masterpiece Guernica\, this space uses large-scale projections\, preparatory sketches\, and sensory experiences to convey the painting’s pain and power. Visitors are guided to understand its historical background and artistic language\, exploring how art becomes an eternal voice against war and a call for peace. \nZone 4 | Eternal Picasso \nA 360-degree immersive theater pays tribute to Picasso through image\, sound\, and color. Surrounded by flowing light and shadow\, visitors experience the rhythm of form and color\, and feel the emotional tension behind creation. Each transformation of light echoes the spirit of Picasso’s works\, translating his reflections on the world\, life\, and emotion into visual and auditory resonance. \nZone 5 | I Am Picasso \nSelf-portraits span Picasso’s lifetime and serve as a vital expression of self-exploration. From youth to old age\, this zone presents his reflections on identity\, lived experience\, and artistic pursuit. Visitors witness how the artist projected himself onto the canvas\, engaging in a subtle dialogue between creation and self. \nZone 6 | The Muses Within the Paintings \nSeven women who profoundly influenced Picasso—from Fernande to Jacqueline—were both beloved companions and sources of inspiration.
