活動匯集了10家精選酒商加上另外10家新竹相關的美食業者、以新竹在地的東方美人茶與柿餅等特色物產作為主軸之一在地伴手禮品牌，打造一場充滿風味與驚喜的感官之旅。無論您是美食愛好者，都能在這裡找到專屬於風城的微醺時光，也創造出接下來的中秋佳節選品的最佳之地。

「風城微醺物語」的核心宗旨在於展現新竹豐富多元的物產風貌，藉由跨領域的創新合作，讓更多人發現這座城市的無限可能。活動不僅是單純的美酒饗宴，更是一個連結在地產業、促進商業交流的重要平台，拉維諾雖為酒商但深知食物跟美酒不可切割。

Welcome to “Breezy City Tipsy Tales” — Hsinchu’s very first annual event themed around “Alcohol × Local Produce”, to be held on September 13–14 at distinctive venues across Hsinchu City. This two-day celebration will take you on a journey through the city’s rich terroir and culture, offering meticulously curated wine and food experiences that capture the unique charm of Hsinchu.

The event will feature 10 handpicked wine merchants alongside 10 Hsinchu-based culinary vendors, highlighting local specialties such as Oriental Beauty Tea and dried persimmons. Select local souvenir brands will also take part, creating a sensory journey filled with flavors and surprises. Whether you’re a food lover or simply looking to enjoy a light, tipsy moment in the Breezy City, this is also the perfect place to discover thoughtful Mid-Autumn Festival gift ideas.

The core mission of Breezy City Tipsy Tales is to showcase Hsinchu’s diverse agricultural and culinary bounty through cross-disciplinary collaborations, revealing the city’s boundless potential. More than just a wine feast, it serves as a vital platform for connecting local industries and fostering business exchange. As the organizer Lavino knows well — while we are wine merchants, food and wine are inseparable.

Through this festival, we aim to bring new excitement to Hsinchu, while creating more opportunities for the local dining and souvenir industries to grow in diverse ways. Balancing tradition and innovation, we hope to preserve and revitalize Hsinchu’s product culture, ultimately shaping a unique brand identity for the Breezy City.

• Please bring your own eco-friendly food containers; food can be taken home. Vendors will offer eco-friendly discounts of NT$5–NT$10. We aim to reduce environmental impact while hosting this event.

• Complimentary reusable wine glasses will be provided. Specially designed tote bags will also be available for carrying your wine purchases without extra packaging.

1. 為避免影響他人品飲感官，活動當日請勿噴灑香水或有味道之髮妝用品。
2. 活動期間自由入場／入席，如團體報名建議儘早入場。
3. 活動將憑QR Code掃描入場，每個QR Code僅限使用乙次，請妥善保管避免他人誤用。團體票請「購票人」事前將QR Code截圖給「參加者」。
4. 活動報名資料皆為必填欄位，請確實填寫，始得參加活動資格；若未確實填寫，將無法參與活動，感謝您的配合。
5. 依中華民國酒類法規，參加者須為年滿18歲之成年人，若經查未滿18歲，無條件取消參加資格。​
6. 本活動由拉維諾貿易股份有限公司主辦、執行。
7. 參加者於參加本活動之同時，即表示同意主辦單位於品酒會活動中以拍攝或錄影方式截取可能含有參加者肖像之照片及影片，並授權主辦單位使用於其官方Facebook粉絲頁、官方 LINE帳號刊登、YouTube影片播放，或是其他宣傳物件。
8. 參加者於參加本活動之同時，即表示已詳閱及同意本活動辦法之相關規定，並明確瞭解主辦單位及承辦單位得因本活動之一切需要或行銷目的、統計報告、為履行法定或契約義務、客服聯繫、贈品寄送，以及其他紛爭解決事件之處理（下稱蒐集目的）。供拉維諾貿易有限公司及其所指定辦理本活動之委外廠商，以自動化機器或其他非自動化之利用方式，依個人資料保護相關法規蒐集、處理、國際傳輸及利用。
9. 拉維諾保留活動所有權和釋義權。
10. 退票辦法：活動日八天以前（活動日期起算）請私訊拉維諾館方帳號辦理退費並收取10%手續費，活動日前第七天以內僅接受名額轉讓，恕不接受任何形式之退費或折抵其他用途之消費金額，辦法請詳閱退款須知。（若活動日期為12月31日，報名人最遲於12月24日晚間23:59分前申請退票，包含例假日。）
11. 如因個人因素無法出席僅接受名額轉讓。

1. Avoid wearing perfume or scented hair products to preserve the tasting experience for others.

2. Guests may enter and move freely during the event; for group registrations, early arrival is recommended.

3. Admission via QR code scan; each QR code is valid for one-time use only. Group ticket holders should send each participant their code in advance.

4. All registration information is required; incomplete forms will result in disqualification.

5. In compliance with Taiwan’s alcohol laws, participants must be 18 years or older; those found underage will be denied entry without exception.

6. By attending, participants agree to allow the organizer to photograph or film during the event and use such content for promotional purposes (Facebook, LINE, YouTube, printed materials, etc.).

7. Participation constitutes consent to the event’s terms and the collection, processing, and use of personal data by Lovely Lovero and authorized partners for event execution, marketing, legal compliance, customer service, prize delivery, statistical analysis, and dispute resolution.

8. Lovely Lovero reserves all rights of final interpretation.

Refund Policy

• Requests made 8 days before the event (counting from the event date) will incur a 10% handling fee; contact Lovely Lovero via private message for processing.

• From 7 days before the event onward, only ticket transfers will be accepted — no refunds or credit toward other purchases. See the refund policy for details.

• If unable to attend due to personal reasons, only ticket transfers are allowed.
