這次活動主要涵蓋四大部分，帶領參與者透過市場導覽、美食探索、傳統糕餅文化及經典川揚料理體驗，深入了解台北在地飲食文化。

This event is divided into four key sections, guiding participants through a market tour, food exploration, traditional pastry culture and a classic Sichuan-Jiangsu cuisine experience, providing an in-depth look at Taipei’s local food culture.

Divided into two sections by Jinshan South Road, the “Inner Market” houses century-old vendors, while the “Outer Market” is a must-visit for fresh produce and expert chefs. Our guided walk takes you through both areas, navigating the maze of iron-roofed stalls while uncovering traditional flavors and satisfying your curiosity about this historic market.

二、永康街區的美食散步

永康街不只是國際旅客朝聖的美食街區，更是台北味蕾文化的縮影！導覽老師探究後重點挑選，我們散步街區經訪12家經典美味，涵蓋台味、中式、港點、越南和甜點，讓吃的體驗充滿回味與故事。

1.鼎泰豐：遠近馳名的台灣餐飲之光。半世紀以來，從小地方到全球擴張百店，小籠包革命創造不凡的世界紀錄，皮薄、個頭小、湯汁多，還有，餡料的調味濃淡合宜，令人嚮往形成門庭若市。美味崛起的故事值得我們好好地分享介紹。

2.高記：在地首家上海點心店。扎實的上海手藝和道地口感，擄獲戰後來台思鄉客的情感，逐漸聲名遠播。前幾年因故歇業，然而去年（2024）再度重返開業，它與鼎泰豐的美味又有何PK關係？

3.誠記越南麵食館：因算命而改店名為誠記的越南菜系老店家，在永康街已佇立20年。從思鄉美味小吃攤蛻變營收1億元的連鎖企業，它是如何做到的？親自研發的靈魂湯頭，一款餛飩能變出十多種花樣，主角河粉抓住熱愛越南菜系你我的嘴和胃。

四、川揚菜系功夫佳餚－銀翼餐廳

散步的壓軸，特別來到一間老食客必知的歷史軍菜館，前身可隸屬空軍新生社美食部，專責高級將領與總統的佳餚美饌。

在此，我們安排品嚐功夫佳餚，且不只食飲還要「說菜」，邀請銀翼主理人來說每道經典菜色的特色做法、背景與故事。因此，品嚐是我們散步後的犒賞，說菜是我們此行的深度體驗。

Sichuan & Jiangsu Cuisine: Silver Wings Restaurant

The grand finale of our tour takes us to Silver Wings Restaurant, a legendary dining spot formerly linked to Taiwan’s Air Force officers’ club. This restaurant once served high-ranking military officials and even presidents, specializing in meticulously crafted gourmet dishes.

Here, we will not only savor authentic Sichuan and Jiangsu delicacies but also enjoy a storytelling session by the restaurant owner, who will introduce each dish’s history and culinary craftsmanship.
