SUMMARY:原住民聯誼社 Indigenous Students Club｜賽德克族文化與舞蹈 Dance Course – Embarking ona Sediq Cultural Journey
DESCRIPTION:桃園校區原住民聯誼社本學期推出「賽德克族文化與舞蹈」課程，邀請「頭角原住民文化藝術團」擔任講師，透過肢體律動與舞蹈練習，引領同學親身感受賽德克族的歷史、傳統與文化精神，用舞蹈開啟理解，感受原住民族文化之美。 \n「賽德克族文化與舞蹈」課程將於10/8起陸續舉行，時間為每週18:00至20:00，地點在體育一館四樓韻律教室，課程日期包括10/8、10/15、10/22、11/10、11/12、11/17及11/26。內容兼具文化介紹與舞蹈實作，參與同學不僅能練習舞蹈技巧，且能更深入理解賽德克族的文化精神。完成五次課程者，還可兌換小禮物作為鼓勵。 \n此外，11/19（三）12:00將舉辦成果發表會，由學員以舞蹈呈現學習成果，傳遞賽德克族文化之美。活動開放桃園校區原住民族學生參加，且非原民及外籍同學亦歡迎加入，透過交流促進理解與友誼。報名表單已開放，邀請桃園校區師生踴躍報名參加。 \nThis semester\, Indigenous Students Club is honored to invite the Tou Jiao Indigenous Cultural and Arts Troupe as guest instructors for our club course. With the theme “Sediq Culture and Dance”\, the course will guide students to explore the history\, traditions\, and artistic expressions of the Sediq people. \nThe series will begin on October 8 and be continued on the following dates – Oct 15\, Oct 22\, Nov 10\, Nov 12\, Nov 17\, and Nov 26\, from 18:00 to 20:00\, at Exercise Studio\, 4th Floor\, Gymnasium I. Each session consists of cultural lectures and practical dance training\, allowing the participants to not only learn dance techniques but also experience the spirit and aesthetics of Sediq culture. \nIn addition\, a Final Performance will be held on Nov 19 at 12:00 noon\, where participants will showcase their learning achievements and share the cultural beauty of Sediq dance. To encourage active participation\, students who complete at least five sessions will be eligible to receive a small gift. \nThis program is open not only to indigenous students but also warmly welcomes non-indigenous and international students to join. The program aims to foster cultural exchange\, inter-ethnic understanding and friendship across communities. DESCRIPTION:想體驗綠茵場上的速度與激情嗎？銘傳大學足球俱樂部主辦的114年度「第三梯次足球體驗營」將於11/1（六）13:50–16:00在桃園校區足球場登場，活動全程免費，開放百位名額，從幼兒園到成人都能參加，歡迎大小朋友一同報名體驗足球魅力！ \n本次活動分為興趣組、競技組與成人組三大類，由足球俱樂部教練團親自指導，課程內容涵蓋暖身、傳接球、控球與射門練習，讓不同年齡層學員都能在歡樂氛圍中學習與交流。 \n 興趣組：3–12歲親子共學與基礎啟蒙 競技組：7–15歲，依程度分為U9、U12、U15進階訓練 成人組：家長、上班族與學生皆可報名，重拾運動樂趣 \n銘傳足球俱樂部表示，本次體驗營不僅提供免費專業教學，更以FIFA兩顆星認證人工草皮標準場地進行課程，提供安全舒適的學習環境。若遇天候不佳，主辦單位已備妥雨備場地，活動將照常進行。 \n本活動為推廣USR大學社會責任與高教深耕計畫之一，由銘傳大學體育室、足球校隊、足球俱樂部主辦，社會責任推動辦公室與產學暨推廣處協辦。活動採線上報名制（報名連結），名額有限，額滿即止。足球俱樂部誠摯邀請喜愛運動的朋友踴躍報名，一起感受奔馳草地的熱血時刻！ \nWant to feel the speed and excitement on the green field? \nMCU Football Club proudly presents 2025 Football Experience Camp – Third Session\, taking place on November 1 (Sat)\, 13:50–16:00 at Taoyuan Campus Football Field.\nThe event is free of charge and open to 100 participants of all ages — from kindergarteners to adults! Everyone is welcome to join and experience the fun and spirit of football. \nThis event is divided into three groups — Recreational\, Competitive\, and Adult — and will be coached by the Football Club’s professional training team.\nThe program includes warm-up exercises\, passing and receiving drills\, ball control\, and shooting practice\, allowing participants of all ages to learn and interact in a fun\, energetic environment. \n\nRecreational Group: Ages 3–12\, parent-child sessions and basic introduction to football\nCompetitive Group: Ages 7–15\, with advanced training categorized by level: U9\, U12\, U15\nAdult Group: Open to parents\, working adults\, and university students — rediscover the joy of sports!\n\nThe Football Club notes that this experience camp not only offers professional training for free\, but will also be held on a FIFA 2-Star Certified Artificial Turf Field\, providing a safe and comfortable learning space.\nIn case of bad weather\, an indoor backup venue has been prepared\, and the event will proceed as scheduled. \nThis event is part of MCU’s University Social Responsibility (USR) and Higher Education Sprout Project\, jointly organized by Office of Physical Education\, Football Team\, and Football Club\, with support from Office of Social Responsibility Promotion and Industry-Academia Collaboration and Extension Division. \nRegistration is available online (link provided)\, and participation is limited — sign up before spots run out!\nThe Football Club warmly invites all sports enthusiasts to join us and feel the thrill of running freely across the field!
