Message us—we’ll help organize another group! \n\n\n退費規則 Refund Policy \n– 活動開始前51天提出：退款報名費90%\n– 活動開始前31-50天退出：退款報名費70%\n– 活動開始前15-30天退出：退款報名費40%\n– 活動開始前7-14天退出：退款報名費30%\n– 活動開始前4-6天退出：退款報名費20%\n– 活動開始前3天內退出：恕無法退費 \n以上退款需扣除 匯款手續費NT$15\n取消參加者亦可選擇將報名費保留至其他行程，費用多退少補 \n活動開始前3天內退出：無法改參加其他行程 \n本行程為戶外活動，若因天候因素，考量安全性狀況，因而取消行程時，處理原則如下： \n1. 出發前，若遇活動目的地陸上颱風警報、地震、寒流、豪雨特報、道路或管理單位封閉，及相關工作人員因故臨時無法提供服務，等不可抗因素，致使無法出團——係因不可歸咎於任一方之不可抗因素——本公司決定取消活動之情況：選擇參加後續梯次／更改活動者，補繳已支出費用後，即可更改行程或日期（惟同一行程可能因日期不同價格有所浮動，更改後梯次與原梯次之報名費用差額多退少補）；無法參加後續梯次、或無法更改活動者，將扣除已支出費用後，退還95%剩餘報名費用。 \n2. 若出團期間天氣預報不佳，如陰雨綿綿、冷氣團來襲等，將影響出團品質之狀況，因需考量各家預報系統，活動路線難度、團員組成與季節等，由本公司綜合考量後，最遲將於出發日前3日公告是否照常出團。選擇參加後續梯次或更改活動者，無需繳納額外費用（惟同一行程可能因日期不同價格有所浮動，更改後梯次與原梯次之報名費用差額多退少補。）；無法參加後續梯次或更改活動者將退還95%報名費用。 \n\n\nCancellation 51+ days before event: 90% refund \n\n\n31–50 days: 70% refund \n\n\n15–30 days: 40% refund \n\n\n7–14 days: 30% refund \n\n\n4–6 days: 20% refund \n\n\nWithin 3 days: No refund \n\n\nAll refunds are subject to a NT$15 transfer fee.Alternatively\, participants may transfer their fee to another event\, with price differences adjusted accordingly.No transfer is allowed for cancellations within 3 days before the event. \nWeather & Force Majeure Policy \n\n\nIf the event must be canceled due to uncontrollable factors such as typhoons\, earthquakes\, heavy rain alerts\, cold waves\, road closures\, or staff unavailability\, participants may: \n\n\nReschedule for a later session or switch to another tour (additional costs may apply based on price differences)\, or \n\n\nCancel and receive a 95% refund after deducting any expenses already incurred. \n\n\n\n\nIf poor weather (e.g.\, light rain or cold fronts) may affect the experience\, the company will assess forecasts\, terrain difficulty\, group composition\, and safety\, and announce the final decision at least 3 days prior to departure. \n\n\nParticipants who reschedule or switch to another tour will not be charged extra (except for price differences). \n\n\nParticipants who choose to withdraw will receive a 95% refund.
