DESCRIPTION:銘傳大學作為臺灣學術電子書暨資料庫聯盟（TAEBDC）的成員館，配合聯盟舉辦「E書E語．推薦接力-113年度跨校推廣活動」。即日起至11／11（一），113年度TAEBDC聯盟學生與教職員，只要參與有獎徵答與電子書推薦，即有摸彩獲得豐富獎品的機會！ \n活動設有兩項獎勵——推薦獎與接力獎。參與「推薦獎」的同學只需填妥基本資料、依指示挑選並閱讀任一本聯盟電子書，並分享推薦內容，提交後經承辦單位審核通過，即可參加推薦獎抽獎。至於「接力獎」，則是延續推薦獎，每分享一本電子書內的精選短句並提交表單，通過審核後，即可加碼參加抽獎，每人最多可獲得五次抽獎機會，且需挑選不同冊的電子書進行分享。 \n參加活動的同學需注意幾點事項：活動參加者需授權投稿內容無償供主辦單位及聯盟合作學校推廣使用；投稿內容必須為原創，若有抄襲行為需自負法律責任。此外，獎品圖片僅供參考，實際款式以實物為準；若獲得超過新臺幣壹仟元之獎品，需列入當年度所得稅申報，外籍得獎人須繳交獎品價值20%稅金及居留證影本。獲獎者需至所屬圖書館領取獎項，並完成簽收。 \n圖書館活動多元且鼓勵閱讀，盼各位師生多加善用活動資源，閱讀豐富知識的同時，還能順便將豐富大獎帶回家。 \nAs a member library of the Taiwan Academic E-book and Database Consortium (TAEBDC)\, MCU is participating in the “E-books Relay Recommendation Contest – 2024 Cross-School Promotion Event”. From now until Monday\, November 11\, TAEBDC consortium students and faculty can participate in a prize draw by answering quiz questions and recommending e-books\, with a chance to win fantastic prizes! \nThe event features two awards: the Recommendation Award and the Relay Award. For the Recommendation Award\, participants simply need to fill in their basic information\, select and read any e-book from the consortium\, and share a brief recommendation. Once approved by the organizing committee\, participants will be entered into the prize draw. The Relay Award extends the Recommendation Award by allowing participants to share selected quotes from any e-book. For each approved submission\, they will earn an additional prize draw entry\, with a maximum of five entries per person. However\, each submission must be from a different e-book. \nA few important notes for participants: By entering the contest\, participants agree to grant the host and consortium partner schools the right to use the submitted content for promotional purposes. Submissions must be original; plagiarism will result in legal liability. Prize images are for reference only; actual styles may vary. If the prize exceeds NT$1\,000 in value\, it must be declared for tax purposes. Foreign winners are required to pay 20% tax on the prize value and submit a copy of their residence permit. The Taoyuan Campus Badminton Club\, in collaboration with Fu Jen Catholic University and Chang Gung University\, is hosting a Badminton Exchange Tournament on Sunday\, November 10\, from 09:00 to 17:00 at Chang Gung University’s badminton court (Gym 1). This tournament is open to all students of MCU’s Taoyuan Campus\, as well as members of Badminton Club. The competition will include men’s and women’s doubles\, with the match format adjusted based on the number of participants. The games will use RSL No. 3 shuttlecocks. Prizes will be awarded based on rankings\, with equivalent goods (non-cash) valued at NT$700 for first place\, NT$500 for second place\, and NT$300 for third place. \nIn addition to the morning competition\, a fun match will be held in the afternoon to create a more relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The fun match will be played in randomly assigned teams\, mixing players from all three schools for a knockout competition. The winning team will receive a surprise prize. DESCRIPTION:好不容易度過了緊繃的期中考，就來吃個冰療育一下自己吧！台北和桃園的親善大使團將舉行的「杜老爺甜筒大車拼」，讓趣味競賽和吃甜筒結合，活動全程免費，參加此次活動可以獲得畢業門檻十力中的「群體力」，趕緊組隊報名參加這有趣的競賽。 \n桃園校區率先於11/21（四）12點於體育館一館3F（籃球場）舉行，以四人為一組的團體賽進行報名，四人中再細分成兩小組使用兩人三腳的方式行動，並抽取桌上卡片進行指定動作，兩組都完成後一起大喊「我愛銘傳，我愛杜老爺」即可通過，花費時間較短者獲勝，有興趣的人記得前往報名，名額有限，要報名要快！ \n台北校區則接棒於11/27（三）12點在逸仙堂舉行，四人一組再細分為兩小組，於出發前大喊「我愛銘傳，我愛杜老爺」，第一個小組利用「頭」夾取杜老爺小卡板跑至前方桌子後，換取杜老爺再跑回起點交棒；第二個小組利用「背」夾取杜老爺小卡板，同樣跑至前方桌子換取杜老爺再跑回起點全員蹲下，最短時間完成的隊伍即是最後的勝利者！本次除了擁有全新的冰淇淋口味外，還擁有親善大使準備的精彩表演，完成報名者務必準時參賽！ \nAfter the stress of midterms\, it’s time to treat yourself with some ice cream! The Taipei and Taoyuan Goodwill Ambassador teams are hosting the “DuoLaoYe Ice Cream Cone Challenge” – a fun competition combined with sweet treats\, and it’s completely free! Engage in a conversation with the lens\, discover yourself and reintroduce yourself to who you are. \nThe club’s PR manager mentioned that\, compared to the previous themes of “Emotion” and “Togetherness”\, this year’s challenge is notably more difficult. Thanks to the generous sponsorship from alumni Zhang Dunzhi and Zou Likai\, the prizes have also been upgraded! The competition will award one First Prize winner\, one Gold Prize winner\, and five Excellence and Merit Award winners each. DESCRIPTION:為提升全校師生對智慧財產權的認知，並強化校園智慧財產權保護觀念，銘傳大學圖書館將於11/18-29舉辦「智慧財產權線上有獎徵答」活動。本次活動以線上填答的方式進行，參加者須回答10題與智慧財產權相關的問題，並全數答對方具有抽獎資格。每位得獎者將獲得星巴克飲料券（價值NT$100）一張，名單將於活動結束後公布。 \n本次徵答活動不限參加次數，每人每天限填答一次（當日多次填答也僅會計算一次），參與越多次，中獎機會越高。得獎名單將於12/2（一）在圖書館限時動態及網頁上公布，中獎人需於一週內至圖書館領取獎品，逾期視為放棄。此外，外籍中獎者需繳交獎品價值20%稅金並提供居留證影本。 \n誠摯邀請全校師生踴躍參加這場知識性與趣味性兼具的線上活動，透過填答不僅增進智慧財產權知識，更有機會贏取精美獎品！ \nTo enhance awareness of intellectual property rights (IPR) among faculty and students and promote better understanding of campus IPR protection\, MCU Library will host the “Protection of Intellectual Property Rights Online Giveaway Quiz” from November 18 to 29. This interactive activity invites participants to answer 10 IPR-related questions online. Those who achieve a perfect score will qualify for a prize draw. Winners will receive a Starbucks beverage coupon (worth NT$100)\, with the results announced after the event concludes. \nParticipants may join the quiz multiple times\, but submissions are limited to one per day per participant (only the first attempt each day will count). The more days you participate\, the higher your chances of winning. The winner list will be announced on Monday\, December 2\, via the library’s social media stories and website. Prizes must be claimed at the library within one week; otherwise\, they will be forfeited. For foreign winners\, a 20% tax on the prize value will be charged\, and a copy of the Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) is required. \nWe warmly invite all faculty and students to participate in this engaging and educational online event. DESCRIPTION:銘傳大學圖書館即將推出快閃活動「我要成為入館達人」，鼓勵同學多利用圖書館資源，活動分為兩週舉行：第一週為11/18至11/24，第二週為11/25至12/01。活動地點涵蓋台北與桃園校區，將分校區統計進館次數，兩週內分別選出進館次數最多的前五名同學。每位得獎者將獲得星巴克飲料券（價值NT$100）一張，名單將分別於11/27及12/04公布。 \n參加活動的方式簡單易行，符合資格的同學需於當週借閱實體書籍至少兩冊，並持學生證或掃描手機QR Code入館。注意！使用臨時入館證或進入台北自習室者不予計算。得獎名單將公布於圖書館粉專限時動態及網頁，得獎者需於名單公布後一週內領獎，逾期視為放棄資格。此外，外籍得獎者需繳交獎品價值20%稅金並提供居留證影本。 \n邀請全校同學熱情參與，爭當入館達人，讓閱讀成為生活的一部分，還有機會贏得精美獎品！ \nMCU Library is launching the exciting flash activity\, “Become a Library Expert” encouraging students to make full use of library resources. The activity spans two weeks: Week 1 (November 18–24) and Week 2 (November 25–December 1). It will be held at both the Taipei and Taoyuan Campuses\, with entry counts tallied separately for each campus. The top five students with the highest entry counts during each week will win a Starbucks beverage voucher (worth NT$100). Winners will be announced on November 27 and December 4 respectively. \nHow to Participate: \n\nEligible participants must borrow at least two physical books during the week.\nEntry must be logged by either presenting a student ID card or scanning the QR code via mobile upon entry.\nTemporary entry passes or visits to the Taipei self-study room will not count.\n\nWinners will be announced through the library’s social media stories and website. Prizes must be claimed within one week of the winner announcement\, or they will be forfeited. Foreign winners will need to pay a 20% tax on the prize value and provide a copy of their residence permit. \nAll students are warmly invited to join this activity. DESCRIPTION:銘傳大學應用日語學系年度盛事「日語配音比賽」將於12/13（五）12:00在P102教室舉行，此次比賽不限科系，參賽隊伍需由4至6人組成，每人限報一隊，報名時間自11/25（一）13:00至12/06（五）18:00，參賽者已繳應日系學會費者可免費參賽，未繳者及外系學生需每人繳交NT$100報名費，觀眾則可免費入場。 \n本次活動為學生提供一個展現日語配音技巧與聲音魅力的舞台，參賽者將透過動畫、影視作品等經典橋段展現創意，並深度體驗日本文化中配音藝術的精髓。所有參賽資料需由隊伍代表透過報名表單上傳，請務必詳閱規定再行報名。若報名隊伍未滿三組，活動將取消；達三組（含）以上則如期舉行，請見諒。 \n喜愛配音或對日語文化有興趣的同學們，無論是參賽或觀賽，都歡迎一同來感受這場聲音與創意交織的盛會，共同留下美好回憶！ \nThe annual event hosted by Department of Applied Japanese\, Japanese Voice Acting Contest\, will be held on Friday\, December 13\, at 12:00 PM in P102. Participation is open to all departments\, with each team consisting of 4–6 members. Participants can only join one team. Registration is open from Monday\, November 25\, 13:00\, to Friday\, December 6\, 18:00. Students who have paid the Applied Japanese Department membership fee can participate for free. Others\, including students from other departments\, are required to pay a registration fee of NT$100 per person. Admission for the audience is free. \nThis event provides students with a platform to showcase their voice acting skills and charisma in Japanese. Participants will creatively perform iconic scenes from animations or films\, experiencing the art of Japanese dubbing and its cultural essence. All entry materials must be uploaded via the registration form by the team representative. Please carefully review the rules before registering. If fewer than three teams register\, the event will be canceled.
