Vavin法國國慶系列活動 Vavin Bastille Day Series｜夏夜法國弦樂二重奏 Bastille Night Concert

🇫🇷  法國國慶（Bastille Day）為紀念1789年巴黎民眾攻陷巴士底監獄，象徵法國大革命的開端。這場社會運動有推翻專制、追求自由平等等意義，更成為現代世界民主精神的重要象徵。

流淌著法國基因的Vavin每一年也都會在這特別的日子舉辦不同的藝文活動，讓更多的人能以多種面向了解法國歷史與文化。

今年我們精心策劃了一場絃樂二重奏音樂會。每位觀眾入場皆可享有免費的單杯葡萄酒以及為活動特別設計的優惠酒單、餐點。

兩位演奏者將以絃音為筆，為觀眾表演法國國歌「馬賽進行曲」以及文學名著《悲慘世界》改編音樂劇之《Do You Hear the People Sing?》以及多首法國經典的古典樂曲與浪漫香頌。

讓我們一起在七月的仲夜，致敬這個專屬法蘭西的日子。🇫🇷

🇫🇷 Bastille Day commemorates July 14, 1789, when the people of Paris stormed the Bastille prison, marking the beginning of the French Revolution. This pivotal moment symbolizes the fall of tyranny and the pursuit of liberty and equality—core values that have shaped the democratic spirit of the modern world.

Infused with French heritage, Vavin celebrates this special day each year with unique art and cultural events that offer fresh perspectives on French history and culture.

This year, we’ve curated a special string duet concert. Every attendee will enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and access to an exclusive wine and food menu designed for the event.

The duo will perform a variety of French classics, including the French national anthem La Marseillaise, Do You Hear the People Sing? from Les Misérables, and other beloved French classical and romantic chansons.

‖‖  低音提琴 Double Bass｜鄭小妍 Cheng Hsiao-Yen  ‖‖

自法國巴黎國立布隆尼音樂院（C.N.R. de Boulogne- Billancoure）取得第一獎演奏家文憑”Le Prémièr Prix de la Contrebasse ” * I” Mention très bien a I’unanimite”（評審教授一致通過最高成績）《師承低音提琴家 Daneil Marillier~法國巴士底歌劇院低音提琴首席》，1994年與美國Sewanee交響樂團協奏演出S.koussevisky第三號低音提琴協奏曲。

演奏經驗豐富，音樂風格多元，橫跨古典、現代、探戈等各種類型音樂，除個人音樂會外，也積極參與室內樂、交響樂團等各種不同形態的演出，多年來演奏足跡遍及國內外，是台灣最活躍的低音大提琴家之一。

Graduated with top honors from Conservatoire National de Région de Boulogne-Billancourt, France, where she was unanimously awarded Le Premier Prix de la Contrebasse with highest distinction. She studied under Daneil Marillier, Principal Double Bassist of Opéra Bastille in Paris. In 1994, she performed Koussevitzky’s Double Bass Concerto No. 3 with Sewanee Symphony Orchestra in U.S.

With extensive performing experience across classical, contemporary and tango music, Cheng is one of Taiwan’s most active double bass performers, participating in solo concerts, chamber ensembles, and symphony orchestras both domestically and internationally.

台北藝術大學畢業後遂至巴黎求學，以評審一致通過並祝賀的最高榮譽獲得巴黎市立音樂院、凡爾賽音樂院、瑪梅松音樂院的最高演奏家文憑。

熱衷室內樂和樂團演出，積極參與室內樂，各種類型音樂，除了古典、劇團和當代音樂之外，對於阿根廷探戈的熱情，在巴黎師事並參與Gennevilliers Tango Orquesta。2017年底回台後致力於小提琴演奏和教學，並為衛武營國家藝術中心當 代音樂工作坊之成員。

After graduating from Taipei National University of the Arts, Li pursued advanced studies in Paris, earning top performance diplomas with highest honors from Conservatoires of Paris, Versailles and Rueil-Malmaison.

Li is passionate about chamber music and orchestral performance. She actively participates in a wide range of genres from classical and theater to contemporary and Argentine tango. In Paris, she studied and performed with Gennevilliers Tango Orquesta. Since returning to Taiwan in 2017, she has devoted herself to violin performance and teaching, and is a core member of the Contemporary Music Workshop at National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying).

畢業於美國茱莉亞音樂學院，取得音樂編曲博士學位。現任豆苗音樂娛樂創辦人暨董事總經理，並擔任華納音樂顧問及知識生產力協會理事長，同時擔綱多項大型演唱會與音樂活動之總監，具備豐富的講座主持、音樂演出及藝人合作經驗。

A graduate of The Juilliard School in U.S. with a doctorate in musical arrangement, Johnny is the founder and Managing Director of Doumiao Music Entertainment, a music consultant for Warner Music, and chairman of Knowledge Productivity Association. He has served as music director for numerous major concerts and cultural events, bringing extensive experience in music education, live performance and artist collaboration.
