The Taipei Campus Health Services Section is launching the “Healthy Exercise 2.0 Program”\, inviting all students\, faculty and staff to join. Through professional guidance\, this program aims to help participants improve body composition\, prevent chronic diseases and develop healthier lifestyle habits. Designed by health managers and nutritionists\, the course provides scientifically backed weight management advice to support participants in achieving their optimal health goals. \nThis program is primarily open to students\, but enthusiastic faculty and staff are also welcome to join! Participants with a BMI over 25 are eligible to register\, with a maximum of 20 spots available.
