在這座保留歷史風情的瓶蓋工廠與滿滿古董老物的台北蚤之市，讓我們用一杯一杯的創意茶酒，解鎖你對台灣茶與日本酒的全新想像！

Have you ever wondered what kind of flavor sparks would ignite when Taiwanese tea meets Japanese sake?
This summer, we’ve handpicked iconic teas from across Taiwan—from north to south—and paired them with the complex layers of Japanese sake and authentic shochu, offering a tipsy tea-and-sake experiment inspired by the terroir of Asia.

At the historical POPOP Taipei, surrounded by antiques and beloved Taipei Flea Market, let us introduce you to a whole new way of experiencing Taiwanese tea and Japanese sake—one creative tea cocktail at a time!

INFUSE BAR茶酒相遇的風味實驗室 The Flavor Lab Where Tea Meets Sake

我們從台灣北、中、南茶區嚴選五款特色茶葉，結合日本清酒與燒酎，帶來風土限定的調酒靈感！每一款都是調酒師為這場夏季市集量身打造的特調原創：

1. 三峽碧螺春 × 越乃寒梅 Lagoon

米旨、木質調融合蘋果、蜜桃、佐以春摘嫩芽的清甜青草香，與吟釀酒的優雅果香完美融合，清新有層次。

2. 苗栗東方美人 × 王手門有錢也買不到芋燒酎

黑白麴混用的濃厚芋燒酎，苗栗東方美人溫潤圓滑，濃郁而不膩，茶香襯托出渾厚的酒體。

3. 日月潭紅茶 × 銷夏酒御代榮 20度原酒

小綠葉蟬之吻的蜜香紅茶，疊加20度原酒的醇厚甘甜，隱隱透出熟果與花蜜餘韻，而蜂蜜帶出溫柔的荔枝香。

4. 花蓮玄米茶 × 小牧釀造一尚白麴麥燒酎

烘焙米香與大麥燒酎交融，帶堅果與核桃的氣息，竟飄出濃郁的芝麻點綴，如同夏日泡沫般綿密。

5. 恆春港口茶 × 濱田 Chill Green 山胡椒燒酎

南國海風的鹽韻加上胡椒的辛香，先感受微辣迷人的野性，接著體會芒果絲絲的熱帶甜美。

We’ve selected five distinct Taiwanese teas from different regions (north, central, south) and infused them with premium Japanese sake and shochu, bringing you terroir-inspired cocktails crafted exclusively for this summer festival by our mixologists:

Sanxia Biluochun × Koshino Kanbai “Lagoon”
Rice umami and woody notes meet apple, peach and the grassy sweetness of early-spring tea buds. A refreshing and layered drink with elegant ginjo fruitiness.
Miaoli Oriental Beauty × Oushomon “Priceless” Imo Shochu
A bold blend of black and white koji shochu meets the smooth, mellow depth of Oriental Beauty tea. Full-bodied yet well-balanced.
Sun Moon Lake Black Tea × Goyou Sakura 20% Undiluted Sake
Honey-kissed black tea, courtesy of leafhopper-bitten leaves, layers with the rich sweetness of undiluted sake. Hints of ripe fruit, floral honey and a gentle lychee finish.
Hualien Genmaicha × Komaki Brewing “Issho” White Koji Barley Shochu
Roasted rice and barley create a nutty aroma with surprising sesame notes—like a dense summer foam in a glass.
Hengchun Gangkou Tea × Hamada “Chill Green” Sansho Shochu
Hints of sea salt and spicy sansho create a wild, alluring aroma, rounded out by tropical mango sweetness.
