SUMMARY:2024淨零排放科技國際競賽@Taiwan Net Zero Tech International Contest
DESCRIPTION:一、因應2050淨零排放，本會與國立臺灣大學以培育淨零技術人才為目的，共同主辦 「2024淨零排放科技國際競賽＠Taiwan」。並由國際知名的大學組織 Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU)攜手協辦．力求創造最大的國際影響力。\n二、本競賽召集人由國立臺灣大學校長陳文章博士擔任·競賽技術領域包括（一）再生能源（風電、光電、海洋能、地熱、氫能、前瞻能源…）、（二）前瞻儲能系統、高效率低耗能、低碳排放、（三）負碳、碳捕捉、封存及再利用技術、（四）電動車、節能馬達、綠能運輸、（五）廢棄物處理與 淨化技術、資源循環零廢棄、綠能建築、（六）節能技術（生產、製造丶住商、綠能建築設計、生活……）。\n三、本競賽以「 主競賽」與「國競賽」雙賽制進行的規模設計，邀請臺灣與世界各國在節能減碳領域中．研究成果卓越的大學師生（含碩博士生） 組隊參加。\n四、本競賽自2024年3月1日起至6月30日止受理報名，參賽作業辦法如附件，冠軍獎金壹佰萬元、總獎金達新台幣陸佰伍拾萬元；決賽計畫於2024年8月21日（三）假國立臺灣大學綜合體育館舉行。\n五、竭誠邀請貴校各系所師生踴躍組隊參加．並祈請在貴單位網站、電子看板等處公告推廣，為「 2050淨零排放」的目標共盡心力。相關資訊 請逕上 http://teco.tecofound.org.tw/zh-tw/pages/18/60 查詢 。 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn response to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050\, we\, in collaboration with National Taiwan University\, are co-hosting the “2024 Net Zero Tech International Contest”. This event is co-organized by the internationally renowned Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) to create the greatest international impact.\nThe convener of this contest is Dr. Wen-Chang Chen\, President of National Taiwan University. The technical fields of the competition include: (1) Renewable energy (wind power\, solar power\, ocean energy\, geothermal energy\, hydrogen energy\, forward-looking energy\, etc.)\, (2) Advanced energy storage systems\, high-efficiency low-energy consumption\, low-carbon emissions\, (3) Negative carbon\, carbon capture\, storage\, and reuse technologies\, (4) Electric vehicles\, energy-efficient motors\, green transportation\, (5) Waste treatment and purification technologies\, zero-waste resource cycling\, green building\, (6) Energy-saving technologies (production\, manufacturing\, residential\, commercial\, green building design\, lifestyle\, etc.).\nThe contest is designed with a dual “main contest” and “international contest” system\, inviting university students and faculty (including master’s and doctoral students) from Taiwan and around the world who have outstanding research results in the field of energy conservation and carbon reduction to participate.\nThe contest will accept registrations from March 1\, 2024\, to June 30\, 2024. Details of the contest rules are attached. The champion prize is one million New Taiwan Dollars\, and the total prize money amounts to NT$1.5 million. This camp features engaging\, themed humanities courses set in immersive classrooms\, offering a taste of foreign culture. The camp will take place on July 15 and 16 with four sessions available. High school students in grades 10-12 from across the nation are welcome to register for free. DESCRIPTION:為促進國內動畫新銳創作者，有更多交流及推展動畫藝術觀摩與展映機會，銘傳大學數位媒體設計學系、國立台南藝術大學動畫藝術與影像美學研究所共同主辦，攜手國立台南大學視覺藝術與設計學系及設計碩士班、實踐大學高雄校區電腦動畫學士學位學程協辦的「2024動畫實驗場－四校交流展」，6/22-23在台灣當代文化實驗場C-LAB多功能廳展映，歡迎免費前往觀賞。 \n策展人動畫導演、銘傳數媒系林青萱老師表示，「動畫實驗場」活動去年由銘傳大學數位媒體設計學系、國立台南藝術大學動畫藝術與影像美學研究所首次發起策劃，主要聚焦「動畫新銳與實驗動畫」創造力之展現，藉以傳達動畫獨有的自由創作氛圍，今年再加入國立台南大學視覺藝術與設計學系及設計碩士班、實踐大學高雄校區電腦動畫碩士學位學程兩校學生作品參與展映，從動畫作品交流及專題講座中，分享新銳創作者們其動畫探索與獨特的創作過程。 \n此次銘傳數媒系共有5部學生動畫作品參展：《幻境操偶師》、《過去》、《魬》以及兩部在今年「第20屆技專校院電腦動畫競賽」一般大學組分別獲得優勝、佳作的《堊利席恩》、《壞旅行》，將在6/22（六）16:50-17:50進行放映，並將安排林青萱老師與學生影人出席交流進行映後座談。 \nTo promote opportunities for emerging domestic animation creators to engage in exchanges and showcase their work\, MCU’s Department of Digital Media Design and the Graduate Institute of Animation and Film Art at Tainan National University of the Arts are co-organizing the “2024 Animation Experimental Lab – Four-School Exchange Exhibition”. This event is co-hosted by Department of Visual Arts and Design and Master of Design program at National University of Tainan\, as well as Bachelor’s Degree Program in Computer Animation at Shih Chien University Kaohsiung Campus. The exhibition will take place on June 22-23 at the multifunctional hall of Taiwan Contemporary Culture Lab (C-LAB)\, and admission is free. \nCurator and animation director\, Professor Lin Ching-hsuan from Department of Digital Media Design\, stated that the “Animation Experimental Lab” event was first initiated last year by MCU and the Graduate Institute of Animation and Film Art at Tainan National University of the Arts. The focus was on showcasing the creativity of “emerging and experimental animation”\, aiming to convey the unique atmosphere of free creation inherent in animation. This year\, the event includes works from students of the Department of Visual Arts and Design and the Master of Design program at National University of Tainan\, as well as the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Computer Animation at Shih Chien University Kaohsiung Campus. Through the exchange of animation works and special lectures\, the event will share the exploration and unique creative processes of new animators. \nDepartment of Digital Media Design will feature five student animation works: “PuppeTeer”\, “Past”\, “Wave Back”\, as well as “ELYSIUM” and “BAD TRIP”\, which won awards in the general university category of this year’s 20th Technical and Vocational College Computer Animation Competition. These works will be screened on June 22 (Saturday) from 16:50 to 17:50. DESCRIPTION:銘傳大學商品設計學系家具設計聯展「構GO」，6/26-29在台北萬華剝皮寮歷史街區13、15號展間舉行，由品設系林福年老師指導「家具設計」課程學生，將結構拆開、重組，構建嶄新意象，是前進的具象化，歡迎民眾、師生免費蒞臨參觀指教。 \n今年主題為「構GO」，「構」有解構、拆分重組的意思，唸法如同英文的「GO」，椅子是人與空間接觸的最小單位，亦是最小單位的建築，銘傳品設系26位修讀「家具設計」課程的大三生，運用課程所學的知識，透過各類型材料，設計加工製作出具有創新元素的嶄新意象，預計展出24件椅、桌作品。 \n由品設系林福年老師指導的大三上學期「家具結構」課程，針對以木頭為主的加工，前期訓練結構觀念，並製作小型的家具作為暖身，特別著重於家具的結構與造型設計；下學期「家具設計」課程，探討家具機能、生活機能與空間之相關性，課程導入AI人工智慧輔助設計流程，以構想出符合聯合國永續發展目標SDGS的產品設計。歡迎免費前往參觀。 \nDepartment of Product Design will hold a furniture design joint exhibition titled “Construct-GO” from June 26 to 29 at spaces 13 and 15 in Bopiliao Historic Block in Wanhua. Guided by Professor Lin Fu-nien\, students of the “Furniture Design” course have deconstructed and reassembled structures to create innovative imagery\, symbolizing the concretion of progress. The exhibition is open to the public and faculty members for free. \nThis year’s theme\, “Construct-GO”\, conveys the idea of deconstruction and reassembly\, with the pronunciation similar to the English word “GO”. Chairs represent the smallest unit of interaction between people and space\, akin to the smallest unit of architecture. Twenty-six juniors from the Product Design Department\, who are taking the “Furniture Design” course\, have applied their knowledge to design and create new imagery using various materials. The exhibition will feature 24 innovative chair and table designs. \nUnder Professor Lin Fu-nien’s guidance\, the “Furniture Structure” course in the first semester of the junior year focuses on wood processing\, emphasizing structural concepts through preliminary training and the creation of small furniture pieces. This course places a special emphasis on the structure and form of furniture. In the second semester\, the “Furniture Design” course explores the relationship between furniture functionality\, living functions\, and space. The course integrates AI-assisted design processes to conceive products that align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). \nWe welcome everyone to visit and enjoy the exhibition for free.

His experiences include struggles in family and school during his youth\, followed by exploitation in the workplace and periods of homelessness. Despite his hardships\, 小潘actively participates in sharing his story to shed light on injustices and remove societal labels. \n🏀 少年現在式 Present Youth 品毅 \n\n小六生，現在和媽媽、國小的妹妹及讀幼兒園的弟弟一起生活，有時得幫忙照顧弟弟妹妹。小三來到據點，認識三年左右，我們一起經歷生活裡的日常和動盪。 \n平常的生活是早上上課，有時候會遲到翹課，讓老師頭痛，但五六年級比較常去上課了。下課後就跟朋友出去玩，交友廣闊，在社區裡不會找不到一起玩的朋友，逛夜市、騎單車、打籃球、打羽球，都是會和朋友一起做的事。 \n聰明、口才好、真誠、貼心、照顧家人的，是我們看到的品毅；調皮搗蛋、大聲嗆人、偶爾罵些髒話、深夜在街頭遊蕩玩耍，也是我們認識的品毅。 \nA sixth-grade student\, 品毅lives with his mother\, younger sister\, and preschool-aged brother. He has been associated with the base for about three years\, experiencing the ups and downs of daily life together with his peers. 品毅is known for his intelligence\, eloquence\, sincerity\, and caring nature\, yet he also exhibits mischievous behavior typical of his age. \n🏅 少年現在式 Present Youth 迪安 \n\n高二少年，從國小高年級開始參加角力隊直到高中，過去幾年的生活重心都在角力隊，曾想過轉換跑道，今年寒假時才下定決心轉學到餐飲科。 \n現在和哥哥、朋友們一起生活，需要打工賺自己的生活費，是初入工讀世界的新鮮人。 \n小學一年級就在社區認識，看著迪安長大。從小是社區裡得人疼的孩子，在長大過程中幸運獲得一些人的支持，也有哥哥姐姐姐陪伴走過人生的風風雨雨。 \nA sophomore in high school\, 迪安has been involved in wrestling since elementary school and recently made the decision to transfer to a culinary arts program. He lives with his brother and friends\, working part-time to support himself. DESCRIPTION:本次是謝明錩到目前為止所專注發展面貌的全部展現。簡單分類的話，主要在「意蘊和意念」之間打轉；「意蘊」即畫中呈現的思考性、文學性、哲學性、與生活感觸等，而關於藝術觀念、技法、形式、創意方面的呈現則是「意念」。所以「要不要讓作品說話」以及「怎麼說」可以說完全是依對象物而定。這也是謝明錩作品與眾最截然不同之處，可說是「自成系統、不斷演化。」「趁勢而為、隨緣創造。」 \nThis exhibition showcases the entire scope of Hsieh Ming Chang’s artistic development to date. The luminous jade green color showcases the jade texture of the cabbage\, adorned with golden edges. The flowing golden curves of the leaves exude a sense of elegance and luxury\, and the classic little katydid accompanies the layers of leaves on the back. Inspired by the “Yongle Period Blue and White Dragon Vase”\, the overall design features blue and white porcelain colors as the main theme. The dragon pattern from the classic artifact is intricately incorporated into the back design\, capturing the grandeur and dynamic essence of the lotus-climbing three-clawed dragon. The side mimics the texture of porcelain\, presenting a translucent shine\, while the neck is adorned with flowing lotus patterns\, perfectly combining the allure of toys and collectible art! \nThese two highly popular items will be on sale for the first time at the exhibition.
