SoundFest是今年度Aroma每月固定舉辦的live音樂表演，邀請來自不同背景但有相同熱情的音樂人朋友們來與大家分享自己的聲音以及故事， 誠摯邀請所有喜愛音樂、喜愛表演的朋友們，每個月來現場看表演與我們同樂，讓我們能一起在這樣的夜晚，享受節奏與靈魂的共振，在輕鬆的grooving當中透過音樂彼此交流 ——Good vibes only, come join us for a fun night!
Sound Fest is Aroma’s monthly live music event, where we invite musicians from various backgrounds who share a passion for music to come and share their sounds and stories. We warmly welcome all music lovers and performance enthusiasts to join us each month for a night of fun, rhythm, and soulful resonance. 來自加拿大的創作歌手、作曲家✍️ 、多元文化背景藝術家的牙買加後裔Duane Forrest ，從小受到雷鬼音樂的渲染，其源源不絕的創作靈感源於在世界各地旅行時，墜入情網以及人與人之間歡欣或悲痛的時刻，歌聲揉合雷鬼、爵士、靈魂樂、巴薩諾瓦。 在過去的十年間，FORREST發行了兩張原創專輯，並在加拿大巡迴演出了3次，歐洲巡迴了4次，中美洲巡迴了3次。
（雷鬼樂是1960年代源自於牙買加的一種音樂類型，也是是牙買加或牙買加僑民的流行樂。雷鬼的名稱源自牙買加某個街道名稱，意思是日常生活上一些瑣碎的事情。）
Singer-songwriter and composer Duane Forrest, born in Canada with Jamaican roots, has been influenced by reggae music since childhood. His constant inspiration comes from his travels around the world, his experiences of love, and the joy and sorrow between people. His music blends reggae, jazz, soul, and bossa nova. Over the past ten years, Duane has released two original albums and toured in Canada three times, Europe four times, and Central America three times.
(Reggae is a genre of music that originated in Jamaica in the 1960s and became popular among Jamaicans and the Jamaican diaspora. The term “reggae” comes from a street name in Jamaica and refers to the small, everyday things in life.)
