The artist is deeply enamored with the scroll format\, which unfolds with a narrative and surprises—an elegant approach to capturing time and space. \nThis exhibition portrays scenes from the artist’s everyday life. Within a lychee orchard\, the seasons bring dramatic changes\, cycles of growth and decay\, and stories that unfold daily. DESCRIPTION:邁入第36屆的銘傳文藝獎，不僅開枝散葉、枝繁葉茂，今年更將向下紮根，開辦「高中職_中文散文組」。邀請高中職同學一起來耕耘，讓文藝創作的精神，從高中開始萌芽。大學文青與高中學子，會在文學創作的這個領域，擦撞出什麼火花？值得期待！ \n根據銘傳文藝獎_高中職散文組徵文辦法，徵文項目為1000-3000字的散文，主題不限，預計將不分名次取5個優選作品。銘傳大學應用中文學系游秀雲主任表示，散文是一種注重個人經歷、情感與觀察的文學形式，適合高中職生以親身體驗或思考進行表達。游主任強調，這個年齡階段的學生，雖然生活經歷有限，但對情感與生活的敏銳度較高，特別鼓勵高中職生能通過散文寫作，展現真實的自我。 \n值得一提的是，銘傳文藝獎是少數將得獎作品及評審心得，集結成冊的大學校園文學獎，讓每位得獎同學都可以在求學歷程中，留下一本珍貴的紀錄。 \nEntering its 36th year\, the Ming Chuan Literary Awards is branching out further by launching a new category specifically for high school students: High School Chinese Prose Division. High school students are invited to delve into creative writing and nurture their literary spirit from an early age. How will university and high school students spark new ideas in the realm of literary creation? The results are sure to be exciting! \nAccording to the submission guidelines for the High School Prose Division of the Ming Chuan Literary Awards\, entries should be prose pieces between 1\,000 and 3\,000 words with no set theme. Five top entries will be selected without ranking. Professor Yu Shiu-Yun\, Head of Department of Applied Chinese\, explains that prose is a form of writing focused on personal experience\, emotions and observations\, making it a perfect outlet for high school students to express their thoughts and reflections. Professor Yu encourages students to use prose as a means to present their authentic selves\, noting that while students at this stage may have limited life experiences\, they often possess heightened emotional awareness and sensitivity to their surroundings. \nNotably\, the Ming Chuan Literary Awards is one of the few university literary competitions that publishes winning entries alongside judges’ comments\, providing each winner with a valuable record of their academic journey.

DESCRIPTION:春節將至，嘉禾新村用創意與趣味迎接蛇年的到來。今年推出的春節活動「吉祥蛇到嘉」，以蛇年賀卡蒐集為主軸，邀請插畫家Nic設計了三款限量蛇年賀卡、限定信封以及吉祥話印章，將記憶中熱鬧的日常與春節文化融為一體。活動自2025年1月2日起展開，延續至2月23日，旨在讓參與者在蒐集的過程中，感受村落的節慶氛圍與文化溫度。 \nAs the Spring Festival approaches\, Home Village celebrates the Year of the Snake with creativity and fun. This year’s event\, “Fortune Snakes in Home Village”\, centers around the collection of Snake Year greeting cards. Closing out 2024\, Contemporary by U Gallery brings a refreshing exhibition — Gentle Souls. Inspired by her beloved dog\, Haydonna explores the pure world seen from a pet’s low perspective. Using minimalist yet dopamine-rich colors\, her works capture the soft moments of everyday life. \nThe exhibition space extends the concept of “home\,” with HAY Taiwan’s Danish furniture blending art and living. Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in the simplicity and beauty of life. \nHaydonna’s work not only portrays the innocent bond between humans and pets but also prompts reflection on a societal phenomenon: the tendency to assign meaning to things that may lack substance\, or to find emptiness in seemingly meaningful constructs. Bring your furry companions and enjoy a soulful interaction through art. \n｜藝術家簡介 Artist Introduction｜ \nHaydonna，1991年出生於美國威斯康辛州，現居首爾。 \n從紐約曼哈頓的視覺藝術學院（SVA）畢業後，她回到了韓國，於2016年創立藝術工作室TIN，擔任創意總監和平面設計師，並以“Haydonna”的名字展開她的藝術家生涯。 \nHaydonna的作品以簡單流暢的線條和大膽鮮明的色塊著稱， 時常以「第一人稱」和「平視」的視角描繪牠們眼中的世界，將動物和人類的姿態巧妙地融合在一起，描繪出當下的情緒，作品中的多巴胺色彩和極簡線條不增添了趣味性和想像空間，形成了她標誌性的創作。 \n她曾與Samsung、Nike、Shake Shack、Casetify、Aromatica、Merlot、MMLG等知名品牌合作。2022年於韓國舉辦首次個展\,近期也多次受到海外畫廊邀請參展，成為備受關注的新興當代藝術家。 \nHaydonna was born in 1991 in Wisconsin\, USA\, and is currently based in Seoul. \nA graduate of the School of Visual Arts (SVA) in Manhattan\, New York\, she returned to Korea in 2016 and founded her art studio TIN\, where she serves as Creative Director and graphic designer. She began her artistic journey under the name “Haydonna”. \nKnown for her simple\, flowing lines and bold\, vibrant colors\, Haydonna often illustrates the world through a “first-person” and “eye-level” perspective\, seamlessly blending the postures of animals and humans. Her works\, characterized by dopamine-inducing hues and minimalist forms\, add a sense of playfulness and imagination\, marking her distinctive style. \nHaydonna has collaborated with renowned brands such as Samsung\, Nike\, Shake Shack\, Casetify\, Aromatica\, Merlot and MMLG.
