● 主辦單位保留議程內容更動權利。
● 主辦單位保有活動當日影像再製播放權利。
● 活動當天「線上票」憑訂購人信箱登入帳號及密碼,進入直播頁面。
● 每個帳號限購買一張「線上票」,若同時購買多張線上票,其他與會者需登入訂購人信箱之帳號及密碼,才能進入直播頁面,如有疑問詳洽ACCUPASS客服。
● 系統將統一寄發報名成功後的票卷連結及會後影片回放連結,部分email系統會將ACCUPASS系統信件歸為垃圾郵件,若無收到信件請一併檢查收件匣及垃圾郵件,避免因email系統問題影響自身權益。
● 所有購票者均可於活動結束兩週後收到回放影片連結,於發送影片連結日起算14天內可重複觀看。
● 影片回放連結將另行發至票券訂購人信箱,影片過期恕不受理,唯部分未受講者授權議程將不提供回放觀看。
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event agenda.
- The organizer retains the right to reproduce and broadcast images from the event.
- On the day of the event, access to the live stream page will be granted using the email address and password used for ticket purchase.
- Each account is limited to purchasing one “Online Ticket”. If multiple online tickets are purchased simultaneously, other attendees must log in using the purchaser’s email address and password to access the live stream page. For any questions, please contact ACCUPASS customer service.
- Ticket holders will receive links to the event’s successful registration and post-event video playback via email. Some email systems may classify ACCUPASS system emails as junk mail. If you do not receive the email, please check your inbox and junk mail folder to avoid any issues related to email system problems.
- All ticket holders will receive a link to the video playback two weeks after the event. The video playback link will be valid for 14 days from the date of sending.
- The video playback link will be sent separately to the ticket purchaser’s email. Video links will not be provided for certain sessions not authorized by the speakers.
退款須知 Refund Policy
本活動委託ACCUPASS協助辦理退款,退票將酌收10%手續費。 Refunds will be processed by ACCUPASS and will incur a 10% handling fee.
發票開立 Invoice Issuance
主辦單位將統一在2024/06/19寄送電子發票至訂購人信箱,若於2024/06/19(含)以後報名,則統一於2024/07/01寄出,若2024/07/01仍未收到發票,請務必於2024/07/15前主動聯繫主辦單位,以利後續辦理
Electronic invoices will be sent to the purchaser’s email address on 2024/06/19. For registrations made after 2024/06/19, invoices will be sent out on 2024/07/01. If the invoice is not received by 2024/07/01, please contact the organizer before 2024/07/15 for further assistance.
