Nestled amidst the tea trees\, 全興茶園 in Pinglin has been rooted for decades\, ensuring quality from tea cultivation to sales. To promote their family’s tea leaves\, the younger generation of the family has embarked on entrepreneurship\, establishing the “Meet in Tea” brand of tea egg yolk pastry. Beginning with gratitude\, the story leads travelers into the tea garden to appreciate the scenery and don tea-picking attire. Under the sun\, participants experience the labor and sweat behind the lingering aroma of each cup of tea. \n \n \n◆ 窺探家庭製茶廠｜做茶工序大解密 Explore Family Tea Factory: Revealing the Tea-making Process ◆ \n坪林的茶產業，靠著一戶戶的家庭，獨力撐起從耕種到販售的一條龍經營，不但住家兼著當店面，樓上還藏著麻雀雖小、五臟俱全的加工廠。茶葉在採摘後必須快速送回家中，製茶人展開不眠不休、專注且俐落地操作機台，萎凋、浪菁、揉捻，每一道流程都有其講究的真工夫。 \nIn Pinglin’s tea industry\, each family independently manages the entire process from cultivation to sales\, with homes serving as both residences and storefronts. Upstairs\, tucked away\, are compact yet fully equipped processing factories. After being swiftly brought back home following the harvest\, the tea leaves undergo round-the-clock\, focused\, and precise processing. Let’s explore Pinglin’s landscape from the perspective of locals! \n \n◆ 阿香姐的茶香手路菜｜全興茶園晚餐 Auntie Xiang’s Tea-infused Home Cooking: Dinner at 全興茶園 ◆ \n全興茶園主力栽培與製作文山包種茶和蜜香紅茶，從爸媽這一代開始經營餐廳。主廚阿香姐以茶入菜，運用自家包種茶籽新鮮榨油，拌炒自己養的土雞，一桌佳餚香氣四溢，再現家常古早味的餐桌風景。 \n（＊茶油雞為菜單必備，其它菜色以活動當日食材為主） \n全興茶園 specializes in cultivating and producing Wen Shan Pouchong Tea and Honey Fragrance Black Tea\, a tradition passed down from the current generation’s parents who started the restaurant. Chef Auntie Xiang incorporates tea into her dishes\, using freshly pressed oil from their own Pouchong tea seeds to stir-fry their home-raised free-range chicken. A table full of delicacies fills the air with aromatic flavors\, recreating the nostalgic taste of home-cooked meals. \n(*Tea Oil Chicken is a must-have on the menu\, while other dishes are based on the ingredients available on the day of the event) \n \n◆ 星空下的螢光漫步｜螢火蟲夜間觀察 Strolling Amongst Fireflies Under the Starry Sky: Firefly Night Observation ◆ \n螢火蟲對於生長環境十分挑剔，恰好坪林屬於水源保護區、北勢溪長年封溪護漁，讓社區住民積極投入守護生態環境，使其也成為螢火小精靈的棲息場所。旅程的尾聲，讓我們來到夜晚的溪邊，在這裡放下所有煩惱喧囂，靜靜欣賞一顆顆療癒人心的點點火光吧！ \nFireflies are incredibly selective about their habitats\, and fortunately\, Pinglin is located within a water conservation area where the Beishi Stream is closed for fishing all year round. This proactive conservation effort by the local community has created a suitable habitat for these enchanting firefly creatures. DESCRIPTION:商設藝廊4/22-5/29展出\n產學成果&王開立、王瓊芬老師創作聯展\n歡迎全校師生蒞臨設計大樓3樓商設藝廊欣賞指教。 \nExhibition at Gallery from April 22 to May 29\nAchievements of Industry-university Cooperation & Dual Solo Exhibitions of Creation by Wang Kai-Li and Wang Chiung-Fen\nWelcome all faculty and students to visit and provide feedback at the 3rd floor  Gallery in Design Building. \n▍001 銘傳商設系第一商行-大溪歷史街區共同設計計畫 Daxi Historic District Co-Design Project\n王開立/張棣楨/吳家榮/蔡子堯 Wang Kai-li/Zhang Di-zhen/Wu Jia-rong/Cai Zi-yao\n第一商行位於大溪中央路，雖不起眼，卻保留有大溪這個曾經繁華一時的老市鎮許多故事與居民的生活習慣，是來大溪值得一訪特色店家。本次計劃由銘傳大學團隊進行形象再造，由王開立與張棣楨、吳家榮與蔡子堯共四人組成團隊，投入一年的時間，訪談調查第一商行，將其故事與形象重新設計，從形象、展示、文宣與商品的規劃，找回應有的精彩與生命力。展覽展示有設計成果與執行過程，是在地方耕耘、產官學交流互動的寶貴經驗。 \nLocated on Zhongyang Road in Daxi\, Daxi the First may seem unremarkable\, yet it holds many stories and the daily life habits of residents\, making it a unique destination worth visiting in Daxi’s once prosperous old town. This project\, undertaken by a team from Ming Chuan University\, including Wang Kai-li\, Zhang Di-zhen\, Wu Jia-rong\, and Cai Zi-yao\, spent a year redesigning the store’s image. Through interviews and research\, they reimagined its story and image\, reviving its vitality through redesigning its image\, exhibition\, promotional materials\, and product planning. The exhibition showcases the design results and execution process\, representing a valuable experience in local cultivation\, industry-academia collaboration\, and interaction. \n▍002 時空穿越-王開立空間圖繪創作成果展 Time Travel – Wang Kai-li’s Spatial Illustration Creations Exhibition\n插畫地圖最令人著迷之處在於表現形式的自由性，能夠讓創作者根據主題藉助於各式繪圖媒材盡情發揮，無論採取感性的、幽默風趣式的，或者誇張譏諷式的手法，皆可藉由筆墨流露出來，呈現地區的景點與文化特色。作者從事地圖插畫創作與教學已有多年，累積出可觀的教材與創作成果，因此想藉由「時空穿越」四幅系列作品的展出，將近年來對於插畫地圖的心得與想法詮釋出來，並試圖設計出有別於以往的地圖形式與觀賞者一起分享。 \nThe most fascinating aspect of illustrated maps lies in the freedom of expression\, allowing creators to unleash their creativity using various drawing media. Regardless of employing emotional\, humorous\, or exaggerated satirical styles\, illustrators can use their brushes to express and present the region’s landmarks and cultural characteristics. With years of experience in map illustration creation and teaching\, the author has accumulated considerable teaching materials and creative achievements. Therefore\, through the exhibition of the “Time Travel” series\, the author aims to interpret recent insights and thoughts on illustrated maps and share them with viewers\, attempting to design maps in a unique form different from before. \n▍003 和你在一起很美好 IT’S WONDERFUL TO BE WITH YOU\n每一個創作的當下，都是為當時的自己留下記號，一點、一點的延續到現在，為了在這一刻與你相遇。 \nEvery moment of creation is a mark left for oneself at that time\, accumulating gradually until now\, all to meet you at this moment.

Open Source is a method that is open to the public\, allowing for free use and modification. It provides a boundless source of energy that\, when combined with design\, stretches the imagination infinitely. This integration of Open Source and design allows for traceability\, sharing\, and the generation of diverse ideas. It aims to meet the needs of society by reaching more users and developers\, thus creating a positive cycle of innovation. \nThe graduating seniors of Department of Commercial Design are extending the ideal of “Open Source” endlessly forward. They have formed 29 groups\, each exploring different possibilities through actual authorization. DESCRIPTION:社團人的大件事「社團評鑑」，實體評鑑將於5/17（五）分別台北和桃園兩校區同步登場，台北校區時間為9:30-16:00於逸仙堂進行，桃園校區時間則為10:00-16:00於體育一館羽球場展開，今年「社團評鑑」不同以往，更有社團成果展覽發表會的概念，打開門，邀請全校師生前往參觀，更多了解各個社團在做什麼？沒參加過社團的人，更是要揪上三五好友一起前往逛社團拿好禮，台北校區和桃園校區都有設計不同又有趣的活動，歡迎大家打開舒適圈，踴躍前往探索。 \n台北校區獎項分別為「特優」7名、「優等」7名、「甲等」14名、「最佳成果展出」（自由參加）限額12組、「最佳社團活動獎」不限組數、以及「頭腦風暴」和「頭腦風暴-MVP」共七種獎項；當日，參與者除了可以看社團成果展演，還可以到各社團攤位玩玩有趣的活動體驗以及闖關拿好禮等等。 \n桃園校區以「今天我想去逛社團」為活動主題，參加同學們可憑入場券入場並參加抽獎，入場券除可至體育一館四樓課指組索取，也可尋問身邊的社團人領取，活動當日若與參與社團互動，即可再獲得一張抽獎券，當天也將產出各項得獎社團，歡迎大家一起逗陣熱鬧！ \n此外，今年社團評鑑除了現場評分人員的問答外，也希望大家多走動，增加社團間的互動環節，讓社團之間更多彼此了解，促進未來社團間的合作機會；錯過期初社團博覽會也沒關係！這回合OPEN社團，歡迎有興趣的師生前往並共同參與盛。 \nThe major event for club members\, the “Club Evaluation”\, will take place physically on May 17 (Friday) simultaneously in Taipei and Taoyuan campuses. The event in Taipei campus will be held from 09:30 to 16:00 at Sun Yat Sen Auditorium\, while in Taoyuan campus\, it will run from 10:00 to 16:00 at Badminton Court in Gymnasium. This year’s “Club Evaluation” will be different from previous years\, featuring a concept of club achievements exhibition and presentation. The doors will be open\, inviting all faculty and students to visit and gain deeper insights into what each club is doing. Those who have not participated in clubs are especially encouraged to bring along a few friends to explore the clubs and receive special gifts. Both campuses will have different and interesting activities designed for the occasion\, welcoming everyone to step out of their comfort zones and actively engage in exploration. \nIn Taipei campus\, awards will be given for “Special Excellence” (7 awards)\, “Excellence” (7 awards)\, “A Grade” (14 awards)\, “Best Achievement Exhibition” (freely participate\, limited to 12 groups)\, “Best Club Activity Award” (unlimited)\, as well as “Brainstorm” and “Brainstorm-MVP”\, totaling seven categories of awards. Participants can not only observe club achievements but also experience various fun activities and challenges at each club booth to win prizes and more. \nThe theme for the event at Taoyuan campus is “Today I Want to Explore Clubs”. Participating students can enter and join the lucky draw with an entry ticket\, which can be obtained from the Class Guidance Group on the fourth floor of Gymnasium or from club members. If students interact with participating clubs during the event\, they will receive an additional raffle ticket. The event will also announce various winning clubs on the day\, creating a lively atmosphere for everyone to join in! \nMoreover\, besides the Q&A session with on-site evaluators\, this year’s club evaluation hopes to encourage more interaction between clubs by encouraging participants to move around more\, facilitating better understanding and promoting future collaboration opportunities between clubs. If you missed the initial club expo\, don’t worry! This is another chance to explore clubs\, and all interested faculty and students are welcome to participate together in the excitement.

DESCRIPTION:「2024年App行動應用創新賽」台灣校園團隊揚名大中華區的絕佳舞台，歡迎全台大專院校學生激發創意思考及實作能力，以iOS系統設計開發，並以蘋果公司的產品及開發工具為基礎，設計出極具創意與高實用性的App作品。 \n本次競賽中創意賽道的作品須以iOS / iPadOS系統設計開發的應用程序（App）為原型，並須符合iOS / iPadOS系統的產品特性。創新賽道的參賽作品須為具有一定功能的原創性應用程式（App），參賽App應基於iOS / iPadOS系統設計開發，並須在iOS / iPadOS相關設備上順暢運行。鼓勵參賽隊伍下載Xcode並且使用Swift語言進行開發。 \n“2024 Mobile Application Innovation Contest” provides an excellent platform for Taiwan campus teams to shine in the Greater China region. We welcome students from all universities and colleges in Taiwan to unleash their creativity and practical abilities by designing and developing iOS applications based on Apple’s products and development tools. \nIn the creativity track of this contest\, entries must be prototype applications (Apps) designed and developed for the iOS/iPadOS system\, adhering to the product characteristics of the iOS/iPadOS system. Entries in the innovation track must be original applications (Apps) with certain functionalities\, developed for the iOS/iPadOS system\, and must run smoothly on iOS/iPadOS devices. DESCRIPTION:這次系週從週一至週四都將會有攤位，讓系學會成員學習如何應對客人以及學生時的臨場反應，讓團隊分工合作的技巧更加提升。 \n此次會計系學會精心策劃了一系列豐富的活動，除了邀請各式各樣的攤販進駐，還特別準備了手作冰沙，讓大家在炎炎夏日中能夠享受沁涼的美味；而現場攤販包括美味點心美食、古著、玻璃手工藝品、香水、韓系服飾等，種類繁多，讓人目不暇給。 \n為了增加活動的趣味性，會計系學會還舉辦了抽獎活動。凡是在期限內購買冰沙並填寫問卷的同學，皆有機會參加抽獎。獎品包括7-11禮券、秀泰電影票、小米行動電源及雙人餐券等，獎品豐富多樣，讓大家有吃有玩，精彩不斷。 \nThis departmental week will feature booths from Monday to Thursday\, providing opportunities for members of the departmental student association to learn how to handle guests and students on the spot; This to enhance their teamwork and cooperation skills. \nThe Accounting Department has meticulously planned a series of exciting activities. In addition to inviting various vendors to participate\, they have specially prepared handmade smoothies\, allowing everyone to enjoy a refreshing treat in the scorching summer heat. The onsite vendors will offer a wide range of products\, including delicious snacks\, vintage clothing\, glass crafts\, perfumes\, and Korean-style apparel\, providing a feast for the eyes. \nTo enhance the fun\, the association is also hosting a raffle. Students who purchase smoothies and complete a survey within the specified period will have the chance to enter the raffle. Prizes include 7-11 gift vouchers\, ShowTimes movie tickets\, Xiaomi power banks\, and double meal vouchers\, ensuring a delightful experience with plenty of enjoyment and excitement.

The matches will take place during the lunch hour from 12:10 to 13:00 each day. This is a great opportunity to relieve stress and enjoy the fun of sports. Students who love badminton are encouraged to sign up by May 22 (Wednesday). Participants need to bring their ID and the registration fee of NT$800 on the day of the competition to complete the check-in process. \nThe tournament format requires each team to consist of 3 men and 3 women\, covering men’s doubles\, women’s doubles\, and mixed doubles events. If there are not enough men\, women can fill in\, but no one can play multiple roles. The matches will follow a best-of-three format with rally scoring\, where the first to reach 21 points wins the game. Get your adventure gear ready\, because Outdoors Club is organizing O-Shaped Trail Hike on May 23 (Thurday)\, from 17:30 to 20:30. Join the club’s night hike to explore the mysterious trails around the campus. The hike will start from the campus parade ground and go up to山子頂山. Participants will be provided with a boxed meal. The event is free for members and costs NT$50 for non-members\, with fees to be paid on the day of the event. \nThe pre-event briefing will be held on May 16 (Thurday).
