酸白菜的起源來自哪裏呢?跟鹹菜、泡菜又有何關係?您將學習到酸白菜的製作原理、過程和應用方法,為料理增添獨特風味。

三、酸白菜手作體驗

導師將不藏私教學釀造酸白菜的步驟、材料比例、保存方式及各種小撇步~一起來動手試試看吧!課程可帶回親手體驗製作的酸白菜一瓶,煮湯、炒菜都超美味~

四、入菜品嚐

1. Meet Your Fermentation Friends – Microorganisms

In the kitchen, microorganisms are our best friends! Many delicious foods, such as soy sauce, miso and vinegar, are created through fermentation. Fermented foods are a perfect blend of microorganisms and time, offering not only enhanced flavors but also nutritional benefits that support gut health and overall vitality. In this session, we’ll introduce you to the wonders of fermentation!

2. Understanding Sauerkraut

Where does sauerkraut originate from? How does it differ from pickled vegetables and kimchi? Learn about the principles, process, and applications of making sauerkraut to add a unique touch to your cooking.

3. Hands-On Sauerkraut Making

Our instructor will guide you step by step through the fermentation process, covering ingredients, fermentation ratios, storage tips and special tricks! Participants will get to make their own jar of sauerkraut, perfect for soups, stir-fries and more!

4. Cooking & Tasting

Not sure how to use your freshly made sauerkraut in a dish? We’ll demonstrate a sauerkraut hot pot for everyone to enjoy! Taste, learn and have fun together.

1.課程將安排料理餐點分享,可攜帶個人餐具。
2.做好的酸白菜須放置陰涼處2~3週後方可食用,開封後需冷藏。
3.建議自備環保購物袋方便裝甕。

  1. A tasting session is included—please bring your own utensils.
  2. The fermented sauerkraut requires 2-3 weeks in a cool place before consumption and must be refrigerated after opening.
  3. We recommend bringing a reusable bag to carry your jar.
