授課概要 Workshop Overview
設計思考初階工作坊，適合給沒有設計背景的學員來學習，它沒有課本課綱，透過史丹佛的教具教材，就可以將工作中或是生活上的各種問題，以設計師的角度來進行設計思考五步驟，就可以來解決棘手的問題！
無論是工作在職，或是在學學生，都可以將工作坊中，所學習到的知識，帶回到職場或是學校當中，實際的運用及執行！
本工作坊教練Cha Cha老師，於 2016年，前往史丹佛 d.school 進修設計思考這門課程，原汁原味的將史丹佛 d.school 的課程帶入，在整個學習過程中，運用循序漸進的學習方式，讓學員可以很清楚、很簡單的了解設計思考的知識原理，再透過遊戲任務來學習團隊合作、腦力互動及分享回饋，一起接受挑戰，完成限時的任務，在最後都會有超乎想像的加值效果！
這是一種新型態的互動體驗學習方式，讓學員捲起袖子，動動手也動動腦，讓想法不是空想，也不是放在心裡，真實把想法去實踐出來，當你走過一遍時，就不會忘記！這也是各企業單位 HR 及學校老師力薦的體驗學習課程！
The introductory Design Thinking workshop is ideal for students with no design background. There are no textbooks or formal syllabi; instead, using tools and materials from Stanford, participants will be guided through the five steps of design thinking to tackle workplace or personal challenges from a designer’s perspective!
Whether you’re a working professional or a student, the knowledge gained from the workshop can be applied to real-world scenarios in your workplace or academic environment.
The workshop coach, Cha Cha, attended Stanford d.school in 2016 to study Design Thinking. She brings the essence of Stanford’s d.school courses, using a step-by-step learning approach that helps participants easily grasp the principles of Design Thinking. Through interactive games and tasks, participants will develop teamwork skills, engage in brainstorming, and share feedback. Together, they’ll face timed challenges, resulting in unexpected added value by the end of the session!
This interactive and experiential learning approach encourages participants to roll up their sleeves, think critically, and take action. Ideas won’t remain abstract or hidden—participants will be guided to put them into practice. Once you’ve experienced this process, you won’t forget it! 講師介紹 Instructor Introduction
Cha Cha老師
目前為查查創意有限公司主理人及國際非營利組織Creative Mornings台北城市代表。
過去曾擔任學學文創公司的營運長，有著多年所累積的文化創意產業實戰經驗；在2011年第一次接觸到設計思考，也因著對設計思考充滿著學習的熱情，於是在臉書創立了Design Thinking設計思考粉絲團，至今已至企業、機關、學校、NGO等機構，教授百餘場的設計思考講座及工作坊。
因有感於台灣資訊的匱乏，在2016年自費前往史丹佛大學d.school進修設計思考專業，並於2017年受邀至德國HPI大學參加設計思考年會，與全世界的設計思考者進行交流，期盼藉由國外所習得的寶貴經驗，能貢獻所學經驗，幫助台灣社會、企業及學校能更多的擁抱創意，實踐創意。
Cha Cha is currently the founder of Cha Cha Creative Co., Ltd. and serves as the Taipei City representative for the international non-profit organization Creative Mornings.
She has accumulated years of experience in the cultural and creative industries, previously serving as the COO of Xue Xue Institute. In 2011, she was introduced to design thinking and, driven by her passion for learning, founded the Design Thinking fan page on Facebook. To date, she has led over 100 workshops and seminars on design thinking for corporations, government agencies, schools, and NGOs.
To address the lack of resources in Taiwan, she traveled to Stanford University’s d.school in 2016 for further training in Design Thinking. In 2017, she was invited to attend the Design Thinking Conference at HPI University in Germany, where she exchanged ideas with global design thinking leaders. Her goal is to contribute her knowledge and experience to help Taiwanese businesses, schools, and society embrace creativity and put it into action.
