DESCRIPTION:三月春暖花開，圖書館本月迎來三項主要活動，即日起第一個登場的是「獎勵經濟不利生獎助金」活動，3/11（一）則是校慶活動回顧展與性別無界書展同時展開。 \n首先，「獎勵經濟不利生獎助金」活動，即日起開跑，凡就讀本校具有學籍之本國學生並通過教育部大專校院學雜費減免者，即可在4/30（二）活動繳件時間截止前至圖書館完成申請繳件，就有機會帶走獎助讀冊金3\,000元，活動流程為：先於圖書館活動官網填寫資格審核表，待審核成功通知信寄出後，在3/11-5/31活動期間內於圖書館借閱實體圖書累計達30冊並於繳件時間內書寫500字讀書心得上傳moodle，最後在下載紙本作品授權書，填寫完畢後繳交至圖書館，即可成功領取獎助金；此次，獎助金名額只有100位，有意願參加的同學，請先速在繳件時間4/30（二）前完成繳件登錄，額滿為止。 \n此外，為歡慶67週年校慶的來到，回首創校時的篳路藍縷，桃園與台北校區將在3/11-23於圖書館內舉辦「校慶照片回顧展」。而展覽期間借書時，只要借閱「祝銘傳大學生日快樂」任一字（諧音也可）的實體書3本，並於IG/FB活動貼文留言tag一位朋友加上快來祝 #銘傳大學生日快樂，即可至櫃檯登記換取生日禮。除生日禮可兌換，在活動期間持學生/職員證確實刷門禁入館，就可獲得GU托特包抽獎機會，一日進館多次只會累計一次抽獎機會，天天看展就能累積多達13次抽獎機會。 \n另， 換個角度看世界「性別無界」主題書展3/11-4/12，將以系列的書展方式來探討「性別角色」的定位，挑戰社會對於固有性別期望的刻板印象，使讀者對於性別角色有更深刻的反思；凡於書展期間（3/11-4/12）追蹤圖書館IG/FB，並按讚本活動相關貼文，留言tag一位朋友加上 #性別無界，最後借閱2本實體和2本電子書，就可前往圖書館櫃台登記參加乳酪起司帆布包抽獎活動。 \n本月除了是歡慶校慶的月份，同時也是圖書館的活動大月，歡迎全校師生踴躍前往各校區圖書館，一起走入時光隧道，體驗校園當年的風華，更多透過閱讀，打開人生新境界。 \nIn March\, as spring blossoms\, the library welcomes three major events. First up is the “Incentive Economy Disadvantaged Student Grants” activity\, starting today. On March 11th\, the School Anniversary Retrospective Exhibition and the Gender No Boundaries Book Exhibition will kick off simultaneously. \nFirstly\, the “Incentive Economy Disadvantaged Student Grants” activity is now open for registration. Students enrolled in our university who qualify for tuition fee waivers from the Ministry of Education are eligible to apply. Until April 30th\, eligible students can apply at the library to have a chance to receive a grant of NT$3\,000. The process involves filling out a qualification assessment form on the library’s activity website\, completing the required reading and submitting a 500-word reading reflection on Moodle between March 11th and May 31st. Finally\, participants must download and fill out a paper authorization form and submit it to the library. There are only 100 grants available\, so interested students should complete their registration before the deadline on April 30th. \nIn addition\, to celebrate the 67th anniversary of the university\, a “School Anniversary Photo Retrospective Exhibition” will be held at the library from March 11th to 23rd. During the exhibition\, students can borrow three physical books with the word “Happy Birthday to Ming Chuan University” (or similar) and tag a friend in a post on IG/FB with the hashtag #銘傳大學生日快樂 to receive a birthday gift. Students and staff who swipe their student/staff cards to enter the library during the event period will also have the chance to win a GU tote bag in a lucky draw. \nFurthermore\, the “Gender No Boundaries” themed book exhibition from March 11th to April 12th will explore the positioning of “gender roles” and challenge societal stereotypes about gender expectations\, encouraging readers to reflect more deeply on gender roles. During the exhibition period\, students can follow the library’s IG/FB\, like relevant posts\, tag a friend with #性別無界\, and borrow two physical and two electronic books to participate in a draw for a cheese canvas tote bag. \nThis month\, as we celebrate the university’s anniversary\, the library has a packed schedule of activities. Through this activity\, we hope to instill a sense of traffic safety among students and reduce the chances of accidents. The quiz contest runs from now until April 30 at noon. The campus is adorned with blooming azaleas\, and the sounds of after-school cheerleading practices are echoing\, all counting down to the arrival of our 67th anniversary celebration on March 23rd! The Taipei Campus Student Association’s “Treasure Hunting” runs from March 18 to 21! At the Student Association booths\, there are two exciting games: “Who’s the Cornhole Sharpshooter?” where participants compete in tossing bean bags\, and “Lucky Ping Pong Roll\,” where participants roll ping pong balls. Winners of the doubles matches and those who reach the scoring threshold will receive small prizes\, while the highest scorer in a single play can take home a cash prize of NT$1\,000! Don’t miss out on these fantastic giveaways! \nIn addition to the Student Association’s inviting booths\, various clubs are also setting up stalls and hosting lively performances at noon\, showcasing the youthful enthusiasm of our clubs. Worth mentioning is the Photo Club\, which will offer a limited-time offer of “#NewProfilePic” every day at noon\, inviting skilled members to take profile pictures for students who want to update theirs. Five original photos will be provided for NT$200. Students who wish to change their profile pictures to different styles are welcome to make appointments. Additionally\, the Photo Club will also have handmade film keychains and various cute items for sale\, perfect for treating yourself or giving as gifts. \nFurthermore\, the initial club leaders’ meeting for this semester concluded successfully\, with the Dean of Student Affairs and Vice Dean emphasizing the importance of taking leave during midterm and final exam weeks\, as well as addressing student rights issues such as mental health leaves and certificates for graduate student leaders. It was also reiterated that smoking is prohibited on campus to ensure a healthier environment for everyone. Besides reminding club members of basic guidelines and procedures\, important topics such as SDGs\, suicide prevention\, and sexual harassment prevention were also emphasized during the meeting\, with a call for all clubs to promote and implement these initiatives together\, working hand in hand to bring out the best in Ming Chuan’s clubs for the future.

Or will it be the A and B teams of the School of Management\, who secured second and third place last year\, showcasing their home advantage and seizing the champion’s cup? Artworks serve as “time-space capsules”\, transcending the boundaries of time and space. The creator explores the life trajectory between oneself and the external world\, reflecting on the essence of “art as life”. This illustration exhibition\, “Island of the Heart”\, signifies the unique stories residing within each individual’s heart. Through the personification of animals\, the artworks depict the emotional connections between individuals and the external world. Every seemingly trivial and easily overlooked moment becomes a healing elixir for the soul. \n▍簡介\n台北出生，♀，國立臺北藝術大學美術研究所碩士。大學時多次於報紙發表插畫作品，便開啟了插畫創作之旅！平日喜歡「遊走人間」，將讀過的詩歌、走過的市集、聊過的對話，當成創意儲值。喜愛療癒感十足的小動物們，特別是外表呆萌的貓頭鷹！ 現任銘傳大學兼任講師、國語日報美育組教師、光仁中學特約美術教師和自由插畫與繪本工作者，並多次擔任官方競賽與縣市美展評審。 \n▍Artist Profile \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBorn in Taipei\, ♀\, holds a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from Taipei National University of the Arts. During university\, she frequently published illustrations in newspapers\, initiating her journey in illustration creation. She enjoys “wandering the world”\, using poetry\, market strolls\, and conversations as sources of creative inspiration. She has a special fondness for adorable little animals\, especially owls with their endearing appearances! Currently serving as an adjunct lecturer at Ming Chuan University\, a teacher in the Mandarin Daily News’ Art Education Department\, a contracted art teacher at Kuang Jen High School\, and working as a freelance illustrator and picture book creator. She has also served as a judge for official competitions and county art exhibitions on multiple occasions.

DESCRIPTION:第35屆銘傳文藝獎已經邁入最終徵稿時程，包括小說、中文散文、現代詩、英文創作、四格漫畫、歌曲創作、校園攝影等七個組別，都將在3/20 (三) 截止收件。為了給予評審委員充裕的審稿時間，主辦單位將不會延長上述七組的截稿日期，請有意參與校園文學競賽的同學，把握時程。 \n此外，微電影評審建議，因應開學至截稿日僅三週時間，對於需要較多時間剪輯後製的微電影團隊，略嫌倉促。為求投稿作品能更完美呈現，經主辦單位決議微電影組順延至4/3 (三) 截止收件。提醒大家，只有「微電影組」延後收件日，其餘各組別將維持3/20 (三) 截止哦！ \nThe 35th Ming Chuan Literary and Art Awards has entered its final submission phase\, including seven categories such as Chinese novel\, Chinese prose\, modern Chinese poetry\, English creative writing\, four-frame cartoon\, song creation\, and campus photography. The deadline for submissions for all categories is March 20 (Wednesday). In order to provide the judging panel with ample time for evaluation\, the deadline for the seven categories mentioned above will not be extended\, so interested students participating in the campus literary competition should adhere to the schedule. \nAdditionally\, regarding the Short Film category\, the judging panel suggests an extension due to the limited three-week period from the start of the school year to the submission deadline\, which may be somewhat rushed for teams requiring more time for editing and post-production of their short film. To ensure that submitted works can be presented more perfectly\, it has been decided by the organizers to extend the deadline for the short film category to April 3 (Wednesday). Please note that only the “Short Film category” deadline is extended\, while the deadlines for all other categories will remain on March 20 (Wednesday)!

This platform invites teams from around the world to develop and demonstrate their expertise in identifying acute appendicitis using AI. The challenge aims to acknowledge the excellence of radiological AI and bridge the gap between theoretical AI achievements and real-world medical diagnostics. \n(1) Team Composition\nEvery participating team needs to include at least one radiologist as a member. \n(2) Objective\nThis competition focuses on identifying acute appendicitis from CT scans of acute abdomen cases. DESCRIPTION:一、計畫說明\n為吸引客家及傳播人才，本台於2009年制訂「後生提攜計畫實施辦法」，以培訓未來客家電視所需人才。\n本計畫培訓內容以客家語言、客家文化，以及電視實務為訓練基礎，讓客家後生及傳播領域的年輕人，並使大專院校學生能利用暑假期間，將所學理論與實務配合，吸取實際作業經驗，特訂定、實施此一計畫。 \n二、參加對象\n(一)、凡對於客家文化傳播有興趣之大二至大四大專院校學生或研究所在學研究生皆可報名參加，具客語認證資格、或熟諳客語者、或曾獲教育部全國大專校院學生本國語文競賽活動客家語項目優勝者優先。\n(二)、於實習期間需仍具學生身份，應屆畢業者，需於通知錄取時，提供取得研究所入學資格或是延畢之相關證明，方得參加培訓。\n(三)、受過「後生提攜計畫」培訓者，不得重覆申請。\n(四)、本計畫因經費有限，以培育國內傳播人才優先，暫不開放非本國籍學生報名。 \n三、實習期間:\n2024 年 7 月 1 日至 2024 年 8 月 31 日（共 360 小時） \n四、招生時間:\n(一)、報名時間：2024 年 2 月 1 日（星期四）至2024 年 3 月 25 日（星期一），以線上報名表填寫時間為準。\n報名網址：https://forms.gle/QbmqV2y5jvomAyM99\n(二)、甄試時間：2024 年 4 月 13 日（星期六），暫定在符合防疫規定下採實體方式進行。 \n五、招生名額\n(一)、如下表所示：\n新聞採訪組 2名\n新聞攝影組 2名\n節目部 5名\n行銷活動組 2名\n數位發展組 1名\n(二)、 需於報名時擇定報考組別，不得跨組或事後換組，各組依實際徵選情形，得不足額錄取或另列備取。\n(三)、 如有國立屏東大學、國立屏東科技大學、國立台灣戲曲學院、國立高雄師範大學、國立聯合大學（含臺灣語文與傳播學系）、國立陽明交通大學、國立中央大學等七所學校之客家相關學院、系所，具在學資格及客語聽說能力者報名時，各校將擇優錄取保障名額一名。其他則依所有報名者甄試成績排序擇優錄取。\n(四)、如有國立清華大學竹師教育學院幼兒教育學系之報名者，將擇優錄取保障名額一名，並指定至節目部兒少組實習。 \n六、報名方式\n一律採取網路報名。申請所需資料：\n(一)、實習生個人報名表（請上網填寫表單）。如有個人作品請先行上傳網路並於報名表中提供具瀏覽權限之連結。 \n報名網址：https://forms.gle/QbmqV2y5jvomAyM99\n(二)另將個人履歷、自傳（文中請註明所選之徵選組別及原因）、最近一學期之成績單影本、客語認證資格證書影本、教育部全國大專校院學生本國語文競賽活動客家語項目優勝證明影本，以PDF檔寄至event@hakkatv.org.tw。 \n七、甄選方式\n本計畫採公開甄選方式\,由客家電視台組成「後生提攜計畫培訓小組」負責辦理。甄選方式採書審與面試等兩種方式進行，其中書審占20%、面試成績占80%。\n(一) 、書審：相關資料截止收件後，由審查委員進行書審，審查通過者將接獲甄試通知，進行第二階段面試。\n(二) 、面試：面試時間為 4 月 13 日，將規劃分部門及分時段個別面談，甄試者需依指定時間到場面試。\n(三)、合併第一階段與第二階段成績計算，依照甄選成績排序結果，擇優錄取，於 2024 年 4 月 22 日公告甄試結果。 \n八、成效考核\n(一) 實習結束前一周，由學生將各校發出之實習考核成績表或與實習表現相關之資料，交由實習期間之督導或主管予以考核\,並加蓋部門印信後自行帶回學校。如有需要，亦可交由行銷部活動組實習業務承辦人代寄回學校。\n(二) 每名學員需於收到甄試錄取通知起，二週內於郵局匯入保證金新台幣2\,000元，待課程結束後全額退回。但培訓期間缺席時數累積達6日者，均不予退費且不發給結業證書，客家電視亦保留學員退訓的權利。惟缺席原因為病假者（需有合格醫療院所開立之收據或就醫證明），保證金仍予退回，但不發給結業證書。\n(三)學員須遵守客家電視台後生提攜計畫相關培訓規定。培訓期間將進行期中與期末兩次學習評量，若未達標準者，本台得處以退訓或不發予結業證書。未完成結業者，其保證金不退還。 \n九、注意事項\n(一) 受訓學員因參加本計畫所參與、製作之所有作品（包含但不限於文字、圖像、聲音、影像），均應予指定期間內交付客家電視台。客家電視台享有該作品之著作財產權，並擇優於頻道與網路播出；受訓學員仍享有著作人格權。 \n(二) 完成全部課程之學員，將納入客家電視台人才庫名單並視需要擇優錄用，或代為推薦予委製、合製單位擇優聘用。\n(三) 報名者視同完全同意本計畫之各項規定。可上後生提攜計畫部落格（http://hakkatv.pixnet.net/blog）閱讀相關訊息。如有未盡事宜，客家電視台得適時修改並於網站公告。 \n十、實習業務聯絡方式\n電話：(02)2633-8200 行銷企劃部 李小姐\n傳真：(02)2630-2080\n地址：114台北市內湖區康寧路三段75巷100號\n電子郵件：event@hakkatv.org.tw\n後生提攜計畫部落格：http://hakkatv.pixnet.net/blog
