DESCRIPTION:本次是謝明錩到目前為止所專注發展面貌的全部展現。簡單分類的話，主要在「意蘊和意念」之間打轉；「意蘊」即畫中呈現的思考性、文學性、哲學性、與生活感觸等，而關於藝術觀念、技法、形式、創意方面的呈現則是「意念」。所以「要不要讓作品說話」以及「怎麼說」可以說完全是依對象物而定。這也是謝明錩作品與眾最截然不同之處，可說是「自成系統、不斷演化。」「趁勢而為、隨緣創造。」 \nThis exhibition showcases the entire scope of Hsieh Ming Chang’s artistic development to date. Broadly categorized\, his work revolves around “Meaning and Concept”. “Meaning” refers to the intellectual\, literary\, philosophical\, and emotional elements presented in his paintings\, while “Concept” encompasses the artistic ideas\, techniques\, forms\, and creativity displayed. Therefore\, whether or not to let the work “speak” and how it “speaks” entirely depends on the subject matter.
