DESCRIPTION:為善盡大學社會責任（USR）並推廣銘傳大學產學全面化之創業領域，銘傳大學法律學院設置有「銘傳大學大士林地區法律服務中心」，提供銘傳師生、家屬、校友及大士林地區（士林、北投及內湖區）民眾免費公益法律諮詢。 \n本學期由法律學院財金法律學系林士欽助理教授、林哲倫律師（輿全法律事務所），及法律學院同學共同提供免費法律諮詢，4/25（五）、5/16（五）14:30-16:30在士林公民會館2樓（台北市士林區大東路75號2樓）進行服務，採預約制，歡迎有需求的師生及民眾提前預約。 \nIn fulfillment of its University Social Responsibility (USR) and the promotion of MCU’s comprehensive industry-academic entrepreneurial collaboration\, School of Law at MCU has established the Greater Shilin Area Legal Service Center. The center provides free public legal consultations for Ming Chuan faculty\, staff\, students\, their families\, alumni and residents of the Greater Shilin area (including Shilin\, Beitou and Neihu Districts). \nThis semester\, free legal consultations will be offered by Assistant Professor Lin Shih-Chin from Department of Financial Law\, Attorney Lin Che-Lun (Focus Law Office) and law students from School of Law. \nConsultation Dates \n\n\nFriday\, April 25 & Friday\, May 16 \n\n\nTime: 14:30 – 16:30 \n\n\nLocation: 2nd Floor\, Taipei City Shilin District Public Assembly Hall (No. 75\, Dadong Rd.\, Shilin Dist.\, Taipei City)📌 Appointments are required. DESCRIPTION:法律服務社迎來創社25週年，於4/28（一）~5/2（五）09:00~16:30舉辦25週年校園展覽「海旺天光」，地點在傳播大樓H102模擬法庭。本次展覽聚焦「邱和順案」，透過影像與文字紀錄，引領大家思索司法制度與人性的價值，讓更多人看見司法正義的重要。展覽現場還有限定抽獎活動，完成任務即可獲得抽獎券，次數不限，獎品豐富，完成越多中獎機率越高。 \n另，5/1（四）10:00~12:00在活動現場還會帶來「羅明村案」專題講座，特別邀請李冠衡律師蒞校演講，帶領大家回顧案件的始末，進一步了解案件涉及的法律與人權問題。活動詳細資訊，請上法律服務社IG 【mcu_law_aid_club】查詢。 \nThe Law Aid Club is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a special campus exhibition titled “Rays of Hope Over the Sea”\, taking place from Monday\, April 28 to Friday\, May 2\, between 09:00 and 16:30 at Mock Courtroom (H102) in Communication Building. \nThis exhibition focuses on Qiu He-Shun case\, using images and written records to lead visitors in reflecting on the value of the judicial system and humanity\, aiming to raise awareness about the importance of justice. \nThere will also be a special raffle at the exhibition! Complete designated tasks to earn raffle tickets — there is no limit to the number of tickets you can collect. The more you participate\, the higher your chances of winning exciting prizes! \nAdditionally\, on Thursday\, May 1\, from 10:00 to 12:00\, a special lecture on the Luo Ming-Cun case will be held at the exhibition venue.
