▍演出樂手介紹 Performers

• The Jazz Element

團隊由貝斯手暨主唱Brian Alexander領軍，他是少數同時以立式貝斯演奏與演唱的音樂人，演奏風格融合美國經典爵士、bossa nova、拉丁、blues、bebop、funk等曲風，充滿溫度與律動。本場也將由吉他手Andy Ferris一同演出，他的音色乾淨柔韌、旋律感強，擅長即興與主題之間的節奏轉換，為整場演出增添更多豐富層次。The Jazz Element為一個靈活組合的音樂社群，本次演出將展現其最親密、深情的雙人編制，陪伴大家迎接煙火時刻的到來。

Led by bassist and vocalist Brian Alexander, one of the rare musicians to perform and sing while playing upright bass. His style blends American classic jazz, bossa nova, Latin, blues, bebop, funk, and more, exuding warmth and groove. This performance also features guitarist Andy Ferris, whose clean yet resilient tone and strong melodic sense shine through in his fluid shifts between improvisation and thematic lines, adding rich layers to the music. The Jazz Element is a versatile musical collective—this show will present their most intimate and heartfelt duo format, accompanying you into the moment of fireworks.

•  Artist 8/30｜Tim Lin　林偉庭（tenor sax）

成長於舊金山灣區、現居紐約的次中音薩克斯風手林偉庭 Tim Lin，將傳統Bebop精髓與現代爵士語彙交織出溫潤而奔放的音色，曾獲大師Jerry Bergonzi盛讚其獨到樂句與熱情活力。畢業於USC Thornton音樂學院（師承 Bob Sheppard、Bob Mintzer），二十出頭即與Kenny Burrell、Tootie Heath、Russell Ferrante、Carl Allen等名家同台，並登上Monterey、San José等爵士音樂節舞台。本次【Jazz between the Fireworks】壓軸之夜，他將帶來最純粹的即興能量，為煙火前夕寫下高光句點。

Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and now based in New York, tenor saxophonist Tim Lin weaves the essence of traditional bebop with modern jazz vocabulary, creating a warm yet vibrant sound. Praised by master Jerry Bergonzi for his distinctive phrasing and passionate energy, Tim graduated from the USC Thornton School of Music (studying under Bob Sheppard and Bob Mintzer). In his early twenties, he had already performed alongside Kenny Burrell, Tootie Heath, Russell Ferrante, and Carl Allen, and appeared at Monterey and San José Jazz Festivals. For the grand finale of Jazz between the Fireworks, he will deliver pure improvisational energy to set the perfect high note before the fireworks.
