靜心冥想, 調整呼吸:
透過頻率音樂和水晶頻率輔助,讓心靈回歸平靜,為手沖咖啡的體驗做準備。

咖啡對你/我們來說是什麼
重新定義咖啡的意義,打破迷思,讓每一杯咖啡成為心靈的鏡子。

講師講解與操作手沖過程
由Chiao Chiao親自示範日式手沖咖啡的每一步驟,體驗咖啡的藝術。

學員實作
親自體驗手沖的過程,下次上課可帶自己喜愛的咖啡豆,進一步探索咖啡與內心的連結。

Mindful Meditation, Breath Control:
Begin by calming the mind with frequency music and crystal vibrations, preparing yourself for the pour-over coffee experience.

What Does Coffee Mean to You/Us?:
Redefine the meaning of coffee, break myths, and let each cup become a mirror for your soul.

Instructor’s Demonstration of the Pour-Over Process:
Chiao Chiao will personally demonstrate each step of the Japanese pour-over coffee technique, allowing you to experience the art of coffee-making.

Student Hands-On Practice:
Experience the pour-over process yourself. In the next class, bring your favorite coffee beans to further explore the connection between coffee and your inner self.

靜心冥想,調整呼吸
再次透過頻率音樂和水晶頻率,進入平靜的狀態,讓心靈與咖啡共鳴。

家用器材的選用與濾杯差異
深入了解不同器材對咖啡風味的影響,選擇最適合自己的手沖工具。

各式手沖的差異
探討不同手沖方法的獨特之處,從中找到最能表達自己心境的方式。

講師講解與操作手沖過程
Chiao Chiao將再次示範手沖過程,並解答學員的疑問。

學員實作
學員們將再次親自操作,通過反覆練習,將手沖技術融入日常,讓每一杯咖啡成為心靈的慰藉。

Chiao Chiao will once again demonstrate the pour-over process and answer any questions from students.

Students will practice again, refining their pour-over skills and integrating them into daily life, turning each cup of coffee into a source of comfort for the soul.
