當細胞為了生存奔波，養分便會逐漸流失，唯有記得補充能量與修復自己，才能拾回健康快樂的供輸節奏。新陳代謝持續進行中，慢一點，也沒有關係！
今年活動以「龜速新陳代謝」為題，我們將龜山市街視為一個有機體，探究流動在此的人、事、物如何彼此協助共同維持運作，在地方形成良善的循環。其中，龜山唯一的早市「龜山菜市場」扮演關鍵的角色，細胞們將透過體驗、跑店、展覽重新學習好好滋養自己。

As cells rush about for survival, nutrients gradually deplete. Only by remembering to replenish energy and repair ourselves can we regain a healthy and joyful rhythm of circulation. Metabolism continues—at a slower pace, that’s perfectly fine!
This year’s theme, “Guishan Style Metabolism”, views the streets of Guishan as a living organism. It explores how the people, events, and objects circulating here support one another to sustain its operation and create a virtuous cycle in the community. At the heart of this network lies Guishan Market, the district’s only morning market. Through experiences, market tours, and exhibitions, participants will learn anew how to nourish themselves.

從測驗你是哪種市場細胞人格開始，與生活在龜山市街的扁扁細胞一同前行，扁扁的狀態如同每一位為了生存奔波，養分逐漸流失的人，在馬可特（Market）的呼喚，前進龜山菜市場展開一場食材細胞營養學。
新陳代謝持續進行中，扁扁最終做出了心中No.1的料理，拾回健康快樂的供輸節奏，屬於你回憶中的那一道心頭好料會是什麼呢？讓我們在展覽中學習補充營養與修復自己。

Begin with a quiz to discover your “market cell personality,” then journey with the “Flat Cells” who live in Guishan’s streets. Their depleted, flattened state mirrors everyone striving for survival while losing nutrients along the way. Answering the call of the Market, they set off into Guishan Market to embark on a journey in the science of food-cell nutrition.
As metabolism continues, the Flat Cells ultimately create their No.1 dish from the heart, regaining a joyful rhythm of circulation. What’s that unforgettable comfort dish in your own memories? Join the exhibition to learn how to replenish and repair yourself.

市場尋寶趣將市場裡各式各樣的人細胞，透過角色任務索取訂單，以訂單上的指令遊走、採購、體驗完成任務，最終所有細胞將抵達競標拍賣會，為自己爭取最佳營養糧食！

In this treasure hunt, the many “market cells” take on character-based missions. Guided by order slips, participants wander, shop, and complete tasks throughout the market. Ultimately, all the cells converge at a lively auction, competing for the best nutritional provisions!
