DESCRIPTION:響應「423世界書香日」，銘傳大學圖書館自4/21至5/9同步於台北、桃園及金門三校區推出「字成一格」系列閱讀活動，結合主題書展、借閱好禮與電子書推廣，邀請全校師生踏上一段春日書香之旅。 \n此次主題書展精選OpenBook得獎好書與2024年網路書店暢銷書，涵蓋多元題材，展現豐富的閱讀風貌。借閱活動方面，凡借閱書展書籍三本，即可獲得精美小禮一份；電子資源推廣則鼓勵讀者進入任一電子書平台借閱五本書，並於指定表單填寫最吸引人的書籍，完成步驟即可至櫃台登記抽獎。 \n透過實體與數位閱讀並行的多元方式，讓閱讀成為日常生活中自然的片刻沉澱。圖書館誠摯邀請全校師生前往各校區館藏區域參與活動，感受字句交織的魅力，一起用閱讀開啟靈感與創意的新頁。 \nIn celebration of World Book Day on April 23\, Library will launch the “Words in Style” reading campaign across its Taipei\, Taoyuan and Kinmen campuses from April 21 to May 9. This event features themed book displays\, borrowing incentives and e-book promotions—inviting all faculty and students to embark on a literary springtime journey. \nThe themed book exhibition showcases award-winning titles from OpenBook and 2024 bestsellers from online bookstores\, covering a wide range of topics and demonstrating the richness of reading experiences. \nBorrowing Rewards:Borrow three books from the display collection and receive a special gift. \nE-Book Promotion:Borrow five e-books from any of the digital platforms\, then fill out a form indicating the most captivating title you’ve read. Once completed\, you’ll be eligible to register at the library counter for a lucky draw. \nBy promoting both physical and digital reading\, the campaign encourages everyone to embrace reading as a moment of calm and reflection in daily life. The library warmly welcomes all faculty and students to explore the featured collections on each campus and experience the creative spark that words can bring. Let reading open a new chapter of inspiration and imagination!

The event will be held from May 6 to May 8\, 10:00 – 17:00 at the parking space near the entrance of “MCU Weekly” by 1st floor cafeteria. We warmly invite students with a heart for service to join our volunteer team and contribute to a meaningful cause. \nVolunteering during Blood Donation Week not only helps ensure the smooth running of the event but also allows you to earn on-campus service hours and commendations. Students who serve at least 3 hours in one day are eligible to apply for one commendation. Those who serve a total of 3 hours or more across all three days can log their service hours on campus records. \n📅 Sign-up Period: Now until May 5 (Mon)📌 Volunteers must attend their chosen shifts on time. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect the operation of the event.📄 If you need to apply for an official leave of absence (公假)\, be sure to indicate it accurately on the registration form.
