Designed specifically for senior high school students\, this competition invites teams of 3 to 6 members to propose innovative action plans related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through hands-on projects\, training and proposal presentations\, the competition empowers the younger generation to become active changemakers in society. \nIn the first stage\, 30 teams will be selected based on written proposals. From these\, 10 outstanding teams will be chosen to participate free of charge in an intensive summer camp\, where they will learn project planning\, presentation skills and sustainable practices. This five-day training program is designed to enhance the depth and impact of their proposals. The final round will select the top three winners and seven honorable mentions. DESCRIPTION:隨著畢業季來臨，圖書館特別策劃「職場變變變：畢業生行動計劃」主題書展，邀請即將邁出校園步入職場的畢業生們，透過閱讀與互動活動深入探索職涯發展方向，掌握迎戰未來的行動力。活動自5/12至5/23同步於台北、桃園兩校區圖書館及金門圖書室展開，透過精選書單與社群互動設計，協助畢業生擬定個人化的成長計畫。 \n本次書展特別規劃「職涯雲朵」借書活動，讀者可於活動網頁點選任一「職涯雲朵」，借閱其中推薦的三本實體書籍，即可獲得限量贈品「迷你大聲公」，作為向世界發聲的象徵。此外，圖書館更推出社群平台加碼活動，鼓勵讀者追蹤官方IG或FB帳號，於指定貼文下留言標記朋友，並分享職場座右銘或給畢業生的一句鼓勵話語，搭配「#行動計劃」標籤，即有機會抽中全家百元禮券，為畢業生職涯之路再添動力。 \n活動詳情與參加方式可至圖書館官網查詢（活動網頁），讓閱讀成為探索自我、啟動未來的最佳起點，一起自信邁向人生新篇章。 \nAs graduation season approaches\, the library has specially curated a themed book exhibition titled “Transforming Career Path: Graduation Action Plan”. Aimed at soon-to-be graduates preparing to transition from campus to the workplace\, the event invites participants to explore career development paths through reading and interactive activities\, empowering them to take proactive steps toward their future. \nThe event will run from May 12 to May 23\, simultaneously at Taipei and Taoyuan Campus libraries\, as well as the Kinmen reading room. Through a carefully selected book list and engaging social media activities\, the exhibition helps graduates draft personalized growth plans. \nA featured activity\, the “Career Cloud”\, invites readers to visit the event webpage and choose a “Career Cloud”. DESCRIPTION:繼台北校區5/15社團評鑑後，桃園校區社團評鑑接棒於5/23（五）在體育一館羽球場熱鬧登場，展現113學年度學生社團多元風貌。本次成果展以「社團賓果趣 社評拚過去」為主題，集結36個社團共同參與，結合靜態攤位展示、簡報講評、動態展演與人氣票選活動，邀請全校師生一同走進社團的精彩世界。 \n活動當日，社團完成布攤後由主持人揭開序幕，隨即展開一整天豐富內容。上午場次進行社團簡報評鑑，讓代表們介紹社團理念與年度成果，展現組織經營實力與創新能量。下午時段則由各社團帶來精彩動態展演，包括日配社、魔術社、木吉他社等接力登場，以活力與創意爭豔舞台，展現青春與熱情。 \n除了靜態與動態展出，現場還設有「人氣票選活動」，同學可投票選出心中最喜愛的攤位與表演項目，為社團加油打氣。同時限量推出的賓果卡任務挑戰也同步展開，完成指定任務即可兌換紅券，參與方式簡單有趣，吸引不少同學熱情參與。限量60張賓果卡即日起開放領取，兌換至5/23（五）止，先搶先贏。 \n此次社團評鑑成果展不僅是學年度活動的總結與展示，更是交流互學的重要平台，讓全校師生在參與中感受社團的凝聚力與創造力，也為新一年度的社團發展注入更多靈感與動力。 \nFollowing Taipei Campus Club Evaluation held on May 15\, Taoyuan Campus Club Evaluation will take place on Friday\, May 23\, at Badminton Court\, Gymnasium\, showcasing the diverse vibrancy of student clubs during 2024 academic year. This year’s exhibition is themed “Club BINGO Fun – Strive for Excellence in Club Evaluation!“\, featuring 36 participating clubs through a lively mix of booth displays\, presentations\, performances and a popularity voting activity—inviting all faculty and students to explore the wonderful world of campus clubs. \nThe event kicks off with an opening ceremony following booth setup\, leading into a full day of exciting activities. In the morning\, clubs will present their evaluation reports\, sharing their missions\, annual achievements\, and demonstrating their management capabilities and creative energy. In the afternoon\, clubs such as Japanese Dubbing Club\, Magic Club and Guitar Club will take the stage with dynamic performances\, bursting with youthful passion and creativity. \nIn addition to the static and live showcases\, there will be a “Popularity Voting” activity\, where students can vote for their favorite booths and performances to support their beloved clubs. A limited BINGO card mission challenge will also be available—complete the designated tasks to earn red tickets! With only 60 BINGO cards up for grabs\, the challenge runs until May 23\, on a first-come\, first-served basis. \nThis Club Evaluation Exhibition is not only a summary of the academic year’s efforts\, but also a vital platform for inter-club exchange and learning. DESCRIPTION:應日系學會將於5/23（五）12:00至13:40在P102教室舉行大一《朗讀比賽》，本次活動特別設有觀賽座位，誠摯邀請全校師生蒞臨現場，共同感受語言的韻律與聲音的魅力。 \n本次比賽鼓勵大一學生勇於發聲、以聲音傳情，無論擅長細膩表達或喜愛生動演繹，都能在舞台上展現個人風格。透過朗讀的語音節奏與情感詮釋，讓文字轉化為動人的故事，打動每一位聽眾。 \n比賽設有獎金與獎狀肯定優秀表現，前三名分別可獲得NT$800、NT$500與NT$300獎金，並頒發獎狀乙張。凡完成比賽者皆可獲得參賽證明，為學習歷程增添亮眼記錄。 \n活動當日請參賽同學準時報到，若報名組數未達三組，則比賽將不予舉行。此項活動不僅是語言實力的驗證，更是學生自信展現的舞台，歡迎勇敢開口的同學踴躍參與，在朗讀中綻放語言的光芒。 \nDepartment of Applied Japanese will hold the First-Year Japanese Reading Contest on Friday\, May 23\, from 12:00 to 13:40 in Classroom P102. This event will feature designated seating for spectators\, and all faculty and students are warmly invited to attend and experience the rhythm and charm of the spoken language. \nThis competition encourages first-year students to speak up with confidence and express emotions through their voices. Whether you’re skilled in subtle delivery or enjoy dynamic storytelling\, this stage is yours to shine. Through vocal rhythm and emotional interpretation\, contestants will transform written text into compelling stories that move the audience. \nTo recognize outstanding performances\, the contest offers cash prizes and certificates:1st Place – NT$8002nd Place – NT$5003rd Place – NT$300All participants will receive a certificate of participation\, a valuable addition to their academic portfolio. \nParticipants are required to check in on time on the event day. DESCRIPTION:生科系與應中系聯合推出校園密室逃脫活動《極限偷塔：我只是想吃一口》，將於5/23（五）16:00至21:00於桃園校區EE702、EE703及EE704教室展開。本活動結合推理解謎與趣味劇情，透過團隊合作與限時挑戰，讓參與同學在沉浸式體驗中激發創意、紓解壓力。 \n本次遊戲劇情圍繞著「深夜蛋塔被偷」的詼諧設定展開，挑戰者將扮演潛入者角色，在烤箱轟響與機械手臂暴走的危機中，設法偷走神秘配方。每場體驗共30分鐘，包括20分鐘實境挑戰、5分鐘前導引導與5分鐘結尾解說，場地明亮安全，不含驚悚橋段，適合所有年級學生參與。 \n活動採四人一隊報名，每隊報名費NT$600，無論人數是否滿額皆以四人計費。隊伍中若有繳系費成員，可享每人折抵NT$100之優惠，最多可折抵至NT$200。報名費含活動體驗與蛋塔一份，活動當日需至EE705教室完成簽到程序。報名採線上表單填寫，額滿即不開放現場登記，請同學儘早報名以免錯失良機。 \n更多活動資訊與即時公告，請至Instagram粉專【mcu_bt】【mcu_ac】查詢或點選此連結報名。 \nDepartment of Biotechnology and Department of Applied Chinese are co-hosting an immersive campus escape room event titled “Tower Heist: I Just Wanted a Bite“\, to be held on Friday\, May 23\, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM in Rooms EE702\, EE703 and EE704 at Taoyuan Campus. \nThis event combines puzzle-solving with a humorous storyline\, encouraging teamwork and time-based challenges that spark creativity and provide a fun way to relieve stress through an immersive experience. \nThe game’s plot revolves around a light-hearted mystery: a stolen egg tart late at night. Participants will take on the role of infiltrators\, attempting to steal a secret recipe amid the chaos of roaring ovens and malfunctioning robotic arms. Each session lasts 30 minutes: 20 minutes for the actual escape room experience\, plus a 5-minute introduction and a 5-minute debrief. The venue is well-lit and safe\, with no horror elements\, making it suitable for students of all year levels. \nTeams of four are required to register\, with a registration fee of NT$600 per team\, regardless of whether the team is full. If your team includes members who have paid the departmental fee\, each such member receives a NT$100 discount\, with a maximum discount of NT$200 per team. The fee covers the escape room experience and one egg tart per person. Teams must check in at Room EE705 on the event day. \nRegistration is through an online form only. MCU’s School of Communication is launching the “All-Media Trainee” Experience Camp\, specially designed for high school and vocational school students. This event is a collaboration between the School’s four departments: Department of New Media and Communication Administration\, Department of Advertising and Strategic Marketing\, Department of RTV\, and Department of Audiovisual Journalism and Social Media Communication. Together\, they’ve created an All-Media Base\, which will open to the public for the first time. High school students across Taiwan are invited to become “A Communicator for a Day” on May 24.
