DESCRIPTION:花蓮縣為培育在地影視人才，鼓勵多元短片影像創作形式、主題、影像美學之創新與新媒體應用，並廣邀社會大眾針對具有花蓮元素的故事進行影音創作，特辦理「2024花蓮短片創作獎」，公開徵選適合新媒體（網路、新媒體平台等）傳播與映演之15分鐘內短片作品。\n活動總獎金高達100萬！！ \n“2024 Hualien Film Awards” aims to cultivate local talents in film and television by encouraging innovative forms\, themes\, and aesthetics of short film creation\, as well as the application of new media. The event invites the public to create audiovisual works focusing on stories with elements of Hualien.
