DESCRIPTION:活動目的 Event Purpose \nHit it Mix 2025調酒創意大賽以【君酌－AJ威士忌】為核心，打造專業調酒競技舞台，邀請調酒達人重新詮釋威士忌的創意可能。 \n透過「專業組」與「公開組」並行賽事，連結業界專家與調酒愛好者，共同推動台灣調酒文化。大賽致力發掘新銳調酒人才，為優勝者提供品牌代言與客座巡演機會。 \nHit it Mix 2025 Mixology\, centered around AJ Whisky\, aims to create a professional platform for bartenders to showcase their creativity and craftsmanship. Competitors are invited to reinterpret the possibilities of whisky through innovative cocktail design. \nThe competition features both a Professional Division and a Public Division\, connecting industry experts and cocktail enthusiasts to promote Taiwan’s mixology culture. Each team may only register in one division. \n1.報名與初審流程 \n第一階段：報名（2025/10/1~10/24） \n方式：線上報名，將會收到主辦單位寄送完整簡章，亦可至新竹安捷國際酒店官網查詢。10/25起主辦單位依報名地址寄送【君酌－AJ威士忌】乙瓶供參賽作品使用。 \n第二階段：資格審查（2025/10/25~11/24） \n提交內容：酒譜設計、作品理念（200~300字）、成品照片（至少2張）、社群公開貼文（FB/IG，含官方Hashtag，並上傳連結與截圖）。 \n公開貼文參賽標準：每平台至少50個讚或20則互動（留言＋分享）。 \n2.初審評分標準 \n\n酒譜完整性40%：配方比例是否合理、步驟是否清楚、原料是否可行且具備專業水準。\n創意與主題30%：作品理念是否呼應品牌精神、具備創新特色與獨特性。\n視覺呈現20%：成品照片美感、色彩搭配、裝飾細節是否吸引人。\n評審觀點10%：評審對作品的整體印象、價值與潛力的專業觀點補充評分。\n\n※初審公告：2025/12/01公布入圍名單（公開組6組、專業組6組）。 \n※註：創意內容不得抄襲，參賽者需具結，否則取消其參賽資格及獲獎。 \n3.決賽辦法 \n日期：2025/12/19（五）13:00-17:00 \n地點：新竹安捷國際酒店-領航國際廳A+B廳 \n比賽形式：以創意款為主 \n作品規範：每杯酒須含至少30ml【君酌－AJ威士忌】；可自製糖漿、果醬、浸泡液(需合法安全)；調製過程需搭配口頭說明並接受評審提問。 \n4.決賽評分標準 \n\n創意與主題詮釋30%：呼應酒品品牌精神；主題設定明確、有故事性；具突破傳統調酒手法或口味組合之創新創意。\n味道平衡30%：酒體與輔料搭配之協調性；層次感。\n視覺呈現20%：杯具主題與風格；色彩、裝飾物（水果片、草本、煙霧等）。\n效果；具備吸睛度，能成為社群分享亮點。\n操作技巧10%：動作與流程專業熟練程度；操作正確安全；特色技巧。\n說明表現10%：簡潔有力；台風語調之感染力；自信回答評審提問。\n\n5.決賽流程 \n13:00~13:30    選手報到&抽籤順序 \n13:30~13:40    開場、規則說明 \n13:40~14:40    第一～三梯次對決（兩兩一組，每梯次10分鐘，含提問） \n14:40~15:40    第四～六梯次對決（兩兩一組，每梯次10分鐘，含提問） \n15:40~16:00    評審討論&成績統計 \n16:00~16:30    頒獎典禮 \n16:30~17:00    全體合影 \n1.
