DESCRIPTION:活動資訊 \n弎 The Trio\n王群婷 & 洪紹桓 & 蕭育融 The Trio ~ 三個⼈的演奏型態在英⽂就叫做 “Trio”。\n⽽Trio⼀詞⼜可解讀為：我們這⼀“組” 、我們這⼀“班” 、我們這⼀“群”。\n論語則說：三⼈⾏，必有我師焉。\n我們互相傾聽著，⼀起拼裝成我們的聲⾳，笙／吉他／⾙斯，我們的樣⼦。 \nEvent Information \nThe Trio\nFeaturing Refa Wang\, Hung Shao-Huan\, and Hsiao Yu-Jung\, The Trio showcases a musical collaboration with an unique blend of the bass\, sheng and guitar.\n“Trio” refers to a musical ensemble of three performers\, and the term can be interpreted as “our group\,” “our team\,” or “our gathering.”\nAs the Confucian Analects state\, “When three people are walking together\, there must be one I can learn from.”\nWe listen to each other\, assembling our individual sounds into a harmonious blend\, creating a musical representation with the sheng\, guitar\, and bass. \n演奏者：Bass | 王群婷 Refa Wang \n \n英國Guildhall School of Music and Drama – Jazz Performance​\n台灣藝術⼤學⾳樂學系學⼠⽂憑\n同時具備紮實的古典⾳樂訓練背景，並致⼒於爵⼠樂及跨域演出的女性⾳樂家。\n2014獲選兩廳爵⼠夏令營最佳Bass⼿，並於隔年擔任兩廳院爵⼠⾳樂研習營講師。\n2013－2016受邀⾄英國倫敦參與時裝品牌APUJAN⾳樂製作及現場演出。\n2019獲得台中爵⼠⾳樂節新秀⼤賽第三名，同年更受邀擔任9m88《平庸之上Beyond Mediocrity》巡迴樂⼿。\n2020獲選台北爵⼠⾳樂節最佳樂團並受邀於主舞台⼤安森林公園演出。\n⾃2019回台後立即成為各⼤爵⼠⾳樂節上的新寵兒⾄今。\n2022參與衛武營週年慶4.0與五樓創意共同製作演出的特別節⽬《Bonfire你怕⿊嗎？》。\n除了參與不同的⾳樂類型演出與製作，也與國內外知名⾳樂家合作包括：Too Many T’s、Antonio Hart、Michael Philip Mossman、Jimmy Cobb、JohnRussel、Barry Green、Jason Rebello、許郁瑛、謝明諺、曾增譯、陳穎達、羅妍婷、春麵樂隊、9m88、⼩⼈、告野家等。\n近年來更受邀到各⼤⾳樂節演出，包含：MONDOMiX Festival、Isle of Wight Festival、Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival、The Royal Wedding Bells Of Windsor Festival、Fete Quaqua Festival、 Spitalfields Music Festival、Live Green Festival、SXSW、TaiChung Jazz Festival、Taipei Jazz Festival、LUCfest等。 \nGuildhall School of Music and Drama – Jazz Performance\nHolder of a diploma from the Music Department of Taipei National University of the Arts\, this female musician boasts a solid foundation in classical music training while dedicating herself to jazz and interdisciplinary performances. In 2014\, she was awarded the Best Bass Player at the Two Halls Jazz Summer Camp and served as a lecturer at the Two Halls Jazz Music Workshop the following year. From 2013 to 2016\, she was invited to London\, UK\, to participate in music production and live performances for the fashion brand APUJAN.\nIn 2019\, she clinched the third place in the Taichung Jazz Festival New Talent Competition and was invited to join the 9m88 “Beyond Mediocrity” tour as a musician. In 2020\, she was selected as the Best Band at the Taipei Jazz Festival and performed on the main stage at Daan Forest Park.\nSince her return to Taiwan in 2019\, she has become a rising star in various jazz festivals. In 2022\, she participated in the special production “Bonfire你怕⿊嗎？” jointly produced by the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts and Fifth Floor Creative.\nApart from participating in different music genres and productions\, she has collaborated with renowned musicians globally\, including Too Many T’s\, Antonio Hart\, Michael Philip Mossman\, Jimmy Cobb\, John Russel\, Barry Green\, Jason Rebello\, Hsu Yu-Ying\, Hsieh Ming-Yen\, Tseng Tseng-Yi\, Chen Ying-Da\, Luo Yen-Ting\, Chun Mian Band\, 9m88\, Xiao Ren\, Gao Ye Jia\, and more.\nIn recent years\, she has been invited to perform at various music festivals\, including MONDOMiX Festival\, Isle of Wight Festival\, Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival\, The Royal Wedding Bells Of Windsor Festival\, Fete Quaqua Festival\, Spitalfields Music Festival\, Live Green Festival\, SXSW\, Taichung Jazz Festival\, Taipei Jazz Festival\, LUCfest\, and others. \n演奏者：Sheng｜洪紹桓 Hung Shao-Huan \n \n比利時布魯塞爾荷語皇家⾳樂學院爵⼠演奏碩⼠，以國樂器「笙」為主修，師事Diederik Wissels、Jeroen Van Herzeele及Thibault Dille。\n於2016年考取比利時布魯塞爾皇家⾳樂院爵⼠樂系，成為該校創校以來第⼀位以中國傳統樂器入學就讀的學⽣。\n畢業於國立台南藝術⼤學中國⾳樂學系主修「笙」，兩度獲選「國樂系 南藝之星協奏之夜」擔任協奏者；於台北市立國樂團擔任兼任演奏員；舉辦多場個⼈演奏會；獲選2014年「外交部國際青年⼤使交流計畫」並隨團參訪中南美四國。\n除了活躍於台灣⾳樂圈、演奏⾜跡也遍佈全球陸塊，如美國、中國、印尼、加拿⼤、澳洲、中南美洲多國、比利時、德國、瑞典等，飽受好評與讚嘆。\n⾳樂多元性除爵⼠樂以外，觸及範圍也包含⾃由即興演奏、肢體即興表演、電⼦⾳樂、積極創作以及嘗試不同風格樂曲的改編，吸收各⽅精髓並將此中國最古老樂器之⼀的獨特⾳⾊巧妙的融於所學當中，發展出新時代「笙」樂風格。 \nHolder of a Master’s degree in Jazz Performance from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in Belgium\, specializing in the Chinese traditional instrument “sheng\,” mentor under Diederik Wissels\, Jeroen Van Herzeele\, and Thibault Dille.\nIn 2016\, he was admitted to the Jazz Department of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels\, becoming the first student to enroll with a Chinese traditional instrument since the school’s establishment. Graduated from the Department of Chinese Music at the National University of Tainan\, majoring in “sheng.” Twice selected as a concerto performer for the “Concerto Night of Nanya Stars” in the Chinese Music Department\, he also served as a part-time performer in the Taipei Chinese Orchestra\, held numerous solo concerts\, and participated in the 2014 “Ministry of Foreign Affairs International Youth Ambassador Exchange Program\,” touring four countries in Central and South America.\nActive not only in the Taiwanese music scene but also globally\, he has performed in the United States\, China\, Indonesia\, Canada\, Australia\, Central and South America\, Belgium\, Germany\, Sweden\, and more\, receiving acclaim and praise.\nHis musical versatility extends beyond jazz\, including free improvisation\, physical improvisational performance\, electronic music\, active composition\, and attempting adaptations of various musical styles. DESCRIPTION:一、舉辦宗旨\n為配合今年國際扶輪主題「為世界創造希望」，讓在台外國留學生藉此活動促進國際文化交流，並讓在台外國留學生運用留學期間學習之華語、台語，向各界展現台灣或其所屬國家文化為世界創造希望。 \n二、參加資格\n凡在(1)各大學暨(2)語文中心學習華語和台語之在台外國留學生、及(3)扶輪外國交換學生(RYE)均可組隊報名參加。每隊至少兩人、最多五人。 \n三、報名方式\n（一）參賽隊伍將報名表每隊乙份填妥後於報名截止期限前以郵寄、傳真或電子郵件方式寄送到\n台北松 山扶輪社 收：\n地址：106 台北市大安區敦化南路二段180號18樓\n電話：(02) 2739-8683 傳真：(02) 2733-0013\nE-mail：ssrotary@ms41.hinet.net\n（二）報名截止期限為2023年12月27日（星期三）截止。 \n四、講演比賽\n（一）參賽隊數：15-18隊，報名隊數超過18隊時，每個語文中心推薦上限以3隊為限，若報名隊伍過多時，主辦單位得參酌參賽者表演主題與內容大綱、各語文中心推薦及報名先後順序等因素綜合判斷增刪隊數。\n（二）比賽日期：2024年1月27日（星期六）13:00至17:30結束。\n（三）比賽地點：臺北市青少年發展處 六樓國際會議廳（台北市中正區仁愛路一段17號）\n（四）講演題目及時間：\n講演題目：自訂，以展現台灣文化、或參賽者所屬國家當地文化特色之主題為限。講演題目若為主辦單位指定加分題目者，在內容成績上將給與加分，參賽者於報名時應明確載明表演內容大綱。\n1. 第一段落：表演，符合主題的表演，表演方式不拘，或是歌唱、或是舞蹈均可。唯因安全考量，不得有危險動作、或影響公共安全之器具，如：爆竹、爆點、碎彩紙、粉末、噴膠、煙霧、煙火等。時間4分鐘為限。主辦單位僅提供舞台、兩支麥克風其餘所需道具由參賽者自備。\n2. 第二段落：演講，參賽者得自行決定以華語或台語參賽者得自行決定以華語或台語演講，介紹第一段表演的文化特色，每一隊時間以4分鐘為限（不超過4分30秒），主要由隊長演講，可以搭配隊員共同演講。\n3. 主辦單位指定加分題目：\n(1) 發現台灣的美\n(2) 我看台灣的風俗習慣\n(3) 我學華語的甘苦談\n(4) 我學台語的甘苦談\n(5) 我來台灣印象最深刻的一件事\n（五）比賽報到：\n1. 參賽者於活動當天，應攜帶護照及學生證（或上課證）至會場指地點報到。\n2. 參賽者於活動當天，應於12:00前抵達會場辦理報到並 抽籤決定序號。\n3. 參賽者未依時間於12:30前完成報到、抽籤者，視為棄權。\n（六）評分標準：\n1. 比賽評分：\n(1) 表演佔總分 30%\n採現場觀眾投票方式評分。每一位現場觀眾就各隊表演之文化特色、服裝、表演技巧等之喜好程度來評選，每位觀眾得票選最喜歡的三隊表演。\n累計所有觀眾票選，得票總數最高者得總分30分、次高者遞減一分，餘類推之。\n[備註] 歡迎參賽者穿著各國特色服裝以爭取高分。\n(2) 演講佔總分 60%\n演講原始成績：內容 50%、語詞 35%、儀態 15%，由評審委員評分之。\n評審原始平均成績最高者得總分60分、次高者遞減2分，餘類推之。\n(3) 時間控制佔總分 10%\n每一隊總時間以8分鐘為限。表演以4分鐘為限、演講以4分鐘為限，每個段落超過30秒鐘以內扣總分1分，以此類推。\n(4) 主辦單位將以按鈴提醒參賽者，演講至3分30秒鐘時按鈴一次，至第4分鐘時按二次，至4分30秒時麥克風消音。\n2. 備註：\n(1) 本比賽為華語/台語合併比賽。\n(2) 特設台語特別獎，如台語比賽參賽者未在總名次前三名（含）時，取台語比賽參賽者最高分者頒發「台語特別獎」獎項。\n(3) 特設RYE（扶輪交換學生）特別獎，如RYE參賽者未獲前三名、或台語特別獎獎項時，取RYE參賽者成績前兩名頒發「RYE特別獎」。\n(4) 如有同分入選者，依序以演講內容、表演、演講語詞之分數進行評比。\n如：總分相同時取演講內容成績高者為較佳名次；如演講內容亦同分時，取表演成績高者為較佳名次。餘類推之。\n(5) 為公平競爭，比賽不可攜帶稿件上台以朗讀的方式演講。 \n五、獎勵辦法\n第一名：頒發獎狀乙只，獎金新台幣20\,000元整。\n第二名：頒發獎狀乙只，獎金新台幣12\,000元整。\n第三名：頒發獎狀乙只，獎金新台幣8\,000元整。\n台語特別獎：頒發獎狀乙只，獎金新台幣8\,000元整。\nRYE特別獎（兩隊）：頒發獎狀乙只，獎金新台幣3\,000元整。\n未獲得上述任何獎項者，每人發給600元車馬費；若為苗栗(含)以南學生，每人車馬費為1\,000元。 \n六、評審委員\n由主辦單位敦聘評審委員組成評審團評判成績。 \n七、防疫規範\n因應疫情，凡報名參加比賽及出席之觀眾，均需依照中央疫情指揮中心之防疫規範。 \n八、其他\n本辦法如有未盡事宜，於比賽前得隨時修訂，並周知參賽者。 \n1. If you prefer not to be photographed\, please inform us in advance.\nThe event will proceed regardless of weather conditions\, except in cases of typhoon-related class or work cancellations. In the event of rain\, the activity will still take place\, so please bring your own rain gear.\nThe event requires a minimum of six participants to proceed. Our goal is to uplift local communities\, and we hope that participants in our events can also contribute to the well-being of these places. \nTo achieve this\, we (1) utilize guided audio devices throughout the journey to minimize disruption to the community and surroundings\, (2) avoid providing disposable items such as water bottles and utensils\, and (3) introduce you to local businesses\, providing opportunities for direct support. \nWe also invite you to share more stories and experiences related to sustainable practices in different places. \nCancellation Policy Due to Rain \nIn the event of thunderstorms\, typhoons\, or local government announcements advising against travel\, the team will notify participants via phone or text about rescheduling or cancellation with a refund. In regular rainy conditions\, the event will proceed as scheduled\, with guides having the authority to adjust the route for a more comfortable experience based on on-site conditions. \nCancellation Procedure \n(1) As we complete insurance and administrative tasks one week before the activity\, and some activities involve catering\, last-minute cancellations or refunds are not possible. Participants are advised to consider their schedule carefully. \nForty-one days or more before the event: 5% compensation of the travel cost.\nThirty-one to forty days before the event: 10% compensation of the travel cost.\nTwenty-one to thirty days before the event: 20% compensation of the travel cost.\nSeven to twenty days before the event: 30% compensation of the travel cost.\nWithin seven days of the event: 100% compensation of the travel cost. (Assistance with changing participant names is possible\, but refunds are not available.) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n(2) On the day of the event\, requests for changes due to personal factors such as lateness will not be accommodated. Absence or tardiness will result in disqualification according to the specified rules. \n(3) After registering for the event\, changing sessions for any reason is not allowed.
