Nestled amidst the tea trees\, 全興茶園 in Pinglin has been rooted for decades\, ensuring quality from tea cultivation to sales. To promote their family’s tea leaves\, the younger generation of the family has embarked on entrepreneurship\, establishing the “Meet in Tea” brand of tea egg yolk pastry. Chef Auntie Xiang incorporates tea into her dishes\, using freshly pressed oil from their own Pouchong tea seeds to stir-fry their home-raised free-range chicken. DESCRIPTION:國立臺北護理健康大學健康科技學院 College of Health Technology National Taipei University of Nursing Health Sciences\n2024全國健康科技創新創意競賽活動辦法 National Health Technology Innovation and Creativity Competition Regulations \n一、活動主旨 \n因應高齡社會的健康照護需求，2024全國健康科技創新創意競賽以科技應用的創意出發，藉由休閒產業、健康事業、長期照護以及語言治療與聽力障礙的發展趨勢與現況，結合保健旅遊、管理方法應用、資訊科技、聽語治療與長照領域跨領域之可能性，將創新的大健康概念形塑成實體的創業計畫。本競賽延續「2022全國健康科技創新創意競賽」精神，是以智慧科技應用營造健康促進社會為宗旨，透過學生的創意發想與健康照護的需求與科技資源結合，提出創新創意企劃案以提升學生對高齡社會的健康照護需求之敏銳觀察力，突破傳統的思考框架，進而培養團隊合作與創業精神，營造國內智慧照護的健康友善環境。 \n二、主辦單位 \n國立臺北護理健康大學健康科技學院 \n三、參加對象 \n參賽對象為全國公私立技專院校在校生（碩博士、大學、五專四年級以上及二專），3至5人一組為限，每人僅限參加一組，參加隊伍皆需設一名組長，作為聯絡人；各組須至少一名在校教師指導，至多二名，不列入參賽人數中。 \n四、競賽主題 \n因應社會人口高齡化趨勢，基於科技應用的跨學科合作，聚焦於健康促進、健康事業、長期照護以及語言治療與聽力障礙等範疇。以智慧科技為主軸\,基於物聯網、智慧科技與大數據分析等科技應用為架構，發想符合高齡社會需求之智慧科技創新企劃書；創新創意企劃書內容，可以商業模式、軟體應用程式或產品等不同形式展現。 \n五、競賽方式 \n2024全國健康科技創新創意競賽採初賽、決賽等二階段進行，初賽以書面審查為主，決賽則採現場簡報與問答進行，簡報與問答方式另行公布\,其餘規定如下： \n(一) 參賽隊伍之須先提供1000字以內之企劃書摘要，並於 2024 年 5 月 13 日（一）10:00前至活動官方網頁https://hticic.ntunhs.edu.tw/index.html上傳並完成報名手續，逾期、不符合格式之報名表或PPT檔案，恕不予受理，視同放棄參賽。 \n(二) 主辦單位將於 2024 年 5 月 31 日（五）17:00前公佈晉級決賽隊伍，決賽隊伍須於 2024 年 6 月 12 日（三）14:30前至活動官方網頁上傳完整企劃書及PPT簡報檔；逾期、不符合格式，恕不予受理，視同放棄參賽。 \n(三) 主辦單位將於 2024 年 6 月 14 日（五）17:00前公佈決賽報告順序\,決賽將於 2024 年 6 月 17 日（一）13:30舉辦。 \n六、競賽時程安排 \n初賽收件截止 2024 年 5 月 13 日（一） https://hticic.ntunhs.edu.tw/index.html \n決賽入選通知 2024 年 5 月 31 日（五）將以電子郵件通知錄取隊伍\,並於競賽官方網站公告 \n決賽投影片收件截止 2024 年 6 月 12 日（三）繳交「全國健康科技創新創意競賽」簡報檔至官方網站 \n公佈決賽報告順序 2024 年 6 月 14 日（五）將公告於官網 \n決賽日期* 2024 年 6 月 17 日（一） \n決賽當天親自出席口頭報告\n地點：國立臺北護理健康大學校本部\n❖ 總決賽主辦單位可能將視新冠肺炎(Covid-19)疫情變化做部份調整，相關資訊請以官方網站為準。 \n七、審查評分標準 \n初賽\n書面審查 \n產品創新 40%\n商業模式 40%\n企劃書摘要論述流暢度 20%\n企劃書摘要不得出現學校名稱及參賽者姓名 \n決賽\n現場簡報 \n產品創新 30%\n商業模式 30%\n效益與成果 20%\n簡報表現與現場回答問題 20%\n企劃書架構封面、目錄、摘要、產品介紹、市場分析、商業模式、參考文獻與附錄 \n八、競賽獎勵辦法\n本競賽獎項如下：\n(一) 初賽入選10隊\,其中決賽入選5隊及特優5隊，特優各隊頒予電子獎狀。\n(二) 決入選5隊，於決賽後除頒予獎狀外，另頒發禮卷，金額如下：\n(1) 決賽冠軍1隊（禮卷 NT$9\,000）\n(2) 決賽亞軍1隊（禮卷 NT$6\,000）\n(3) 決賽季軍1隊（禮卷 NT$3\,000）\n(4) 佳作2隊（禮卷NT$1\,500）\n*上述獎項，主辦單位可視參賽組數調整。\n*上述獎狀皆為每組一張。\n*此競賽不發參賽證明，如需參賽證明者請於報名時截圖。 \n九、注意事項\n(一) 參賽作品如有一稿多投、抄襲、剽竊或其他違反法令、侵害他人權益之情事，經查證屬實者，將取消其得獎及參賽資格。得獎者應於指定日期內歸還主辦單位相關獎狀及獎品。相關法律責任則由該創作者自行負責。如造成其他損害，應另負損害賠償責任。\n(二) 總決賽之參加隊伍應有3位以上組員至現場進行簡報，且應於頒獎典禮後始能離開；如違反本項規定，主辦單位得將該隊視為棄權。\n(三) 參賽者應同意授權主辦單位公開展示作品，以及運用作品進行相關之推廣活動。\n(四) 參賽作品均不退件，參賽者請自行保留參賽作品之原始檔備查。\n(五) 參賽者，即視為同意本競賽簡章各項規範，若有不可抗拒因素異動，主辦單位保有變更內容、隨時修改及終止本活動之權利。事項將公布於本網頁，恕不另行通知。 \n十、聯絡方式\n❖ 聯絡窗口：國立臺北護理健康大學健康科技學院 王先生\n❖ E-mail : zheyan@ntunhs.edu.tw\n❖ 電 話：(02)2822-7101 #1203\n❖ 地 址：112臺北市北投路明德路365號 \n\nPurpose of the Event\n\nIn response to the healthcare needs of an aging society\, the 2024 National Health Technology Innovation and Creativity Competition starts with the creativity of technology applications. By combining the development trends and current situations of leisure industries\, healthcare businesses\, long-term care\, and speech therapy and hearing impairment\, the competition explores the interdisciplinary possibilities of health promotion\, management methods\, information technology\, speech therapy\, and long-term care. It aims to shape innovative concepts of holistic health into tangible entrepreneurial projects. Continuing the spirit of the “2022 National Health Technology Innovation and Creativity Competition”\, the event aims to create a health-promoting society through the application of smart technology. By integrating students’ creative ideas with the demands of healthcare and technological resources\, the competition seeks to enhance students’ keen observation of healthcare needs in an aging society\, break traditional thinking frameworks\, foster teamwork\, and entrepreneurial spirit\, and create a domestically friendly environment for intelligent healthcare. \n\nOrganizer\n\nNational Taipei University of Nursing Health Sciences\, College of Health Technology \n\nEligibility\n\nParticipants are students from national and private technical colleges and universities (master’s and doctoral programs\, undergraduate programs\, fifth-year vocational programs\, and second-year technical programs). Each team must consist of 3 to 5 members\, with each member participating in only one team. Each team must designate a team leader as the contact person. Each team must have at least one faculty member as an advisor\, with a maximum of two advisors\, not counted as part of the team. \n\nCompetition Theme\n\nIn response to the aging population trend\, and based on interdisciplinary collaboration in technology applications\, the competition focuses on health promotion\, healthcare business\, long-term care\, and speech therapy and hearing impairment. With smart technology as the core\, based on the framework of IoT\, smart technology\, and big data analysis\, participants are encouraged to devise innovative smart technology proposals that meet the needs of an aging society. The content of the innovative proposals can be presented in different forms such as business models\, software applications\, or products. \n\nCompetition Format\n\nThe 2024 National Health Technology Innovation and Creativity Competition consists of two stages: preliminary and final. The preliminary stage emphasizes written review\, while the final stage involves on-site presentations and Q&A sessions. Details regarding presentation and Q&A formats will be announced separately. Other regulations are as follows: \n(1) Participating teams must first provide a project proposal abstract of no more than 1000 words. The abstract must be uploaded and the registration procedure completed on the official website of the event (https://hticic.ntunhs.edu.tw/index.html) by 10:00 on May 13\, 2024 (Monday). Late submissions or registration forms/PPT files that do not comply with the format will not be accepted and will be considered as forfeiting the competition. \n(2) The organizer will announce the teams advancing to the final stage by 17:00 on May 31\, 2024 (Friday). Finalist teams must upload complete project proposals and PPT presentation files to the official website by 14:30 on June 12\, 2024 (Wednesday). Late submissions or those not complying with the format will not be accepted and will be considered as forfeiting the competition. \n(3) The organizer will announce the order of final presentations by 17:00 on June 14\, 2024 (Friday). DESCRIPTION:商設藝廊4/22-5/29展出\n產學成果&王開立、王瓊芬老師創作聯展\n歡迎全校師生蒞臨設計大樓3樓商設藝廊欣賞指教。 \nExhibition at Gallery from April 22 to May 29\nAchievements of Industry-university Cooperation & Dual Solo Exhibitions of Creation by Wang Kai-Li and Wang Chiung-Fen\nWelcome all faculty and students to visit and provide feedback at the 3rd floor  Gallery in Design Building. \n▍001 銘傳商設系第一商行-大溪歷史街區共同設計計畫 Daxi Historic District Co-Design Project\n王開立/張棣楨/吳家榮/蔡子堯 Wang Kai-li/Zhang Di-zhen/Wu Jia-rong/Cai Zi-yao\n第一商行位於大溪中央路，雖不起眼，卻保留有大溪這個曾經繁華一時的老市鎮許多故事與居民的生活習慣，是來大溪值得一訪特色店家。本次計劃由銘傳大學團隊進行形象再造，由王開立與張棣楨、吳家榮與蔡子堯共四人組成團隊，投入一年的時間，訪談調查第一商行，將其故事與形象重新設計，從形象、展示、文宣與商品的規劃，找回應有的精彩與生命力。展覽展示有設計成果與執行過程，是在地方耕耘、產官學交流互動的寶貴經驗。 \nLocated on Zhongyang Road in Daxi\, Daxi the First may seem unremarkable\, yet it holds many stories and the daily life habits of residents\, making it a unique destination worth visiting in Daxi’s once prosperous old town. This project\, undertaken by a team from Ming Chuan University\, including Wang Kai-li\, Zhang Di-zhen\, Wu Jia-rong\, and Cai Zi-yao\, spent a year redesigning the store’s image. Through interviews and research\, they reimagined its story and image\, reviving its vitality through redesigning its image\, exhibition\, promotional materials\, and product planning. The exhibition showcases the design results and execution process\, representing a valuable experience in local cultivation\, industry-academia collaboration\, and interaction. \n▍002 時空穿越-王開立空間圖繪創作成果展 Time Travel – Wang Kai-li’s Spatial Illustration Creations Exhibition\n插畫地圖最令人著迷之處在於表現形式的自由性，能夠讓創作者根據主題藉助於各式繪圖媒材盡情發揮，無論採取感性的、幽默風趣式的，或者誇張譏諷式的手法，皆可藉由筆墨流露出來，呈現地區的景點與文化特色。作者從事地圖插畫創作與教學已有多年，累積出可觀的教材與創作成果，因此想藉由「時空穿越」四幅系列作品的展出，將近年來對於插畫地圖的心得與想法詮釋出來，並試圖設計出有別於以往的地圖形式與觀賞者一起分享。 \nThe most fascinating aspect of illustrated maps lies in the freedom of expression\, allowing creators to unleash their creativity using various drawing media. Regardless of employing emotional\, humorous\, or exaggerated satirical styles\, illustrators can use their brushes to express and present the region’s landmarks and cultural characteristics. With years of experience in map illustration creation and teaching\, the author has accumulated considerable teaching materials and creative achievements. DESCRIPTION:活動目的 Purpose \n\n為鼓勵全國大專校院學生將所學習之理論知識與實作結合，培養創新思考模式，以開創學生研究、溝通與整合能力，故舉辦「2024銀髮服務產業生態系實務專題競賽」。\n\n\nThe competition aims to encourage students from universities and colleges nationwide to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical skills\, cultivate innovative thinking\, and develop students’ research\, communication\, and integration abilities.\n\n活動主題 Themes \n\n高齡服務 Elderly services\n高齡社會與終身學習 Aging society and lifelong learning\n銀髮健康促進 Golden-ager health promotion\n高齡人力再運用 Reutilization of elderly workforce\n樂齡創新服務 Innovative services for the elderly\n福祉科技與服務 Welfare technology and services\n老人照顧 Elderly care\n養生保健 Health maintenance\n銀髮消費行為 Golden-ager consumer behavior\n其他與銀髮相關研究議題 Other related research topics on the elderly\n\n參賽資格 Eligibility \n\n就讀各公私立大專校院在籍學生，對於銀髮服務產業有興趣者，不限科系與年級皆可報名參加。\n參賽同學每隊參賽人數至多七人，可跨系或跨校組隊，完成報名後，競賽過程中不接受成員更換。\n參賽團隊應設隊長一名，隊長為團隊與主辦單位之連繫窗口。\n每隊均須有指導老師，一隊以二名指導老師為上限。\n凡報名參賽之團隊，即視同承認並同意遵守本活動辦法（含附件）與公告的各項內容與規定，本競賽如有未盡事宜，主辦單位保有修改之權利。\n\n\nStudents enrolled in various public and private universities and colleges who are interested in the silver hair service industry\, regardless of major or year of study\, are eligible to participate.\nEach team can have up to seven members\, and cross-department or cross-school teams are allowed. Once registered\, no changes to team members are accepted during the competition.\nEach team must have a team leader who will serve as the main contact person with the organizers.\nEach team should have at least one advisor\, with a maximum of two advisors per team.\nTeams registering for the competition are deemed to acknowledge and agree to comply with the rules and regulations of this event (including attachments) as well as the contents and provisions announced. The deadline for submitting the final round presentation slides is from the announcement of the finalists until 12:00 on May 21\, 2024 (Tuesday).\n\n評審規範 Judging Criteria \n\n初賽：採書面審查，由主辦單位邀集學界、業界組成之評審委員團依評分標準進行評審，於各參賽組中擇優進入決賽。初審結果將於2024年5月17日（五）公告於「朝陽科技大學銀髮產業管理系」之系網站 http://gaim.cyut.edu.tw/， 並以email通知。\n決賽：決賽將依專題報告書之內容以口頭方式發表並進行評審。決賽將於2024年5月23日（四），於「朝陽科技大學」舉辦。決賽結果將於決賽當日宣布並進行頒獎。\n\n\nPreliminary Round: Evaluation will be based on written review by a panel of judges consisting of academia and industry experts according to the scoring criteria. Results will be announced on May 17\, 2024 (Friday) on the website of the Department of Silver Hair Industry Management\, Chaoyang University of Technology (http://gaim.cyut.edu.tw/) and notified via email.\nFinal Round: Presentations will be orally delivered based on the content of the project report and evaluated. DESCRIPTION:關於AI是否將取代人類工作，以及它如何增進生產力的討論在各大社交平台上迅速蔓延。這一波對於AI技術的熱潮，從2023年初持續延燒至2024年，不僅是以光速成長和發展外，更多的是引發大眾對於未來職業景象的思考。對當前的大專院校學生而言，這不僅是一種挑戰，更是未來職涯規劃中一次重要的轉折點。 \n「2024閱⼈青年論壇」在這樣的背景下，我們決定組織一場聚焦於AI與未來職涯的論壇，旨在探討現今大學生在面對現今科技革新迅速時，學生該如何應對，故分別邀請兩個世代的學長姐，共同來與學生對話，透過演講與論壇方式，除分享職涯經驗外，也透過論壇方式，讓學生直接與業界學長姊對話，透過對話與思辨來讓學生對未來職涯選擇有更清楚的認知。 \n在本次論壇分為上下半場，各有一場演講與論壇。上半場演講邀請到蕭宇辰執行長、葉丙成教授、陳縕儂副教授等教育人士講述「面對新科技，是採納結合還是被淘汰的抉擇，畢業即失業？」對應大標題。下半場論壇則請李怡志老師、陳琚安董事、陳健章副教授等媒體專家共同與學生討論「面對新科技，如何解決被取代的風險，和自身能力結合並善用？」反映子標題。 \n在本次活動中，我們也希望分享每所大專院校學生的成果，並讓更多人認識閱人理念，鼓勵同學在面對職涯選擇時多思考不同的可能，也跟大家分享閱人和夥伴單位們，開創的「非典型學院」公益課程。今年的論壇，除了精彩的論壇活動，我們也將在會場外精心設置攤位，並誠摯地邀請各大企業，一同參與這場年度盛會。 \nThe discussion about whether AI will replace human jobs and how it enhances productivity has rapidly spread across various social media platforms. This wave of AI technology enthusiasm\, which began in early 2023 and continued through 2024\, not only signifies rapid growth and development but also triggers public contemplation about the future of professions. For current college students\, this is not only a challenge but also an important turning point in their future career planning. \nAgainst this backdrop\, “2024 Yueren Youth Forum” aims to organize a forum focusing on AI and future careers. The forum aims to explore how current university students can respond to rapid technological innovations and invites two generations of alumni to engage in dialogue with students. Through speeches and forums\, the alumni will share their career experiences and engage in direct conversations with students\, facilitating clearer understanding of future career choices through dialogue and deliberation. \nThe forum is divided into two sessions\, each featuring a speech and a forum. The first session invites speakers such as CEO Xiao Yu-chen\, Professor Ye Bing-cheng\, and Associate Professor Chen Yun-nong to discuss “Facing New Technologies: Adoption or Obsolescence—Unemployment Upon Graduation?”. The second session features media experts like Teacher Li Yi-zhi\, Director Chen Ju-an\, and Associate Professor Chen Jian-zhang\, who will discuss “Facing New Technologies: Mitigating the Risk of Replacement and Leveraging Personal Skills”. \nDuring the event\, we also aim to showcase the achievements of students from various colleges and promote Yueren concept to encourage students to consider different career possibilities. We will also share the public interest courses created by Yueren and partner organizations.
