MCU’s School of Communication is launching the “All-Media Trainee” Experience Camp\, specially designed for high school and vocational school students. This event is a collaboration between the School’s four departments: Department of New Media and Communication Administration\, Department of Advertising and Strategic Marketing\, Department of RTV\, and Department of Audiovisual Journalism and Social Media Communication. Together\, they’ve created an All-Media Base\, which will open to the public for the first time. High school students across Taiwan are invited to become “A Communicator for a Day” on May 24. The event is free\, and registration is now open: https://rb.gy/kd0als. \nDean Po-Yu Chen of School of Communication stated that the School is currently focusing on its development of an “All-Media Base” and AI-integrated communication\, with core curriculum features across its departments including multimedia video production + AI-generated content\, social media communication + AI big data\, and advertising strategy & creativity + AI marketing technology. The School’s alumni have excelled across various communication sectors\, earning the trust of industry leaders and even garnering accolades such as the Golden Bell Awards. \nTo help high school students better understand the communications field and its career opportunities\, School of Communication has united its four departments to offer this hands-on one-day media training camp. Participants will get to experience advanced facilities such as the XR Smart Studio\, radio recording booths\, and VR equipment\, while also engaging in activities like camera operation\, short-form video production\, news broadcasting and advertising planning. \nThe camp will be held on May 24 at Communication Building on Taipei Campus.
