113年青年創業嘉年華 2024 Youth Entrepreneurship Carnival

• 彰化青年盛宴：「新創滋味，經典重現」將彰化青年食材加以創新，結合現代料理手法，呈現出耳目一新的風味。
• 彰化百味：「青創饗宴，在地食材大串聯」以彰化在地食材為主角，展現青年創業者的創意與巧思，打造一場豐富多樣的味覺盛宴。

The Youth Exchange Dining Experience in this year’s carnival highlights the entrepreneurial products of Changhua’s youth. By crafting 15 exquisite dishes, the event intertwines culinary art with the entrepreneurial stories of local youth. Participants can savor the delicacies while experiencing the innovative achievements of Changhua’s young entrepreneurs.

   Local ingredients are creatively elevated with modern cooking techniques, offering a refreshing culinary perspective.
2. Changhua’s Flavors: “A Feast of Local Ingredients, Youthful Creativity”
   Showcasing the ingenuity and craftsmanship of young entrepreneurs, this gastronomic event celebrates the richness and diversity of Changhua’s local produce.
