DESCRIPTION:CP 值高又能創造「品牌溢價」 Achieving Both High CP Value and Brand Premium \n我們都知道品牌競爭的最後，常常是價格戰，而CP值，常常是消費者最後決定的關見因素。但是客人認為的CP值高，背後常常是品牌血淚的折價策略。 \n然而相對的，那些消費者視為「高端」的品牌，雖然有一群忠誠顧客，但常常無法短時間內提升銷量，只能想辦法拉高客單價。策略各有優缺，各有各的痛處。 \n有沒有一種可能，是消費者視我們的品牌CP值高，同時又願意多付更多的錢買我們的東西？\n這兩個看似衝突的指標，怎麼同時達到，造就高客單價，又能有高銷量？ \n有什麼品牌有做到這件事？ \nIn market competition\, pricing wars are often the last battleground\, and cost-performance (CP) value is frequently the key factor influencing consumer decisions. However\, what consumers perceive as high CP value is often the result of painful discounting strategies by brands. \nConversely\, high-end brands\, while attracting a loyal customer base\, often struggle to rapidly increase sales volume\, leaving them with no choice but to raise the average transaction value. Each approach has its own advantages and challenges. \nBut is it possible for consumers to view a brand as having high CP value while still being willing to pay more for its products?How can these seemingly contradictory goals be achieved—driving up both transaction value and sales volume? \nWhich Brands Have Achieved This? \nAccessible Luxury \n你有沒有發現，Nissan和Lexus的買主，都會用「CP值高」來形容自己購買的原因，但Lexus價格比Nissan高達3倍。 \n一台休旅車80萬，一台大概要240萬以上。 \n你猜誰的銷量更高？弔詭的就在這，Lexus銷量長年高於Nissan，以2024年為例，Lexus市佔率高達6.23%，Nissan只有4.16%。 \n很明顯，Lexus做到了CP值高、又做到品牌溢價。\n衝高了客單價，也衝高了銷量。台灣馬路上的Lexus真的多到滿出來。 \nLexus怎麼做到的？策略能不能複製？ \n＿ \n同樣的道理，買CK的買主、和買NET的買主，心裡都會覺得「CP值高」，但明顯CK的銷量高居不下，做到品牌溢價。 \nCK的策略是什麼？能不能複製？ \nTake Nissan and Lexus\, for example. Buyers of both brands describe their purchases as high CP value\, yet Lexus models are priced three times higher than Nissan’s. \nA Nissan SUV costs around NT$800\,000\, while a Lexus SUV starts at NT$2.4 million or more. \nWhich brand do you think sells more? Surprisingly\, Lexus consistently outsells Nissan. In 2024\, Lexus had a market share of 6.23%\, compared to Nissan’s 4.16%. \nClearly\, Lexus has achieved both high CP value and brand premium\, successfully increasing both transaction value and sales volume—just take a look at the sheer number of Lexus cars on the streets of Taiwan! \nHow Did Lexus Achieve This? The program includes two weeks of rich Korean language\, culture and pop experience courses. There will be two information sessions: one on 11/12 (Tuesday) at 12:00 in Taipei Campus E402 Conference Room\, and the other on 11/14 (Thursday) at 12:00 in Taoyuan Campus M104 large Conference Room. The sessions will also be available online at https://meet.google.com/frk-icbx-bkr. \nThe “Korea Winter Study Tour” will take place from 1/11 to 1/25\, 2025\, at Seokyong University in Seoul\, a location featured in the famous Korean variety show Running Man. The program includes a deep dive into Korean pop culture\, a unique Korean language course starting from basic level\, with a focus on conversation skills and enhanced through popular media. DESCRIPTION:▌關於獎勵青年投入地方創生行動 About the Incentive Program for Youth Participation in Local Revitalization \n國家發展委員會整合各部會地方創生資源，協助地方政府、民間團體、青年團隊等推動地方創生事業，發展地方新經濟，點燃全國地方創生之動能。為加速落實推動地方創生工作，110年起於「前瞻基礎建設計畫」規劃辦理「加速推動地方創生計畫」，透過補助地方政府及民間團體推動創生事業，設置青年培力工作站，建立青年返鄉創生支持系統，並強化城鎮機能及環境整備等地方基礎建設，有助於促進地方產業發展，加速達成地方創生目標。 \n今（113）年度為培育有志投入地方創生行動但經驗尚淺之青年夥伴，國發會辦理「獎勵青年投入地方創生行動計畫」，除給予35萬獎勵金支持，並搭配專業輔導培力課程，幫助青年團隊將各種具實驗性或創新性的構想付諸行動。 \n國家發展委員會於113年11月2日（六）至11月3日（日）舉辦「獎勵青年投入地方創生行動成果發表會暨市集」，將展現團隊們努力的成果，誠摯邀請蒞臨指導。 \nThe National Development Council (NDC) has integrated resources from various government ministries to assist local governments\, non-governmental organizations\, and youth teams in promoting local revitalization projects. These efforts aim to develop new local economies and spark revitalization across the nation. Since 2021\, through the Forward-looking Infrastructure Development Program\, the NDC has launched the Accelerated Local Revitalization Plan. This plan provides grants to local governments and NGOs for revitalization projects\, establishes youth empowerment stations\, and builds support systems for youth returning to rural areas for revitalization. The plan also improves town functions\, infrastructure\, and promotes local industry development\, accelerating the achievement of revitalization goals. \nIn 2024\, to cultivate young people who are interested in local revitalization but lack experience\, the NDC has initiated the Incentive Program for Youth Participation in Local Revitalization. This program provides NT$350\,000 in incentive funding along with professional mentoring and training courses\, helping youth teams transform experimental and innovative ideas into actionable projects. \nOn November 2-3\, 2024\, the NDC will host the Results Presentation and Market for the Youth Participation in Local Revitalization Incentive Program\, showcasing the hard-earned results of the participating teams. SUMMARY:2024 ESG高峰會 ESG Summit｜淨零全方位 永續大未來 Net Zero in All Aspects\, A Sustainable Future
DESCRIPTION:環境、社會、治理（ESG）的實踐與永續資訊揭露，已是全球的重要課題。會計研究發展基金會在金融監督管理委員會的指導下，於2022年6月首度舉辦「2022 ESG高峰會：環境、社會、治理」實體展覽，邀請國內永續發展、社會責任與公司治理等領域的標竿企業參展；接續於2023年11月舉辦「2023 ESG高峰會」，以「永續揭露與國際接軌」為主軸，規劃四場次專業研討會與一場永續揭露示例分享，積極倡議ESG，推升我國永續資訊揭露品質。 \n今（2024）年，本會計劃於9月18日全日假公務人力發展學院福華文教會館舉辦「2024 ESG高峰會：淨零全方位 永續大未來」，內容含括IFRS、審計與確信、評價、XBRL等四大專業準則之趨勢，以及永續政策與法規、ESG評價、永續金融、ESG實踐、資通安全、內部控制、循環經濟等重要永續議題為主要研討方向。 \nThe practice of Environmental\, Social\, and Governance (ESG) and the disclosure of sustainability information have become critical global issues. Under the guidance of the Financial Supervisory Commission\, the Accounting Research and Development Foundation first held the “2022 ESG Summit: Environment\, Social\, Governance” physical exhibition in June 2022\, inviting leading domestic companies in the fields of sustainable development\, social responsibility\, and corporate governance to participate. In November 2023\, the “2023 ESG Summit” was held\, focusing on “Sustainability Disclosure and International Integration\,” with four professional seminars and a session sharing examples of sustainability disclosure\, advocating for ESG and enhancing the quality of sustainability information disclosure in Taiwan. \nThis year (2024)\, the Foundation plans to host the “2024 ESG Summit: Net Zero in All Aspects\, A Sustainable Future” on September 18\, a full-day event at the Civil Service Development Institute at the Howard Civil Service International House. DESCRIPTION:為提供大專青年在學期間有多元職場體驗機會，教育部青年發展署辦理「大專生公部門見習計畫」，與中央部會及所屬各級機關合作，提供35歲以下大專在學青年公部門見習機會，以了解政府部門運作方式及工作內容並累積職場經驗，4/24中午12:00-13:00在銘傳大學桃園校區設計大樓M104會議室舉行校園說明會，歡迎對見習計畫有興趣的同學報名參加，說明會報名https://eform.mcu.edu.tw/node/2917。 \n校園說明會由教育部青年發展署與銘傳大學前程規劃處職涯發展中心合作，邀請到銘傳華語文教學學系學生黃蔓蓁，分享親身體驗公部門見習經驗，並說明參與公部門見習計畫辦法。 \n教育部青年發展署「大專生公部門見習計畫」113年第2梯次（7-8月份）見習職缺，從4/1起開放報名，成功錄取後可獲得津貼及經學校認可抵免實習時數（如要抵免系上實習課程學分者，請務必先與系上負責實習業務老師確認是否可認列實習學分），即日起可至RICH職場體驗網註冊報名。詳細說明會活動資訊，可洽銘傳前程規劃處職涯發展中心陳宜汶老師（分機5318）。 \nTo provide college students with diverse workplace experience opportunities during their academic years\, Ministry of Education’s Youth Development Administration organizes the “RICH Workplace Experiential Network” in collaboration with central ministries and their affiliated agencies. This program offers internship opportunities in public sectors for undergraduate students under the age of 35\, allowing them to understand the operations and responsibilities of government departments while accumulating workplace experience. \nAn on-campus orientation meeting will be held on April 24 from 12:00 to 13:00 at Room M104\, Design Building\, Taoyuan Campus\, Ming Chuan University. Interested students are welcome to register for the orientation meeting at https://eform.mcu.edu.tw/node/2917. \nThe orientation meeting is organized by Ministry of Education’s Youth Development Administration in collaboration with Career Planning and Counseling Division of Ming Chuan University. Ms Huang Man-zhen\, a student from Department of TSCL\, will share her firsthand experience as a government intern and explain the procedures for participating in the government internship program. \nThe second batch of internship positions for “RICH Workplace Experiential Network” in 2024 (July-August) will be open for registration from April 1. Successful candidates will receive subsidies and internship hours recognized by their respective schools (for those seeking credit recognition for internship courses\, please confirm with the department’s internship coordinator beforehand). Registration for the internship positions is now available on RICH Workplace Experience Platform.
