活動緣起 Event Background

當前學習與發展領域正經歷快速變革，企業對於人才發展的需求也日益增長，且不再限於傳統的培訓方式。數位學習、虛擬學習平台及人工智慧（AI）工具等新興技術，正逐步成為主流，並在人才發展的過程中發揮越來越重要的作用。

鑑於今年ATD亞太年會期間受到颱風影響改為視訊減少互動，加上年會匯聚眾多重量級大師，並發表許多精彩的演講與內容。希冀透過菁英及專家的研討，再次萃取其精華，以利擴大知識的傳遞及交流，讓更多人才發展專業人士受益。

本次會議內容分為四大主題，包含最新的學習方法、人才發展策略及未來趨勢，並專注在領導力及AI的運用，提供實務操作與經驗交流的機會。藉由前瞻的知識和技術，轉化為行動計畫，解決當前人才發展的挑戰，並在未來的工作中取得更好的成果。

The fields of learning and development are undergoing rapid transformation, with organizations increasingly seeking innovative approaches to talent development beyond traditional training methods. Emerging technologies such as digital learning, virtual learning platforms, and artificial intelligence (AI) tools are becoming mainstream, playing a pivotal role in the talent development process.

Due to the impact of a typhoon, this year’s ATD Asia-Pacific Conference was conducted online, resulting in reduced interaction. The conference featured numerous esteemed experts who delivered insightful presentations. To further disseminate and exchange this knowledge, we are organizing a follow-up seminar to distill the key takeaways, enabling more professionals in talent development to benefit.

This seminar will cover four main themes, including the latest learning methodologies, talent development strategies, and future trends, with a focus on leadership and AI integration. It offers practical insights and opportunities for experience sharing, aiming to translate advanced knowledge and technologies into actionable plans to address current challenges in talent development and achieve better outcomes in future endeavors.

分為四大主題

1. 人才發展與組織學習的未來趨勢
   分享2024年ATD年會中的三場主題演講，探索人才發展與組織學習的最新趨勢：
   • 馮斯・瓊潘納斯：探討領導力如何建立敏捷的學習型組織。
   • 湯瑪斯．查莫洛－普雷謬齊克：揭示AI帶給組織的機遇及挑戰及提升人才效能的關鍵角色。
   • 戴夫．尤瑞奇：深入探討HR專業人士在當前市場變革中的角色與未來發展。

2. 成功的人才發展實踐案例分享
邀請國內2家標竿企業 : 台達電及明碁佳世達，分享其卓越的人才發展實踐和成功案例，揭示最佳實踐背後的策略與方法，幫助參與者汲取成功經驗並實踐於自身組織中。明碁佳世達是2024年ATD卓越學習組織獎的得獎單位。

3.  領導力變革與AI的融合
探索AI時代下領導力技能的演變與轉型，並討論領導力發展中的重要推動力量，幫助領導者在快速變化的環境中保持競爭優勢。

4. AI在人才發展應用及工具
深入介紹AI工具在人才發展中的實際應用，包括如何選擇與實施AI技術來提升學習效果，支持企業 在數位化轉型過程中加速學習與成長。主講單位之一工研院產業學院是2024年ATD人才發展創新獎得獎單位。

     • Fons Trompenaars: Discussing how leadership fosters agile learning organizations.
     • Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic: Unveiling the opportunities and challenges AI presents to organizations and its role in enhancing talent effectiveness.
     • Dave Ulrich: Delving into the evolving role of HR professionals amid market changes.
2. Successful Talent Development Case Studies
   • Featuring two leading domestic enterprises, Delta Electronics and Qisda Corporation, sharing their exemplary talent development practices and success stories.
   • Qisda Corporation is a recipient of the 2024 ATD Excellence in Practice Award.
3. Integrating Leadership Transformation and AI
   • Exploring the evolution of leadership skills in the AI era and discussing key drivers in leadership development to help leaders maintain a competitive edge in a rapidly changing environment.
4. AI Applications and Tools in Talent Development
   • Providing an in-depth look at practical AI tools in talent development, including selecting and implementing AI technologies to enhance learning outcomes and support accelerated growth during digital transformation.
   • One of the speakers, the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) Academy, is a recipient of the 2024 ATD Innovation in Talent Development Award.
