SUMMARY:大自然的調色盤 The Nature's Palette－花草葉植物蠟筆工作坊 Flower\, Grass\, and Leaf Wax Crayon Workshop
DESCRIPTION:植物曬乾後還能做什麼？生活中有很多植物曬乾後的物品，像是我們最常見的茶葉、食物，還可以做成香包、拼貼畫，或是…顏料？\n以植物創作為媒材的藝術家吳玳瑩從小就喜歡觀察大自然，總是認為漂亮的落葉待在地上後，就會回歸大地成為養分，或是就被當作垃圾；吳玳瑩思考著怎麼能讓這些落葉有更好的利用，便將落葉磨成細粉，做為創作媒材，並將植物粉加入膠或大豆蠟成為水彩和蠟筆！本次工作坊會分享大自然的調色盤計畫內容，現場帶民眾體驗如研磨、將天然蠟做成自製植物蠟筆，並完成小幅創作。 \nWhat Can We Do with Dried Plants? \nArtist Wu Dai-ying has always had a passion for observing nature since childhood. She believes that fallen leaves\, once left on the ground\, will return to the earth as nutrients or be treated as garbage. To find better uses for these fallen leaves\, Wu Dai-Ying grinds them into fine powder as a creative medium. She incorporates this plant powder into glue or soy wax to create watercolors and wax crayons. In this workshop\, participants will learn about the Nature’s Palette project\, experience activities such as grinding dried plants\, making homemade plant wax crayons\, and completing small-scale artwork. \n課程講師 Instructor \n藝術家吳玳瑩於2022年獲台灣美術新貌獎首獎，畢業於台北市立大學，視覺藝術系碩士。因小時候常與自然相伴，所以對於自然有著特別情懷。進而選擇將植物作為創作媒材，讓採集成為一種日常，並研究自然媒材作為藝術的各種可能性。專研自然與藝術之間的關係，尋找並創造與自然相結合的各種途徑。 \nArtist Wu Dai-ying won the first prize in the Taiwan New Art Award in 2022. She graduated from the Visual Arts Department at Taipei Municipal University of Education with a master’s degree. Growing up close to nature\, she developed a special affection for it. She chose to use plants as a creative medium\, making collecting plants a part of her daily life. She explores the various possibilities of using natural materials in art\, studying the relationship between nature and art\, and finding ways to integrate nature into her artwork. \n課程內容 Workshop Content \n計畫分享 Project Sharing\n雍和藝術教育基金會與植物媒材藝術家吳玳瑩 一起走入汐止內湖一帶7所學校，帶領小朋友從觀察並採集校園植物，將校園裡的植物做成水彩顏料和蠟筆，並用自己製作的顏料作畫，我們將所有的作品集結成一成果展！展覽中的展示的植物也都是在各校教學時就收集起來的特色植物！展覽現場也可以體驗研磨植物粉，一起來度過療癒的時間！ \nYonghe Art Education Foundation collaborates with plant-based art artist Wu Dai-ying to visit seven schools in the Neihu area of ​​Xizhi\, leading children to observe and collect campus plants. The collected plants are then used to make watercolor paints and wax crayons\, and the children use their homemade paints to create artworks. All the artworks will be compiled into an exhibition! The plants displayed in the exhibition are also collected from each school during the teaching process!
