DESCRIPTION:為促進校園事務透明化與強化社團間的溝通交流，桃園校區學生會訂於9/19（五）12:15-13:40，假國際大樓FFB101國際會議廳舉辦「114（上）期初社團負責人大會」。本次會議將由學生會主辦，並邀請學生議會、學生評議委員會及關心社團發展的師長共同出席，針對本學期之校園事務、學生自治運作及相關注意事項進行說明與公告。 \n本次大會內容重點豐富，主要協助各學生自治組織與社團掌握新學期規劃方向。會議將包含社團提案與問題反映，以及學生會對前次議題的回覆與進度追蹤。此外，學生會、學生議會、學生評議委員會及課外活動指導組也將分別進行報告，闡明本學期的重要注意事項。 \n期初大會不僅是各社團與師生之間重要的溝通平台，更是確保校園事務推動更為順利的重要會議。學生會誠摯邀請各社團及學會至少派一人代表並準時出席，共同參與新學期校園事務的推動，為全體師生打造更美好的校園環境。 \nTo promote transparency in campus affairs and strengthen communication among student organizations\, Taoyuan Campus Student Association will hold the First Semester Meeting for Club Leaders of 2025 (Fall Semester) on Friday\, September 19\, from 12:15–13:40 at International Conference Hall\, FFB101\, International Building. \nThe meeting\, hosted by the Student Association\, will also be attended by Student Congress\, Student Review Committee and faculty members who care about club development. The agenda will cover announcements and explanations regarding campus affairs\, student self-governance operations\, and important reminders for this semester. \nKey topics include helping student self-governance bodies and clubs better understand the semester’s planning directions. The meeting will feature club proposals and issue feedback\, responses and progress updates from Student Association on previous matters\, as well as reports from Student Association\, Student Congress\, Student Review Committee\, and the Extracurricular Activities Guidance Section\, each outlining key reminders for the semester. \nThis opening meeting is not only an important communication platform between student organizations and faculty but also a crucial gathering to ensure the smooth progress of campus affairs. The Student Association sincerely invites every club and association to send at least one representative to attend punctually and join hands in advancing campus affairs\, creating a better campus environment for all.

DESCRIPTION:台北校區社團博覽會甫於上週圓滿落幕，本週由桃園校區接棒，以「電玩」為主題的2025年社團博覽會，於9/16-18在明園廣場盛大登場，集結46個多元社團，邀請桃園校區師生一同參與這場充滿熱血與活力的年度盛會。 \n本次社團博覽會以「電玩」為概念，將現場打造成充滿挑戰與樂趣的遊戲世界。活動期間，每日上午10點至下午5點為固定擺攤時段，各社團精心設計的攤位不僅提供豐富的社團資訊，更準備了多樣化的互動遊戲與精美禮品，等待同學們前來探索。 \n除了各社團的精彩攤位，今年社團博覽會也規劃了多項特別活動，包括「社團表演」與「集點抽獎」活動，社團表演安排於9/17（三）各社團將輪番上陣，中午場有韓舞社、原住民聯誼社以及木吉他社，傍晚場有親善大使團與熱音社，將帶來一系列熱力四射的舞台演出，展現社團的獨特魅力與才華。而「集點抽獎」部份，現場推出集點卡活動，新鮮人可憑入學輔導時發放的集點卡，舊生則可至服務台索取。只要集滿六大性質社團的印章，即可兌換抽獎券，參加9/18（四）12:00-12:50的抽獎活動，有機會將贊助廠商提供的飲料、餐券等好康帶回家。 \n無論是想尋找同好、培養興趣，還是單純想體驗闖關樂趣、試試手氣，2025年桃園校區社團博覽會絕對能滿足大家的期待。想要掌握第一手消息，請持續鎖定活動官方Instagram帳號：@mcuclubexpo。 \nFollowing the successful conclusion of Taipei Campus Club Expo last week\, Taoyuan Campus now takes the stage with 2025 Club Expo\, held from September 16–18 at Ming Garden. With the theme of “Video Games”\, this year’s expo brings together 46 diverse student clubs\, inviting all Taoyuan campus faculty and students to join this energetic and dynamic annual event. \nThe expo transforms the venue into a playful\, game-inspired world filled with challenges and excitement. From 10:00 to 17:00 daily\, club booths will be open\, offering not only detailed club information but also engaging interactive games and attractive giveaways\, waiting for students to explore. \nIn addition to the creative booths\, the expo also features special events\, including club performances and a stamp collection raffle. On Wednesday\, September 17\, clubs will take turns on stage: the noon session features the K-pop Dance Club\, Indigenous Students Association\, and Acoustic Guitar Club\, while the evening session showcases the Goodwill Ambassadors and Pop Music Club. These performances will highlight each club’s unique talent and creativity. \nFor the stamp collection raffle\, freshmen can use the stamp cards distributed during orientation\, while returning students may pick up a card at the service desk. DESCRIPTION:繼台北校區5/15社團評鑑後，桃園校區社團評鑑接棒於5/23（五）在體育一館羽球場熱鬧登場，展現113學年度學生社團多元風貌。本次成果展以「社團賓果趣 社評拚過去」為主題，集結36個社團共同參與，結合靜態攤位展示、簡報講評、動態展演與人氣票選活動，邀請全校師生一同走進社團的精彩世界。 \n活動當日，社團完成布攤後由主持人揭開序幕，隨即展開一整天豐富內容。上午場次進行社團簡報評鑑，讓代表們介紹社團理念與年度成果，展現組織經營實力與創新能量。下午時段則由各社團帶來精彩動態展演，包括日配社、魔術社、木吉他社等接力登場，以活力與創意爭豔舞台，展現青春與熱情。 \n除了靜態與動態展出，現場還設有「人氣票選活動」，同學可投票選出心中最喜愛的攤位與表演項目，為社團加油打氣。同時限量推出的賓果卡任務挑戰也同步展開，完成指定任務即可兌換紅券，參與方式簡單有趣，吸引不少同學熱情參與。限量60張賓果卡即日起開放領取，兌換至5/23（五）止，先搶先贏。 \n此次社團評鑑成果展不僅是學年度活動的總結與展示，更是交流互學的重要平台，讓全校師生在參與中感受社團的凝聚力與創造力，也為新一年度的社團發展注入更多靈感與動力。 \nFollowing Taipei Campus Club Evaluation held on May 15\, Taoyuan Campus Club Evaluation will take place on Friday\, May 23\, at Badminton Court\, Gymnasium\, showcasing the diverse vibrancy of student clubs during 2024 academic year. This year’s exhibition is themed “Club BINGO Fun – Strive for Excellence in Club Evaluation!“\, featuring 36 participating clubs through a lively mix of booth displays\, presentations\, performances and a popularity voting activity—inviting all faculty and students to explore the wonderful world of campus clubs. \nThe event kicks off with an opening ceremony following booth setup\, leading into a full day of exciting activities. In the morning\, clubs will present their evaluation reports\, sharing their missions\, annual achievements\, and demonstrating their management capabilities and creative energy. In the afternoon\, clubs such as Japanese Dubbing Club\, Magic Club and Guitar Club will take the stage with dynamic performances\, bursting with youthful passion and creativity. \nIn addition to the static and live showcases\, there will be a “Popularity Voting” activity\, where students can vote for their favorite booths and performances to support their beloved clubs. A limited BINGO card mission challenge will also be available—complete the designated tasks to earn red tickets! With only 60 BINGO cards up for grabs\, the challenge runs until May 23\, on a first-come\, first-served basis. \nThis Club Evaluation Exhibition is not only a summary of the academic year’s efforts\, but also a vital platform for inter-club exchange and learning. DESCRIPTION:社團人的大件事！為激勵社團健全發展與落實經驗傳承，台北校區課外活動指導組將於5/15（四）08:30至16:00，在逸仙堂舉辦「113學年度台北校區校內社團評鑑」。活動依據《學生社團組織評鑑辦法》實施，參與對象為本校核准成立之綜合性、學術性、學藝性、康樂性、服務性、聯誼性及體能性社團。 \n本次評鑑採線上與現場兩階段進行，線上資料評閱與社團平時成績將於5/1-12期間由校外評鑑委員與性質輔導老師完成評分，現場答詢與人氣票選則將於5/15當天進行。各社團需準備PDF格式的評鑑資料，展示時間涵蓋113年5月1日至114年4月26日。此外，5/15（四）活動當日，各社團代表人須於08:30至08:50完成簽到，攜帶社章與學生證，並於09:30前完成攤位佈置。現場除展示資料與互動遊戲外，也將舉行「最佳人氣獎」及「最佳解說員」票選活動。解說員登記與雲端權限申請表單已開放，請務必於期限內完成，否則將影響評分。 \n本次評鑑總分為100分，包含線上資料（100分）、現場答詢（20分）及平時成績（30分）三部分。表現優異社團將依性質頒發特優、優等與甲等獎項，並獲得獎金、獎狀與功獎記錄，特優社團更可優先申請校內補助及代表參加教育部全國績優學生社團觀摩活動。另，社團辦公室整理、簽退程序、參與幹部資格等皆列入評鑑標準。活動當日限申請兩人公假與兩份午餐，建議穿著社服並明確標示攤位名稱，以利評審辨識。未達及格分數者將列為加強輔導社團，並影響未來經費與資源申請。相關報名及權限申請表單請詳見課外活動指導組公告，提醒各社團提前準備，展現社團特色與活力，爭取榮譽與肯定。 \n此外，桃園校區社團評鑑將接棒於5/23（五）09:00-16:30在體育一館羽球場舉行。 \nA big event for all student clubs! To encourage healthy club development and promote experience-sharing across generations\, the Extracurricular Activities Section of Taipei Campus will hold 2024-2025 Taipei Campus In-School Club Evaluation on May 15 (Thursday) from 08:30 to 16:00 at Sun Yat Sen Auditorium. The evaluation will be conducted in accordance with the “Student Club Organization Evaluation Regulations” and participating clubs include all officially recognized comprehensive\, academic\, artistic\, recreational\, service-oriented\, fellowship-based and athletic clubs. \nThe evaluation will take place in two stages: online assessment and on-site presentation. \n\n\nThe online review and regular performance scores will be completed by external evaluators and assigned faculty advisors from May 1 to May 12. \n\n\nThe on-site Q&A and popularity voting will take place on May 15. \n\n\nEach club must prepare their evaluation documents in PDF format\, covering the period from May 1\, 2024\, to April 26\, 2025. On the day of the event\, club representatives must check in between 08:30 and 08:50\, bringing their club seal and student ID\, and must complete booth setup by 09:30. In addition to showcasing club materials and interactive games\, the event will feature voting for the “Most Popular Club” and “Best Presenter”. Presenter registration and cloud access request forms are now open—please complete them on time to avoid affecting your score. \nThe total score is 100 points\, comprising: \n\n\nOnline materials: 50 points \n\n\nOn-site Q&A: 20 points \n\n\nRegular performance: 30 points \n\n\nOutstanding clubs will be awarded Top Honor\, Excellent or Merit Prizes based on their category\, and will receive cash prizes\, certificates and performance records. Top Honor clubs will have priority in applying for internal subsidies and representing the school in Ministry of Education’s National Outstanding Club Exchange Program. \nOther evaluation criteria include club office organization\, checkout procedures and officer eligibility. Each club may apply for two public leave passes and two lunch boxes on the day of the event. Clubs are encouraged to wear club uniforms and clearly label their booths to facilitate identification by the judges. \nClubs scoring below the passing mark will be placed under enhanced guidance\, which may affect future funding and resource applications. \nFor registration and cloud access forms\, please refer to the announcements from the Extracurricular Activities Section. DESCRIPTION:新學期伊始，台北校區的社團博覽會！2/17（一）至2/20（四）10:00-16:00在自由廣場及圖書館前廣場再次熱鬧展開，今年不只是擺攤，主辦單位台北校區學生會更推出「柑仔店」主題活動，帶領同學們走進懷舊雜貨店的時光隧道，將童年零食、經典小遊戲與各社團闖關互動結合，讓參與的同學在趣味挑戰中認識各大社團，並有機會獲得神秘好禮。 \n本次博覽會集結17個攤位，包含學生會、占星社、環境保護社、咖啡品茗社、創新創業社、點心烘焙社、信望愛社、電影創作社、A&R熱音社、青年領袖教育學社、爵士鋼琴社、北銘滑板社、DMC熱舞社、羽球社、弘仁社、慈濟大專青年聯誼會、網路電視實習社等，各社團也精心設計闖關活動，讓同學能透過遊戲更深入了解社團特色。 \n對於擺攤遊戲躍躍欲試的同學們，記得先到學生會攤位領取闖關集點卡，並挑戰標有集字的社團闖關，集滿四個章後，可獲得兩次彈珠台挑戰機會。彈珠一丟，決定答題難度，積分越高，獎品越豐富，許多好禮等待同學來獲得！此外，現場更再次開放申辦領取銘傳卡，詳細繳費資訊以及領取流程請洽學生會。 \n這間限時營業的「柑仔店」，只有短短幾日，一旦錯過就不再！2/20中午還有爵士鋼琴社將帶來一場動人心弦的現場演出，以悠揚的琴聲交織出濃厚的復古氛圍，讓同學們在音樂中沉浸於這場懷舊之旅。無論是想體驗懷舊風情、挑戰趣味闖關，還是與朋友一起留下美好回憶，這都是開學季最不能錯過的盛會。歡迎所有同學攜伴前來，一同探索挑戰！加入社團，打開舒適圈。 \nAs the new semester begins\, get ready for Taipei Campus Club Expo! Every day this week\, different clubs are hosting their “Beginning-of-Semester Welcome Events”\, inviting both current members and interested students to join. \n\n\n\n\n9/23 (Mon) \n\nBadminton Club at 18:00 will start with team-building activities\, followed by the official club session.\nBaking Club from 18:00-21:00 at F513 will be serving iced lemon tea and various snacks to welcome everyone! DESCRIPTION:社團人的大件事「社團評鑑」，實體評鑑將於5/17（五）分別台北和桃園兩校區同步登場，台北校區時間為9:30-16:00於逸仙堂進行，桃園校區時間則為10:00-16:00於體育一館羽球場展開，今年「社團評鑑」不同以往，更有社團成果展覽發表會的概念，打開門，邀請全校師生前往參觀，更多了解各個社團在做什麼？沒參加過社團的人，更是要揪上三五好友一起前往逛社團拿好禮，台北校區和桃園校區都有設計不同又有趣的活動，歡迎大家打開舒適圈，踴躍前往探索。 \n台北校區獎項分別為「特優」7名、「優等」7名、「甲等」14名、「最佳成果展出」（自由參加）限額12組、「最佳社團活動獎」不限組數、以及「頭腦風暴」和「頭腦風暴-MVP」共七種獎項；當日，參與者除了可以看社團成果展演，還可以到各社團攤位玩玩有趣的活動體驗以及闖關拿好禮等等。 \n桃園校區以「今天我想去逛社團」為活動主題，參加同學們可憑入場券入場並參加抽獎，入場券除可至體育一館四樓課指組索取，也可尋問身邊的社團人領取，活動當日若與參與社團互動，即可再獲得一張抽獎券，當天也將產出各項得獎社團，歡迎大家一起逗陣熱鬧！ \n此外，今年社團評鑑除了現場評分人員的問答外，也希望大家多走動，增加社團間的互動環節，讓社團之間更多彼此了解，促進未來社團間的合作機會；錯過期初社團博覽會也沒關係！這回合OPEN社團，歡迎有興趣的師生前往並共同參與盛。 \nThe major event for club members\, the “Club Evaluation”\, will take place physically on May 17 (Friday) simultaneously in Taipei and Taoyuan campuses. The event in Taipei campus will be held from 09:30 to 16:00 at Sun Yat Sen Auditorium\, while in Taoyuan campus\, it will run from 10:00 to 16:00 at Badminton Court in Gymnasium. This year’s “Club Evaluation” will be different from previous years\, featuring a concept of club achievements exhibition and presentation. The doors will be open\, inviting all faculty and students to visit and gain deeper insights into what each club is doing. Those who have not participated in clubs are especially encouraged to bring along a few friends to explore the clubs and receive special gifts. Both campuses will have different and interesting activities designed for the occasion\, welcoming everyone to step out of their comfort zones and actively engage in exploration. \nIn Taipei campus\, awards will be given for “Special Excellence” (7 awards)\, “Excellence” (7 awards)\, “A Grade” (14 awards)\, “Best Achievement Exhibition” (freely participate\, limited to 12 groups)\, “Best Club Activity Award” (unlimited)\, as well as “Brainstorm” and “Brainstorm-MVP”\, totaling seven categories of awards. Participants can not only observe club achievements but also experience various fun activities and challenges at each club booth to win prizes and more. \nThe theme for the event at Taoyuan campus is “Today I Want to Explore Clubs”. Participating students can enter and join the lucky draw with an entry ticket\, which can be obtained from the Class Guidance Group on the fourth floor of Gymnasium or from club members. If students interact with participating clubs during the event\, they will receive an additional raffle ticket. The event will also announce various winning clubs on the day\, creating a lively atmosphere for everyone to join in! \nMoreover\, besides the Q&A session with on-site evaluators\, this year’s club evaluation hopes to encourage more interaction between clubs by encouraging participants to move around more\, facilitating better understanding and promoting future collaboration opportunities between clubs. If you missed the initial club expo\, don’t worry! This is another chance to explore clubs\, and all interested faculty and students are welcome to participate together in the excitement.
