🌾阿美族糯米釀深度文化體驗 Amis Glutinous Rice Brewing Cultural Experience

Kani’，阿美語糯米釀之意。由部落8位釀酒師，帶領大家親身體驗釀酒製作過程，聆聽關於部落導覽解說，瞭解釀酒與Ilisin（豐年祭）的關聯及部落祭儀、禁忌等故事。
Kani’ means glutinous rice brew in Amis language. Guided by eight tribal brewmasters, participants will experience the brewing process firsthand, listen to tribal tour explanations, and understand the relationship between brewing and Ilisin (Harvest Festival), as well as tribal rituals and taboos.
🌾貓公溪邊及出海口撿漂流木 Driftwood Collection by the Maogong Stream and Estuary – 柴燒糯米飯 Wood-Fired Glutinous Rice Cooking
自溪邊及出海口採集漂流木開始，用古人智慧的capa’扛著木柴，回到Ina的釀酒秘密場域，柴燒糯米飯，認識老人家的智慧、釀酒與部落的關係。
Starting from collecting driftwood by the stream and estuary, using the ancient wisdom of capa’ to carry the firewood, participants will return to Ina’s secret brewing place. Learn about the wisdom of the elders, the relationship between brewing and the tribe, and cook glutinous rice using firewood.
🌾跟著Ina做釀酒 體驗DIY Brewing with Ina – DIY Experience
釀酒對於部落來說是為了延續文化，酒之於阿美族是神聖的，在從前糯米釀是很珍貴的，只有在重要的祭儀或是款待貴客的時候才會拿出來使用。
釀酒方法從早期一代一代地流傳到現在，部落釀酒師都有自己的經驗和配方，跟著Ina製作糯米釀，在歌舞當中品嚐釀酒，還可以將製作好的糯米釀帶回家慢慢醞釀，待時機成熟即可享用。
For the tribe, brewing is a way to preserve culture. For the Amis, rice wine is sacred. In the past, glutinous rice brew was very precious and only used for important rituals or to entertain distinguished guests. The brewing method has been passed down from generation to generation. Follow Ina to make glutinous rice brew, taste it while dancing and singing, and take the brew home to mature for later enjoyment.
每個人都可以帶一罐屬於自己的酒釀回家醞釀！
Each participant can take home a jar of their own brew!

近尾聲大家共同體驗部落敬酒文化，讓您了解釀酒之於部落的重要性，釀酒節規劃介紹部落釀酒師的故事，部落傳統文化。
Towards the end, everyone will experience the tribal toasting culture together, understanding the importance of brewing to the tribe. The festival will introduce the stories of tribal brewmasters and traditional tribal culture.

Use your own bamboo cup during toasts, making every sip of the brew more enjoyable!
🌾在地文創市集 Local Cultural Creative Market
廣邀花蓮及部落特色的文化市集、一定不能錯過！ A must-visit market featuring unique cultural products from Hualien and various tribes!
除了品嚐部落美食與糯米釀，當天還有部落傳統工藝編織產品，如苧麻、輪傘草、藤竹編等，來自花蓮四面八方最在地的文創市集在這裡！
In addition to tasting tribal cuisine and glutinous rice brew, there will be traditional craft products such as ramie, rush grass, rattan, and bamboo weaving. The most local cultural creative market from all over Hualien gathers here!
🌾貓公阿美風的部落晚會+原味BBQ晚餐！ Fakong Amis-Style Tribal Evening + Authentic BBQ Dinner!
本次邀請了部落超強卡司，來自台東都歷部落資深團體、豐濱港口部落新生代女聲，當然還少不了地主隊部落ina女團、貓公在地樂團，讓我們在微醺的氣氛之下邊聽演唱，越夜越美麗！
The event features strong performers from the Taitung Duliao tribe, the new generation female voices from the Fengbin Harbor tribe, and of course, the local Fakong’s Ina girl group and Fakong local band. Enjoy performances in a tipsy atmosphere, making the night even more beautiful!

釀酒體驗票價 Brewing Experience Ticket：NT$1,999/人 person（原價 original price NT$2,500）
兩人成行超值價 Special Price for Two：NT$3,596/2人 2 people（原價 original price NT$5,000）
活動包含：部落導覽、採集漂流木、阿美族釀酒文化與敬酒文化、糯米釀DIY體驗（人/罐）、部落特調與點心、市集券、晚會體驗與部落特色伴手禮、部落導覽、美式巡禮微體驗。
＊本活動為補助活動，上述行程僅酌收導覽費、體驗費及材料費、風味餐；其餘費用由主辦方負擔，但不包含行程未提及之個人消費。
Includes: Tribal tour, driftwood collection, Amis brewing and toasting culture, DIY glutinous rice brew experience (one jar per person), special tribal drinks and snacks, market vouchers, evening experience, and tribal specialty souvenirs, tribal tour, American-style micro-experience.
