Through this activity\, we hope to instill a sense of traffic safety among students and reduce the chances of accidents. The quiz contest runs from now until April 30 at noon. There is no limit to the number of attempts\, and participants have the chance to win the following prizes: \nFirst Prize: NT$3\,000 cash\, 5 ASUS ZenPower 10050mAh power banks\, 6 prizes of NT$500 cash\, and 20 prizes of NT$200 cash\, along with various other attractive rewards. \nWe encourage everyone to participate actively! DESCRIPTION:展期：2024/1/25/ (三) – 3/25(四)\n地點：銘傳大學商設藝廊(設計大樓三樓)，桃園市龜山區德明路5號 \nExhibition Period: January 25 (Wednesday) to March 25 (Thursday)\, 2024\nVenue: Design Gallery\, Ming Chuan University (3rd floor of the Design Building)\, No. 5\, De Ming Road\, Guishan District\, Taoyuan City \n商設藝廊即日起至2024.03.25展出\n【心之島嶼】周曉蘭插畫個展\n歡迎全校師生蒞臨設計大樓3樓商設藝廊欣賞指教。 \nThe Design Gallery is hosting an exhibition from now until March 25th\, 2024.\n“Island of the Heart” – Illustration Solo Exhibition by Chou Hsiao-Lan\nWe welcome all faculty and students to visit the Design Gallery on the 3rd floor of the Design Building to appreciate and provide feedback. \n▍創作理念\n法國知名作家安托萬·德·聖修伯里（法語：Antoine de Saint-Exupéry；1900-1944）在《小王子》（法語：Le Petit Prince）一書中提到：「沙漠之所以美麗，是因為在它的某個角落隱藏著一口井。」〈What makes the desert beautiful is that somewhere it hides a well.〉 藝術品宛若「時空膠囊」，跨越了時間和空間的距離，創作者探索自身與外界人、事、時、地、物間的生命軌跡，從而進行內化映射在作品，體現出─「藝術即生活」的生命情趣。 此次插畫創作展─「心之島嶼」〈ISLAND OF THE HEART〉，意指我們每個人心中都有一個屬於自己的島嶼故事。我將日常生活的觀察、體會轉化為創作的符旨（signified）。作品藉由擬人化姿態的動物，表現出生活中個體與外界所產生的情感聯繫。而那些看似微不足道且容易被忽略的每一轉瞬，恰成為別具療癒效果的心靈雞湯。 \n▍Concept of Creation\nRenowned French author Antoine de Saint-Exupéry (1900-1944) once wrote in “The Little Prince”: “What makes the desert beautiful is that somewhere it hides a well”. Artworks serve as “time-space capsules”\, transcending the boundaries of time and space. The creator explores the life trajectory between oneself and the external world\, reflecting on the essence of “art as life”. This illustration exhibition\, “Island of the Heart”\, signifies the unique stories residing within each individual’s heart. Through the personification of animals\, the artworks depict the emotional connections between individuals and the external world. Every seemingly trivial and easily overlooked moment becomes a healing elixir for the soul. \n▍簡介\n台北出生，♀，國立臺北藝術大學美術研究所碩士。大學時多次於報紙發表插畫作品，便開啟了插畫創作之旅！平日喜歡「遊走人間」，將讀過的詩歌、走過的市集、聊過的對話，當成創意儲值。喜愛療癒感十足的小動物們，特別是外表呆萌的貓頭鷹！ 現任銘傳大學兼任講師、國語日報美育組教師、光仁中學特約美術教師和自由插畫與繪本工作者，並多次擔任官方競賽與縣市美展評審。 \n▍Artist Profile \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBorn in Taipei\, ♀\, holds a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from Taipei National University of the Arts. During university\, she frequently published illustrations in newspapers\, initiating her journey in illustration creation. She enjoys “wandering the world”\, using poetry\, market strolls\, and conversations as sources of creative inspiration. She has a special fondness for adorable little animals\, especially owls with their endearing appearances! Currently serving as an adjunct lecturer at Ming Chuan University\, a teacher in the Mandarin Daily News’ Art Education Department\, a contracted art teacher at Kuang Jen High School\, and working as a freelance illustrator and picture book creator. She has also served as a judge for official competitions and county art exhibitions on multiple occasions.

DESCRIPTION:第35屆銘傳文藝獎已經邁入最終徵稿時程，包括小說、中文散文、現代詩、英文創作、四格漫畫、歌曲創作、校園攝影等七個組別，都將在3/20 (三) 截止收件。為了給予評審委員充裕的審稿時間，主辦單位將不會延長上述七組的截稿日期，請有意參與校園文學競賽的同學，把握時程。 \n此外，微電影評審建議，因應開學至截稿日僅三週時間，對於需要較多時間剪輯後製的微電影團隊，略嫌倉促。為求投稿作品能更完美呈現，經主辦單位決議微電影組順延至4/3 (三) 截止收件。提醒大家，只有「微電影組」延後收件日，其餘各組別將維持3/20 (三) 截止哦！ \nThe 35th Ming Chuan Literary and Art Awards has entered its final submission phase\, including seven categories such as Chinese novel\, Chinese prose\, modern Chinese poetry\, English creative writing\, four-frame cartoon\, song creation\, and campus photography. The deadline for submissions for all categories is March 20 (Wednesday). In order to provide the judging panel with ample time for evaluation\, the deadline for the seven categories mentioned above will not be extended\, so interested students participating in the campus literary competition should adhere to the schedule. \nAdditionally\, regarding the Short Film category\, the judging panel suggests an extension due to the limited three-week period from the start of the school year to the submission deadline\, which may be somewhat rushed for teams requiring more time for editing and post-production of their short film. To ensure that submitted works can be presented more perfectly\, it has been decided by the organizers to extend the deadline for the short film category to April 3 (Wednesday). Please note that only the “Short Film category” deadline is extended\, while the deadlines for all other categories will remain on March 20 (Wednesday)!

This platform invites teams from around the world to develop and demonstrate their expertise in identifying acute appendicitis using AI. SUMMARY:2024後生提攜計畫
DESCRIPTION:一、計畫說明\n為吸引客家及傳播人才，本台於2009年制訂「後生提攜計畫實施辦法」，以培訓未來客家電視所需人才。\n本計畫培訓內容以客家語言、客家文化，以及電視實務為訓練基礎，讓客家後生及傳播領域的年輕人，並使大專院校學生能利用暑假期間，將所學理論與實務配合，吸取實際作業經驗，特訂定、實施此一計畫。 \n二、參加對象\n(一)、凡對於客家文化傳播有興趣之大二至大四大專院校學生或研究所在學研究生皆可報名參加，具客語認證資格、或熟諳客語者、或曾獲教育部全國大專校院學生本國語文競賽活動客家語項目優勝者優先。\n(二)、於實習期間需仍具學生身份，應屆畢業者，需於通知錄取時，提供取得研究所入學資格或是延畢之相關證明，方得參加培訓。\n(三)、受過「後生提攜計畫」培訓者，不得重覆申請。\n(四)、本計畫因經費有限，以培育國內傳播人才優先，暫不開放非本國籍學生報名。 \n三、實習期間:\n2024 年 7 月 1 日至 2024 年 8 月 31 日（共 360 小時） \n四、招生時間:\n(一)、報名時間：2024 年 2 月 1 日（星期四）至2024 年 3 月 25 日（星期一），以線上報名表填寫時間為準。\n報名網址：https://forms.gle/QbmqV2y5jvomAyM99\n(二)、甄試時間：2024 年 4 月 13 日（星期六），暫定在符合防疫規定下採實體方式進行。 \n五、招生名額\n(一)、如下表所示：\n新聞採訪組 2名\n新聞攝影組 2名\n節目部 5名\n行銷活動組 2名\n數位發展組 1名\n(二)、 需於報名時擇定報考組別，不得跨組或事後換組，各組依實際徵選情形，得不足額錄取或另列備取。\n(三)、 如有國立屏東大學、國立屏東科技大學、國立台灣戲曲學院、國立高雄師範大學、國立聯合大學（含臺灣語文與傳播學系）、國立陽明交通大學、國立中央大學等七所學校之客家相關學院、系所，具在學資格及客語聽說能力者報名時，各校將擇優錄取保障名額一名。其他則依所有報名者甄試成績排序擇優錄取。\n(四)、如有國立清華大學竹師教育學院幼兒教育學系之報名者，將擇優錄取保障名額一名，並指定至節目部兒少組實習。 \n六、報名方式\n一律採取網路報名。申請所需資料：\n(一)、實習生個人報名表（請上網填寫表單）。如有個人作品請先行上傳網路並於報名表中提供具瀏覽權限之連結。 \n報名網址：https://forms.gle/QbmqV2y5jvomAyM99\n(二)另將個人履歷、自傳（文中請註明所選之徵選組別及原因）、最近一學期之成績單影本、客語認證資格證書影本、教育部全國大專校院學生本國語文競賽活動客家語項目優勝證明影本，以PDF檔寄至event@hakkatv.org.tw。 \n七、甄選方式\n本計畫採公開甄選方式\,由客家電視台組成「後生提攜計畫培訓小組」負責辦理。甄選方式採書審與面試等兩種方式進行，其中書審占20%、面試成績占80%。\n(一) 、書審：相關資料截止收件後，由審查委員進行書審，審查通過者將接獲甄試通知，進行第二階段面試。\n(二) 、面試：面試時間為 4 月 13 日，將規劃分部門及分時段個別面談，甄試者需依指定時間到場面試。\n(三)、合併第一階段與第二階段成績計算，依照甄選成績排序結果，擇優錄取，於 2024 年 4 月 22 日公告甄試結果。 \n八、成效考核\n(一) 實習結束前一周，由學生將各校發出之實習考核成績表或與實習表現相關之資料，交由實習期間之督導或主管予以考核\,並加蓋部門印信後自行帶回學校。如有需要，亦可交由行銷部活動組實習業務承辦人代寄回學校。\n(二) 每名學員需於收到甄試錄取通知起，二週內於郵局匯入保證金新台幣2\,000元，待課程結束後全額退回。但培訓期間缺席時數累積達6日者，均不予退費且不發給結業證書，客家電視亦保留學員退訓的權利。惟缺席原因為病假者（需有合格醫療院所開立之收據或就醫證明），保證金仍予退回，但不發給結業證書。\n(三)學員須遵守客家電視台後生提攜計畫相關培訓規定。培訓期間將進行期中與期末兩次學習評量，若未達標準者，本台得處以退訓或不發予結業證書。未完成結業者，其保證金不退還。 \n九、注意事項\n(一) 受訓學員因參加本計畫所參與、製作之所有作品（包含但不限於文字、圖像、聲音、影像），均應予指定期間內交付客家電視台。客家電視台享有該作品之著作財產權，並擇優於頻道與網路播出；受訓學員仍享有著作人格權。 \n(二) 完成全部課程之學員，將納入客家電視台人才庫名單並視需要擇優錄用，或代為推薦予委製、合製單位擇優聘用。\n(三) 報名者視同完全同意本計畫之各項規定。可上後生提攜計畫部落格（http://hakkatv.pixnet.net/blog）閱讀相關訊息。如有未盡事宜，客家電視台得適時修改並於網站公告。 \n十、實習業務聯絡方式\n電話：(02)2633-8200 行銷企劃部 李小姐\n傳真：(02)2630-2080\n地址：114台北市內湖區康寧路三段75巷100號\n電子郵件：event@hakkatv.org.tw\n後生提攜計畫部落格：http://hakkatv.pixnet.net/blog

DESCRIPTION:活動宗旨 Event Purpose \n隨著科技的進步，知識越來越垂手可得，單有高知識不再和高競爭力劃上等號，還需加上思考與創新的能力，方能成為領域中的佼佼者。而學校教育面對此一趨勢，教學目標轉變，經營策略與教學方法也應隨之變革。事實上國際間教育革新早已行之多年，我國更是早將培養創造力作為教育政策的目標之一。本活動正是為了響應此趨勢，結合KDP國際教育榮譽學會(Kappa Delta Pi\, International Honor Society in Education)榮譽會員國際授證，鼓勵學校經營者與教師求新求變，開創出教育界的嶄新氣象。 \nWith the advancement of technology\, knowledge has become increasingly accessible. However\, having high knowledge alone no longer guarantees high competitiveness; it also requires the ability to think and innovate. In response to this trend\, educational objectives have shifted\, and strategies for management and teaching methods should also evolve accordingly. In fact\, educational reforms have been implemented internationally for many years\, and our country has long made fostering creativity one of its educational policy goals. DESCRIPTION:本院比較刑事司法研究中心主任許春金教授，擬週二（3/26）於社科大樓BB301舉辦一場線上新書－【在修復式正義實踐中讓關係正確的建構】作者見面會。 \n作者分別為澳洲修復式正義協會理事長與副理事長，該書是一本講述修復式正義的實用指南，一方面可在司法領域中使用以對傷害提供療癒，另一方面也可更廣泛地在社區中使用，來幫助人們和平共處。 \n本書集合作者們幾十年來在修復式正義第一線工作的經驗結晶，講述了一套理論，並詳細介紹了相應的技能。本書包含對司法系統中現有方案的案例研究與改進建議，也針對機構虐待、家庭暴力和性暴力事件中修復式正義模式的革新，修復式正義在校園以及工作場域的實踐等。 \nThe Comparative Criminal Research Center of our institute\, led by Professor Sheu Chuen-Jim\, plans to host an online book launch event titled “Setting Relations Right in Restorative Practice” on Tuesday (3/26) at BB301 in the Social Sciences Building. \nThe authors\, respectively serving as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Australian Restorative Justice Association\, present a practical guide on restorative justice. This book can be utilized in the judicial field to provide healing for injuries and can also be applied more broadly in communities to assist people in peaceful coexistence. \nDrawing from decades of frontline experience in restorative justice\, the authors articulate a theoretical framework and provide detailed skill sets. The book includes case studies and improvement suggestions for existing programs in the judicial system\, as well as innovations in the restorative justice model for institutional abuse\, domestic violence\, and sexual assault cases. From now until March 29th\, Ming Chuan students are welcome to register in teams based on their departments. Let’s sweat it out together in the hot month of May and bring the championship banner back to our departments! \nThe President’s Cup basketball and volleyball championships are divided into men’s and women’s divisions\, with a maximum of 14 players per team. The Taipei and Taoyuan campuses will each crown campus champions\, who will then compete in the final championship game (tentatively scheduled for May 31st at noon\, with basketball finals at the Taipei campus and volleyball finals at the Taoyuan campus) to determine the overall champion of 2024. Who will claim the championship banner? \nAccording to the President’s Cup competition regulations\, both events will be single elimination tournaments\, following the latest rules set by the Chinese Taipei Basketball and Volleyball Associations. To ensure fairness\, only one player from each department will be allowed to play on the basketball court\, and only two players on the volleyball court. DESCRIPTION:極的永續發展成為主流，然而大、中小型企業，面對超載資訊、規範框架推陳出新、國內政策實施，企業轉型壓力倍增；同時，氣候變遷、減碳及調適，並無減緩跡象。總總原因，引發企業產生氣候及碳焦慮（Climate anxiety）、淨零轉型風險焦慮，甚或寧願保持沉默（Green hushing），以避免外界放大檢視。然而，永續行動無疑是刻不容緩的，企業卻陷入渾沌泥沼中，急需強而有力的繩索引路前行。 \n另一方面，資金驅動的創新、自然解方的新能量、法規政策勢力的推動、商業模式轉換的新思維、全民覺醒等能量累積，有機會將 ESG、永續、減碳行動，帶向下一個永續篇章，因此以「Beyond Sustainability」跳脫框架的永續思維為題，並以創新技術、全新商模、綠領人才培育，作為「進化解方」提供新契機。 \n2024 第十屆 台灣暨亞太永續趨勢與分析發表會，將邀請國際重要組織、重要標準制定單位、創新者以及標竿企業與會分享。透過三大議程，討論揭露、轉型、議合之解方與實踐，為企業在無序的轉型迷途中，提供新的見解與指引。 \nActive sustainability has become mainstream\, yet large\, medium\, and small enterprises face increasing pressure to transform due to information overload\, evolving regulatory frameworks\, and the implementation of domestic policies. Meanwhile\, climate change\, carbon reduction\, and adaptation show no signs of slowing down. These factors have led to climate and carbon anxieties among enterprises\, causing some to remain silent to avoid external scrutiny\, a phenomenon known as “green hushing.” However\, sustainable action is urgent\, and enterprises find themselves in a chaotic situation\, in need of strong guidance. \nOn the other hand\, the accumulation of energy from funding-driven innovations\, new energies from natural solutions\, the push of regulatory policies\, new thinking in business model transformation\, and awakening among the general public present an opportunity to propel ESG\, sustainability\, and carbon reduction actions into the next sustainable chapter. Therefore\, under the theme “Beyond Sustainability\,” innovative technologies\, new business models\, and green talent cultivation are presented as “evolutionary solutions” to provide new opportunities. \nThe 10th International Conference on Trends of Sustainability 2024 will invite important international organizations\, key standard-setting bodies\, innovators\, and benchmark enterprises to share insights. Integrated Solutions for Disclosure and Consensus\nFaced with information overload\, enterprises are busy with carbon audits\, disclosure frameworks\, and improving ratings. However\, the key should be the substantial improvement of enterprise ESG strategies and operational transformation through disclosure and consensus\, viewing them as solutions rather than pressures. By analyzing and sharing perspectives from major domestic and international standard-setting bodies\, this session will provide a real spirit of disclosure and consensus and practical application guidelines\, including how IFRS/ISSB can establish global economic resilience and regional influence in the Asia-Pacific region. \n2. Evolutionary Solutions for Sustainable Transformation\nSustainable development is changing industries and creating growth. Enterprises are taking “self-check” actions in various aspects of their business and operations based on international frameworks and standards to adjust their operational capabilities and optimize management effectiveness. This session will focus on the adoption of international standards\, inviting representatives from GRI and ERM Taiwan to share the content of GRI guidelines\, CSRD\, CSDDD directives\, as well as the impacts and challenges that Taiwanese enterprises will face\, and invite leading Taiwanese enterprises to share their transformation methods and insights in response to disclosure guidelines. \n3. The Campus Health Services Section of the Student Affairs Division will be organizing the “Healthy Posture 2.0 Program” at the Taipei Campus\, inviting everyone to prioritize the issue of health sustainability. All faculty\, staff\, and students with a BMI>25 are eligible to participate. Those who attend all sessions and complete 6 regular exercise classes will receive exquisite gifts. Registration is open from now until March 28th (Thursday). Please visit Nurse Practitioner Min-Hsuan at the Campus Health Services Section on the first floor of the Administration Building (extension: 2224) to register. During the event\, aerobic fitness expert Danny will lead everyone towards a healthy and delicious lifestyle. \nThe first session\, “Nutrition Course\,” will be held on March 29th (Friday) from 12:00 to 13:30 in Room B901. Participants will learn about healthy eating habits and how to make healthy food choices for dining out. In addition to dietary control\, regular exercise is an indispensable part of maintaining a healthy weight. Therefore\, the dynamic “Healthy Posture 2.0” program will take place from April 9th (Tuesday) to May 2nd (Thursday)\, with aerobic fitness exercises held every Tuesday and Thursday at noon in front of the bulletin board on the 6th floor of Building F.
