SUMMARY:2024年App行動應用創新賽 Mobile Application Innovation Contest
DESCRIPTION:「2024年App行動應用創新賽」台灣校園團隊揚名大中華區的絕佳舞台，歡迎全台大專院校學生激發創意思考及實作能力，以iOS系統設計開發，並以蘋果公司的產品及開發工具為基礎，設計出極具創意與高實用性的App作品。 \n本次競賽中創意賽道的作品須以iOS / iPadOS系統設計開發的應用程序（App）為原型，並須符合iOS / iPadOS系統的產品特性。創新賽道的參賽作品須為具有一定功能的原創性應用程式（App），參賽App應基於iOS / iPadOS系統設計開發，並須在iOS / iPadOS相關設備上順暢運行。鼓勵參賽隊伍下載Xcode並且使用Swift語言進行開發。 \n“2024 Mobile Application Innovation Contest” provides an excellent platform for Taiwan campus teams to shine in the Greater China region. We welcome students from all universities and colleges in Taiwan to unleash their creativity and practical abilities by designing and developing iOS applications based on Apple’s products and development tools. \nIn the creativity track of this contest\, entries must be prototype applications (Apps) designed and developed for the iOS/iPadOS system\, adhering to the product characteristics of the iOS/iPadOS system. Entries in the innovation track must be original applications (Apps) with certain functionalities\, developed for the iOS/iPadOS system\, and must run smoothly on iOS/iPadOS devices. We encourage participating teams to download Xcode and utilize the Swift language for development. \n參賽要求 Entry Requirements \n參賽者必須是台灣的⼤專院校的在學學⽣，包括⼤專⽣、碩⼠和博⼠⽣。\n學生報名以小組為單位，創新賽道每組最多由3名隊員組成，創意賽道每組最多由2名隊員組成。\n每隊均需推派隊⾧1名，代表該隊負責⽐賽聯繫、接洽⼊圍、得獎權利義務之⼀切相關事宜。 \n每隊必須有1名指導老師，最多2名。\n須為⼤專院校教師。 \nParticipants must be current students of Taiwanese universities or colleges\, including undergraduate\, master’s\, and doctoral students.\nStudents must register as a team. Each team in the innovation track can have a maximum of 3 members\, while each team in the creativity track can have a maximum of 2 members.\nEach team must appoint a team leader responsible for competition-related communication\, contact\, and any other relevant matters regarding eligibility and awards. \nEach team must have at least 1 faculty advisor\, with a maximum of 2.\nThe advisor(s) must be a faculty member of a Taiwanese university or college. \n報名與繳交企畫書截止 Registration and Submission Deadline \n5/31前報名與繳交企畫書截止\n以A4版面書寫5至10頁，封面註明隊伍名稱與作品名稱，檔案格式存成PDF檔，檔案名稱須同「聯絡人學校聯絡人系級聯絡人姓名APP名稱企畫書」 \nRegistration and submission of project proposals must be completed by May 31.\nProject proposals should be written in 5 to 10 pages on A4-sized pages\, with the team name and project name clearly indicated on the cover. DESCRIPTION:「松山文創學園祭」從扶植原創的精神出發，提供學生們展現創意的舞臺，並深入了解產業動態，達到全方位產學合作培育，從 2012 年第一屆開始已舉辦十三年，共超過100所學校、136個校系，超過500檔畢業展、2000件以上畢業作品參與。 \n畢業，對大多數的學生來說，意味著脫離學校前往人生下一個目標，然而對沒有標準答案的未來，以及社會及家人對於自己的期待多少會有些躊躇與茫然。 \n本次學園祭以「吾所_Way」，作為主題，吾所於字面「我的」的意思，結合英文Way，“_”為英文符號 (underscore) 意指「重要」，連結英文Way代表方向，希望畢業生以探索自己的人生方向出發，創造屬於自己的人生。 \n期望畢業生在往後人生道路上，能夠找到自己的方向，不管是要就業、升學、創業或是暫時休息探索人生目標，只要那是你想要的方向，都應該努力追尋與追求，在追尋的過程中或許迷惘或許會遇到挑戰，但也希望畢業生仍夠無所畏懼，勇往直前！ \nSCCP Grad Expo is founded on the spirit of fostering originality\, providing a stage for students to showcase their creativity\, and deeply understanding industry dynamics to achieve comprehensive industry-academia collaboration. Since its inception in 2012\, it has been held for thirteen years\, involving over 100 schools and 136 departments\, with more than 500 graduation exhibitions and over 2000 graduation works participating. \nGraduation\, for most students\, signifies leaving school and moving towards the next goal in life. However\, there may be some hesitation and confusion about the uncertain future and the expectations of society and family. \nThis year’s festival is themed “吾所_Way”. “吾所” (Wǔ Suǒ) means “mine” in Chinese\, and combined with the English word “Way”\, the underscore “_” symbolizes importance. It signifies connecting with the direction represented by “Way”\, hoping that graduates will explore their life paths and create their own futures. \nWe hope that graduates will find their direction in life\, whether it is employment\, further studies\, entrepreneurship\, or taking a break to explore life goals. As long as it is the direction you desire\, you should pursue it with determination. DESCRIPTION:為了推廣運動風氣，增進教職員工的身心健康與團隊精神，桃園校區體育室將舉辦銘傳大學112學年度教職員工暑期桌球、羽球、籃球錦標賽。所有銘傳大學教職員工均可代表其單位報名參賽，以各學院、各處室為參賽單位。 \n報名時間即日起至5/31(五)12:00截止。請向體育室索取報名表並填寫兩份報名表，一份保留，一份交至體育室的郭國隆老師，分機：3522，E-mail：kuokuo@mail.mcu.edu.tw。6/7(五)12:30將在體育室辦公室舉行抽籤及領隊會議。比賽時間為6/25(二)，各項目的比賽時間如下：桌球10:00-12:00在體育館1樓；籃球11:30-12:00在體育館3樓；羽球13:00-16:00在體育館1樓。熱血開賽！ \n比賽項目包括桌球、羽球、籃球，共三項賽事。桌球：五局三勝，每局11分，排點順序以男單、女雙、男單、男雙、女單共5點，且皆要比賽完成並列入成績紀錄；每隊比賽人數4男3女，報名人數男生至多可報名5人，女生4人，若男生不足時，可由女生替補，每點球員不得重複。羽球：3點2勝，落地即得分制，每點以先得到30分者獲勝。 排點以男雙、女雙、混雙共3點且皆要比賽完成並列入成績紀錄；每隊比賽人數3男3女，報名人數男生可報名4人，女生可報名4人，若男生不足時，可由女生補足，每點的球員不得重複。籃球：比賽以四節制，每節10分鐘不停錶，唯第四節最後2分鐘停錶，各隊報名人數至多18人。 \n所有參賽者都有機會贏取豐富的獎品。各項團體競賽桌球、羽球、籃球錄取前三名，第一名獎金4000元、第二名獎金2800元、第三名獎金1900元。未得名的隊伍也將有參加獎品。歡迎教職員工們踴躍報名參賽，增進體適能，促進同仁間的情誼交流，共同爭取獎金！ \nIn order to promote a culture of sports\, enhance the physical and mental well-being of faculty and staff\, and foster team spirit\, the Office of Physical Education\, Taoyuan Campus\, will be organizing the 2023 Academic Year Faculty and Staff Summer Table Tennis\, Badminton\, and Basketball Championships. All faculty and staff of Ming Chuan University are eligible to represent their respective units and register for the competition\, with each college and office forming their own teams. \nRegistration is open from now until 12:00 on May 31 (Friday). Please obtain the registration form from Office of Physical Education and fill out two copies\, one to keep and one to submit to Mr. Kuo Kuo-lung at the Office of Physical Education\, extension: 3522\, Email: kuokuo@mail.mcu.edu.tw. A draw and team leader meeting will be held at 12:30 on June 7 (Friday) in the Office of Physical Education. The competition will take place on June 25 (Tuesday)\, with the following schedule for each event: Table Tennis from 10:00-12:00 on 1/F of Gymnasium; Basketball from 11:30-12:00 on 3/F of Gymnasium; Badminton from 13:00-16:00 on 1/F of Gymnasium. Get ready for some exciting matches! \nThe competition includes three events: Table Tennis\, Badminton\, and Basketball. For Badminton: 3 sets\, best of 2\, with a point scored upon landing\, and the first to reach 30 points wins. The order of play is Men’s Doubles\, Women’s Doubles\, Mixed Doubles\, for a total of 3 points\, all of which must be completed and recorded in the results. Each team can have a maximum of 3 male and 3 female players\, with up to 4 male and 4 female players registered. If there are insufficient male players\, they can be supplemented by female players\, with no duplication of players for each point. For Basketball: Four quarters of 10 minutes each\, with the clock running continuously\, except for the final 2 minutes of the fourth quarter\, where the clock stops. Each team can have up to 18 players registered. \nAll participants have the opportunity to win exciting prizes. The top three teams in each group competition for Table Tennis\, Badminton\, and Basketball will receive cash prizes: NT$4\,000 for first place\, NT$2\,800 for second place\, and NT$1\,900 for third place. Teams that do not place will also receive participation prizes. Faculty and staff are encouraged to sign up for the competition\, improve their physical fitness\, promote camaraderie among colleagues\, and strive for the cash prizes!

DESCRIPTION:建築學系第21屆畢業製作成果展「不在場製造 MADE IN ABSENCE」，5/31-6/2在松山文創園區3號倉庫舉行校外展，展示建築系學生5年的學習成果；6/1並安排有「建築國際講座」，將邀請日本知名建築師夫妻檔手塚貴晴和手塚由比來台演講，歡迎對建築設計有興趣的民眾、師生免費前往參加。 \n建築系是銘傳唯一修業年限為5年的學系，今年畢業班共有48位學生，預計展出43件模型設計作品、8件論文海報展示。畢展主題「不在場製造 MADE IN ABSENCE」，表達這五年來，同學們一直藉由每次的設計，窺探建築的世界，就如同門縫溢出的光線一般，循著這條路徑擴散出的光。同學們帶著各自不同地方的生活經驗與詮釋，提出各自的想法、提問與質疑，為五年的建築學習短暫作結，透過作品敘述關於建築更多的可能性。 \nThe 21st graduation exhibition of the Department of Architecture\, titled “MADE IN ABSENCE”\, will be held from May 31 to June 2 at Warehouse No. 3 in the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park. This off-campus exhibition showcases the results of five years of learning by the architecture students. On June 1\, there will also be an “International Architecture Lecture”\, featuring renowned Japanese architect couple Takaharu and Yui Tezuka. This event is free and open to the public\, as well as to teachers and students interested in architectural design. \nThe Department of Architecture is the only department with a five-year program. This year’s graduating class consists of 48 students\, who will be presenting 43 design models and 8 thesis posters. The exhibition theme\, “MADE IN ABSENCE”\, reflects the students’ journey over the past five years. They have continuously explored the world of architecture through their designs\, akin to light streaming through a door crack\, spreading along a path. Bringing their diverse life experiences and interpretations\, the students present their ideas\, questions\, and critiques\, offering a brief conclusion to their architectural education while narrating the potentialities of architecture through their works. \n \n同時，為增進學生的國際視野，銘傳大學建築學系與冠德玉山教育基金會共同主辦「建築國際講座：手塚貴晴+手塚由比 X 溫子先的對話」，6/1上午9:30-11:30在畢業展現場舉行，由銘傳大學設計學院副院長李芝瑜、十彥建築師事務所建築師陳彥伶共同主持，邀請以當代木構設計為主的日本建築家Takaharu Tezuka + Yui Tezuka(手塚貴晴與手塚由比)，與來自全球十大建築師事務所Aedas(凱達環球)全球設計董事 Dr. Andy Wen(溫子先)進行一場對談，講座全程以英文進行，無中文翻譯。 \n手塚貴晴、手塚由比建築師夫妻檔曾獲得日本Good Design Award金獎、美國ArchDaily Building of the Year等大獎，並曾榮獲來自聯合國UNESCO頒發永續性建築的全球獎項。溫子先建築師設計的作品富於文化特色且屢獲殊榮，如WAF(世界建築節大獎)、APPA(亞太房地產大獎)、HKIA(香港建築師會大獎)、(AIA)美國建築師學會大獎、MIPIM等。手塚貴晴與溫子先曾經為Upenn(賓夕法尼亞大學)的同窗，在本次講座的對談中，除了建築的觀點之外，也能聽到兩人的建築養成，本場國際講座與畢展活動皆免費入場，歡迎踴躍參加。 \nIn addition\, to broaden students’ international perspectives\, Department of Architecture\, in collaboration with Kindom Yu San Education Foundationn\, will host the “International Architecture Lecture: Takaharu + Yui Tezuka in Dialogue with Andy Wen”. This lecture will take place on June 1 from 09:30 to 11:30 at the graduation exhibition venue. It will be co-hosted by Associate Dean of School of Design\, Jeanne Lee\, and architect Chen Yen-ling from Yen Partnership Architects. The lecture features contemporary wooden structure design architects Takaharu Tezuka and Yui Tezuka from Japan\, and Dr. Andy Wen\, Global Design Director at Aedas\, one of the world’s top ten architectural firms. The entire lecture will be conducted in English without Chinese translation. \nTakaharu and Yui Tezuka have received numerous accolades\, including Japan Good Design Award Gold Prize and ArchDaily Building of the Year award. They have also been honored with global awards for sustainable architecture from UNESCO. Dr. Andy Wen’s culturally rich designs have won prestigious awards such as World Architecture Festival (WAF) Award\, Asia Pacific Property Awards (APPA)\, Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) Award\, American Institute of Architects (AIA) Award\, and MIPIM. \nTakaharu Tezuka and Andy Wen were classmates at the University of Pennsylvania (Upenn). In this dialogue\, besides discussing architectural perspectives\, they will share insights into their architectural training and education. The closing ceremony will announce the exhibition competition results\, with Deputy Director-General of National Land Management Agency\, Ministry of the Interior\, Xu Yan-xing\, presenting awards such as the Outstanding Planning Award and the Outstanding National Land Planning Award from the National Federation of Urban Planners Associations. \nMCU President Lee Hsuan-shih emphasized that at this crucial time of challenges and opportunities\, it is essential to explore how to build a more resilient and sustainable future together. Sustainable governance and resilience are not only significant challenges but also hold tremendous potential. He is currently the Program Director of Kaohsiung Film Festival. \n多次受邀擔任影展選片及電影獎評審，歷任第52\, 55\, 60屆金馬獎劇情長片類及劇情短片類初審、第49\, 50\, 55屆金鐘獎戲劇節目類評審，第37\, 43屆金穗獎評審，2017釜山短片節奈派克獎評審、2021蔚州山岳影展國際競賽評審。評論文字見於網路媒體及報章雜誌。編著作品《台灣電影愛與死》、《她殺了時代：重訪日本電影新浪潮》、《台灣電影變幻時：尋找台灣魂》，監製作品《伏流》。 \nHe has been invited multiple times to serve on film festival selection panels and film award juries\, including as a preliminary judge for 52nd\, 55th and 60th Golden Horse Awards for feature films and short films\, and as a judge for 49th\, 50th and 55th Golden Bell Awards for drama programs. He has also served as a judge for 37th and 43rd Golden Harvest Awards\, 2017 Busan Short Film Festival NETPAC Award and 2021 Ulju Mountain Film Festival International Competition. His reviews can be found in online media and print publications. He has authored and edited works such as “The Love and Death of Taiwan Cinema”\, “She Killed the Era” and “Taiwan Cinema in Transition: In Search of True Taiwan Spirit”. To meet the industry demand\, the Taoyuan City Government Office of Employment Services and Vocational Training\, Taoyuan City Department of Civil Affairs and Taoyuan City Industrial Development and Investment Promotion Committee have jointly commissioned Ming Chuan University to conduct “2024 Innovative Industry Application Training Workshop – Drone Racing Aerial Photography Certification Class”. This course is open to youths aged 16 and above who are employed\, studying\, or awaiting conscription in Taoyuan City. The government subsidizes the tuition\, making the course free of charge. Classes will be held every Saturday and Sunday from July 20 to September 7 at Ming Chuan University’s Taoyuan Campus. Only 30 applicants will be accepted\, and online registration is open until June 10. Register online at https://reurl.cc/1vkrOm. \nThe course will train students in three main areas: drone racing program design\, aerial video production\, and familiarity with the Civil Aviation Administration (CAA) certification exam practices. The course will also prepare students to obtain the CAA drone certification and learn about legal operations application processes. This will equip students with commercial technical skills related to the drone industry\, creating personal value and opportunities for sustainable business operations. The course will be taught by Mr. Yang Feng-rong\, who holds a CAA Remote Drone Evaluation Certificate\, and Mr. Chen Qi-wen from Cool Fly Drone Promotion Company. \nThe course is government-subsidized and tuition-free. It is open to individuals aged 16 and above (as of the start of the training) who are employed or studying in Taoyuan City\, or conscription-deferred males recommended by Taoyuan City Department of Civil Affairs. Conscription-deferred males interested in the course should contact their respective district offices or the Military Service Section of Taoyuan City Department of Civil Affairs at (03) 335-8560. DESCRIPTION:二十世紀是歐美版創藝術急遽發展的時期，由印刷術傳承而來的各種媒材與技法，吸引許多優秀藝術家加入創作的行列，胡安・米羅（Joan Miro\, 1893-1983）亦是最重要的其中一位，在其生涯中創作超過2000件版創藝術作品。米羅的版創作品以凹版（Intaglio）、石版（Lithograph）與金剛砂（Carborundum）為主，其中金剛砂技法作品被認為是米羅版創藝術中的頂尖之作。這種運用炭化矽創作的版創藝術，能夠在版畫紙平面上創造出如浮雕般的深度與天鵝絨般的肌理，米羅在1960年代開始運用金剛砂進行創作，並深深著迷於此媒材所帶來的特殊效果。 \n曜畫廊於今年春季檔期，將展出米羅豐富精彩的版創藝術，並藉由對其金剛砂技法的探討，同時展出華人藝術大師趙無極生涯唯一一件金剛砂創作，以及台灣三個世代重要版創藝術家廖修平、劉自明、楊忠銘對於「深度」的研究、實驗與創新作品。 \n從物質性的媒材出發，20世紀與21世紀的版創藝術家們，因著時代與環境的變化，以各自的天份與思索，為這個世界帶來了令人驚嘆的成果。今日我們何其有幸，能夠見著他們的作品齊聚一堂，讓我們看見版創藝術這道窄門裡，無限寬廣的世界。 \nThe 20th century marked a period of rapid growth for Fine Art Prints in the Western world. Various media and techniques attracted numerous esteemed artists to engage in creative pursuits\, with Joan Miró (1893-1983) standing out as one of the most prominent figures. Throughout his career\, Miró produced over 2000 works of fine art prints. His works primarily utilized intaglio\, lithography\, and carborundum\, with the latter being considered the pinnacle of Miró’s fine art print oeuvre. Employing carborundum\, a silicon carbide compound\, Miró could create on print paper surfaces a relief-like depth and texture resembling velvet\, soft and smooth. Miró began experimenting with carborundum in the 1960s and became deeply fascinated by the unique effects it produced. \nThis spring\, Gallery de sol will showcase Miró’s captivating fine art prints\, delving into his carborundum technique. At the same time\, the exhibition will feature the only carborundum artwork in the career of the Asian art master ZAO Wou-Ki\, as well as innovative works exploring “depth” by three generations of important Taiwanese fine art print artists: LIAO Shiou-Ping\, LIU Zi-Ming\, and YANG Chung-Ming. Starting from the materiality of their mediums\, fine art print artists of the 20th and 21st centuries\, driven by the shifts in their historical period and surroundings\, have brought forth astonishing results through their individual talents and contemplations.
