DESCRIPTION:活動緣起 Event Background \n當前學習與發展領域正經歷快速變革，企業對於人才發展的需求也日益增長，且不再限於傳統的培訓方式。數位學習、虛擬學習平台及人工智慧（AI）工具等新興技術，正逐步成為主流，並在人才發展的過程中發揮越來越重要的作用。 \n鑑於今年ATD亞太年會期間受到颱風影響改為視訊減少互動，加上年會匯聚眾多重量級大師，並發表許多精彩的演講與內容。希冀透過菁英及專家的研討，再次萃取其精華，以利擴大知識的傳遞及交流，讓更多人才發展專業人士受益。 \n本次會議內容分為四大主題，包含最新的學習方法、人才發展策略及未來趨勢，並專注在領導力及AI的運用，提供實務操作與經驗交流的機會。藉由前瞻的知識和技術，轉化為行動計畫，解決當前人才發展的挑戰，並在未來的工作中取得更好的成果。 \nThe fields of learning and development are undergoing rapid transformation\, with organizations increasingly seeking innovative approaches to talent development beyond traditional training methods. Emerging technologies such as digital learning\, virtual learning platforms\, and artificial intelligence (AI) tools are becoming mainstream\, playing a pivotal role in the talent development process. \nDue to the impact of a typhoon\, this year’s ATD Asia-Pacific Conference was conducted online\, resulting in reduced interaction.
