課程內容（你會學到哪些內容？） What You’ll Learn
咖啡知識與品味：
我們會在課堂上試喝多款來自不同產區、處理法的咖啡豆，感受香氣與風味的差異
器材參數認識：
了解手沖的各種器具、研磨度與粉水比例等不同參數會如何左右風味
手沖咖啡實戰：
由專業咖啡師示範，帶領你一起進行完整的沖煮流程，再透過課堂知識應用調整參數、優化出不一樣的手沖咖啡！
Coffee Knowledge & Tasting
Taste and compare beans from various origins and processing methods, and explore the nuances of aroma and flavor.
Equipment & Brewing Parameters
Understand the tools of pour-over, the grind sizes, and how water-to-coffee ratios affect taste.
Hands-On Brewing Practice
Watch a professional barista demonstrate the complete brewing process. Then, use your new knowledge to fine-tune parameters and brew your own unique cup.

活動注意事項 Important Notes
1. 為確保課程體驗品質，且不影響其他學員的權利，請於課前10分鐘報到。
2. 若遇不可抗力因素（如颱風、天災等），主辦單位將另行通知延期或取消，請見諒。
3. 本活動建議參加者年滿12歲以上，並能獨立操作器具。課程空間較為精緻，恕無法開放陪同入場。
4. 本活動期間將進行課程紀錄與學員拍攝（含手沖作品），報名即視為同意主辦單位使用該素材作為後續活動宣傳。如不同意，請事先告知工作人員，並避開拍攝鏡頭。
5. 本活動為限量小班課程，報名成功後不接受取消與退款。
6. 主辦單位保留活動內容調整與報名資格最終決定權。

Recommended for participants aged 12 and above, capable of operating equipment independently. Due to space constraints, companions may not enter the class area.
