You can enter the 36-meter-high boiler room chimney\, visit the historic stone bricks\, and learn about the history of this former iconic landmark of Taipei. Guided by eight tribal brewmasters\, participants will experience the brewing process firsthand\, listen to tribal tour explanations\, and understand the relationship between brewing and Ilisin (Harvest Festival)\, as well as tribal rituals and taboos. \n \n🌾貓公溪邊及出海口撿漂流木 Driftwood Collection by the Maogong Stream and Estuary – 柴燒糯米飯 Wood-Fired Glutinous Rice Cooking \n自溪邊及出海口採集漂流木開始，用古人智慧的capa’扛著木柴，回到Ina的釀酒秘密場域，柴燒糯米飯，認識老人家的智慧、釀酒與部落的關係。 \nStarting from collecting driftwood by the stream and estuary\, using the ancient wisdom of capa’ to carry the firewood\, participants will return to Ina’s secret brewing place. Learn about the wisdom of the elders\, the relationship between brewing and the tribe\, and cook glutinous rice using firewood. \n \n \n🌾跟著Ina做釀酒 體驗DIY Brewing with Ina – DIY Experience \n釀酒對於部落來說是為了延續文化，酒之於阿美族是神聖的，在從前糯米釀是很珍貴的，只有在重要的祭儀或是款待貴客的時候才會拿出來使用。\n釀酒方法從早期一代一代地流傳到現在，部落釀酒師都有自己的經驗和配方，跟著Ina製作糯米釀，在歌舞當中品嚐釀酒，還可以將製作好的糯米釀帶回家慢慢醞釀，待時機成熟即可享用。 \nFor the tribe\, brewing is a way to preserve culture. For the Amis\, rice wine is sacred. In the past\, glutinous rice brew was very precious and only used for important rituals or to entertain distinguished guests. The brewing method has been passed down from generation to generation. Follow Ina to make glutinous rice brew\, taste it while dancing and singing\, and take the brew home to mature for later enjoyment. \n \n \n每個人都可以帶一罐屬於自己的酒釀回家醞釀！ \nEach participant can take home a jar of their own brew! \n \n🌾敬酒文化是什麼？ What is the Toasting Culture? \n近尾聲大家共同體驗部落敬酒文化，讓您了解釀酒之於部落的重要性，釀酒節規劃介紹部落釀酒師的故事，部落傳統文化。 \nTowards the end\, everyone will experience the tribal toasting culture together\, understanding the importance of brewing to the tribe.
