Add homemade rice and bean koji\, mix properly\, and bottle for over three months to ferment. These cakes are used as offerings during rituals and celebrations. DESCRIPTION:法國哲學家傅柯（Michel Foucault\, 1926-1984）可說是二戰以來繼沙特（Jean-Paul Sartre\, 1905-1980）之後，最為人所知、思想也最為原創的法國哲學家之一。在其生命短短不到六十年的歲月裡，留下了《古典時代的瘋狂史》（Histoire de la folie à l’âge classique\, 1961）、《臨床的誕生》（Naissance de la clinique\, 1963）、《詞與物》（Les mots et les choses\, 1966）、《知識考古學》（L’archéologie du savoir\, 1969）、《話語的秩序》（L’ordre du discours\, 1971）、《監視與懲罰》（Surveiller et punir\, 1975）、四卷《性史》（Histoire de la sexualité I -IV），並留下數千篇中短論文與訪談，收錄在《文與言》（Dits et écrits I et II），還有在他過世後，門生故舊編纂的手稿等，諸如《主體的解釋學》（L’herméneutique du sujet\, 2001）、《非正常的人》（Les Anormaux\, 1999）等十四餘冊書籍。今年適逢其逝世四十週年，就讓我們以兩次的講座來引領讀者進入傅柯短暫又多彩的世界。 \nFrench philosopher Michel Foucault (1926-1984) is considered one of the most renowned and original thinkers in France since World War II\, following Jean-Paul Sartre (1905-1980). Despite his relatively short life of less than sixty years\, Foucault left behind significant works including Madness and Civilization (Histoire de la folie à l’âge classique\, 1961)\, The Birth of the Clinic (Naissance de la clinique\, 1963)\, The Order of Things (Les mots et les choses\, 1966)\, The Archaeology of Knowledge (L’archéologie du savoir\, 1969)\, The Order of Discourse (L’ordre du discours\, 1971)\, Discipline and Punish (Surveiller et punir\, 1975)\, and the four-volume History of Sexuality (Histoire de la sexualité I-IV). He also produced thousands of essays and interviews collected in Dits et écrits I et II\, as well as posthumously compiled manuscripts by his students and colleagues\, such as The Hermeneutics of the Subject (L’herméneutique du sujet\, 2001) and Abnormal (Les Anormaux\, 1999). DESCRIPTION:第一屆《獨自跳舞 Solo Dance》舞蹈創作平台概念是一個從自我的實驗開始，展開一場與自己私密對話的創作時光，試圖藉此探尋生命的方向。四位創作者暨表演者將透過環境去尋找不一樣的觀點，引領觀眾遊走穿梭於寶藏巖國際藝術村，享受一場饒富風味的視覺饗宴。 \nThe 1st “Solo Dance” Dance Creation Platform is conceived as a journey beginning with personal experimentation\, leading to an intimate dialogue with oneself\, and ultimately exploring the direction of life. They will research\, explore\, disrupt\, or excavate\, using various possibilities and concepts in interesting spaces to find their creation. \n陳群翰 Chen Qun-han｜我獨自在共同體的想像中跳舞 Dancing Alone in the Imagination of a Community \n這個作品想對於自身文化的運行狀態、人對文化的辨認方式，以及纏捲其中的歸屬感議題進行探問：順著文化的河流回望，河流漸漸分岔成不同的支流。雖然支流在不同階段匯進大河之中，大河的組成是不斷變動的，我們卻仍然將這些成份不同的階段，納進同一個大河的名字。一條河或一個文化，在變動中，我們如何指稱眼前的事物？ \n記憶、情感、身體樣態，在時間中逐漸在我的體內累積、混合、變形。我想把發生在我身上的混合狀態跳出來，給予他們形狀，看看他們會怎樣被重新想像。我好奇的是命名與指認的政治性：我們如何想像一個名字的內容？我們如何認為眼前的樣態足以匹配這個名字？我們如何冠上名字而忽略混雜其中的他者？ \nThis work explores the operation of one’s own culture\, how people identify with it\, and the sense of belonging intertwined within it. As we follow the cultural river\, it splits into different streams at various stages\, yet we name them all as one river. How do we name the constantly changing elements of culture? This piece dances out the mixed states within me\, giving them shape and exploring the politics of naming and recognition. \n陳璽尹 Chen Xi-yin｜我獨自在練愛腦跳舞 Dancing Alone in the Practice of Love \n「愛是什麼？」迷失於愛中，正獨自尋找著練習愛的源頭，曾經以唇尖觸碰的那張紙也著火了，燃燒的濃煙，指引著我找到藏於內部身處燻黑的靈魂。真的找不到出口？還是嫌麻煩？只想沈浸在赤紅而旺盛的一簇火焰中，來吧！燃燒吧！連同悲傷一起愛著吧！ \n本作品嘗試以「戀愛腦」為主題發想，透過紙的「燃點」去探索人如何用自己「愛」的方式去升溫「愛」，呈現人在被愛衝昏頭時的擺盪不定，跨越燃點界線的內與外，在意識與控制那剛剛好的臨界點中，用愛去尋找自我的過程。 \n（特別感謝：郭學勻、陳寘尹） \n“What is love?” Lost in love\, searching for the source of practicing love. A burning paper touched by the lips guides me to the charred soul within. This work explores the theme of “romantic brain” through the “ignition point” of paper\, presenting the process of finding oneself through love. \n郭研華 Kuo Yen-hua｜我獨自在#的#跳舞 Dancing Alone in the # of # \n作品試圖在探索中提問： \n每個人的身體都是層層堆疊的歷史，在這些歷史裡，身份、經歷都成為關鍵字，那些「字詞」不僅在身體留下痕跡，更成為一種自我的形象，被個體賦予意義。 \n於是我們學會很快的，搜查、找尋、發現、確認，用這種方式在追求方便和快速的時代中，「認識」彼此。 \n而在過程中，總會發現，那些區分好的每一格群體之間，人與人，仍是那麼的不同。 \n關鍵字之中，藏著飄移的隱形標準，保護合格者，排斥缺乏者。 \n那麼，我們在關鍵字之內的身體，能可以如何拓展、拓寬它的本意？ \n身體如何能早在「它」出現之前，建立起自己的存在，而不仰賴它？ \nThis work questions and explores: each body is a layered history where identities and experiences become keywords\, leaving traces and forming a self-image.
