入場須知 Admission Guidelines

1. 活動可於2025年8月16日－2025年8月17日每日11:00開始入場，活動期間全程皆可入場。週六最後入場時間為18:30，週日最後入場時間為17:30。
2. 一人憑一票券入場，憑票於入口處核銷後入場，入場當日可憑蓋章進出。
3. 活動票券視為有價證券，請妥善保管。如發生損失、破壞、燒毀或無法辨識等狀況，恕不補發或退換票券。
4. 本活動如遇天災及不可抗力因素而取消活動，將另行公布退票辦。

1. Admission starts daily at 11:00 AM from August 16 to August 17, 2025.

2. Last entry time: 6:30 PM on Saturday, 5:30 PM on Sunday.

3. Each person must present one ticket per entry. Tickets will be validated at the entrance, and same-day re-entry is allowed with a stamp.

4. Tickets are considered valuable documents. No replacement or refund will be provided if lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unreadable.

5. In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, a refund announcement will be made separately.

場地規範 Venue Regulations

1. 為維護活動品質，本活動有人數上限，所有票券均為限量販售，請儘早購票以免向隅。
2. 本活動保留驅離行為不當者（違法行為或嚴重妨礙其他消費者）之權利，被驅離之民眾不得向主辦單位要求再次入場或退票。
3. 松山文創園區全區禁菸，請勿於園區範圍內吸菸。
4. 愛護地球愛護環境，請遵守垃圾分類及不要亂丟垃圾。

1. To ensure the quality of the event, there is a capacity limit. All tickets are sold in limited quantities. Please purchase early to avoid disappointment.

2. The organizer reserves the right to remove individuals engaging in inappropriate behavior (including illegal acts or serious disturbance). Removed attendees are not entitled to re-entry or refunds.

3. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout Songshan Cultural and Creative Park.

4. Please respect the environment by sorting waste properly and avoiding littering.

票券相關 Ticketing Info

1. 單人票為一人一票憑票於核銷入場；如當日需中途離場，請於入口蓋章再次入場。
2. 雙人／三人票為團購優惠票，購票時為一次購買團體票券，憑票於活動期間同時核銷入場；如當日需中途離場，請於出入口蓋章再次入場。
3. 多人票種亦可單人使用，雙人票可用於雙人單日亦可用於單人雙日入場，請於入場時告知核票人員進行核銷即可。
4. 多人票種退票請整筆訂單退票，如購買多人票辦理退票時非整筆訂單退票，主辦單位有權於入場時要求補齊至現場票價金額。
5. 未購票或持假公關票入場者，經查獲將以現場票價雙倍金額補票。
6. 退票機制：消費者可於購買票券所載之活動日前二十日前申請退票，將斟酌收取NT$10手續費。

1. Single Ticket: One ticket per person, validated at the entrance. For re-entry, obtain a hand stamp.

2. Group Tickets (2-person/3-person): Discounted bundle tickets must be validated together at entry. Re-entry requires hand stamp.

3. Group tickets can also be used by a single person across multiple days (e.g., a 2-person ticket can be used for one person on two days). Please inform staff at entry for validation.

4. To refund group tickets, the entire order must be refunded together. Partial refunds of group tickets are not accepted; otherwise, full onsite ticket price must be paid to enter.

5. Any attendee found using unauthorized or counterfeit tickets must pay double the onsite ticket price as a penalty.

6. Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 20 days before the listed event date. A handling fee of NT$10 may be charged.

其他注意事項 Additional Notes

1. 主辦單位僅規劃活動內容及職人展出，職人品牌與民眾之交易請直接與品牌聯繫，若產生任何糾紛，主辦單位恕不負責。
2. 主辦單位保有更換場地及參展品牌之權利。
3. 請勿於非主辦單位官方正式授權售票之通路、網站購票，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位概不負責。
4. 購票入場代表同意主辦單位於本活動場域內拍攝肖像，並授權主辦單位使用肖像於電子媒體、網頁、網路社群等所有與本活動有關之宣傳上。
5. 購買本活動票券者同意主辦單位可使用其個人資訊（姓名、電話、email等資訊）寄發過手職人各項活動資訊或其他行銷目的。
6. 詳細活動規範依過手 職人官方粉絲專頁及現場公告為準。

1. The organizer is responsible for the event programming and artist showcases only. For transactions with artisan brands, please contact them directly. The organizer will not be held responsible for any disputes.
2. The organizer reserves the right to change the venue or participating brands.
3. Please only purchase tickets via officially authorized platforms. The organizer is not responsible for issues caused by purchasing through unauthorized sellers (e.g., denied entry).
4. By attending, participants agree to allow the organizer to photograph and use their image in media, websites and promotional content related to the event.
5. Ticket purchasers agree that the organizer may use their personal information (name, phone number, email, etc.) for promotional communications related to Guoshou Craftspeople and other marketing purposes.
