由1937年『農林廳林業試驗所轄管廳舍』的歷史建築改建而成，

坐在陳年木屋中，品嚐著溫潤的咖啡香，享受陽明山獨有的午後時光～

DouLiu Forest is part of the Taipei City Department of Cultural Affairs’ “Old House Cultural Movement 2.0”.

Originally built in 1937 as the “Forestry Experiment Station Office” under the Department of Agriculture and Forestry, it is now a historic site.

Savor the rich aroma of coffee in a century-old wooden house and enjoy the unique afternoon ambiance of Yangmingshan.

In 2020, it began accepting group reservations, unveiling the secret of Taipei’s pristine water.

Guided by professional docents from the Taipei Water Department, this experience explores Taipei’s “living relics” through historical and cultural perspectives.

Trace the journey of our natural drinking water to its pure origins and understand the importance of safeguarding this precious resource.

｜遇見黃金溪谷的故事 The Story of Golden Valley｜

走到橋側面將會看到拱形的橋體 已被日積月累的磺氣染得金黃

配上同樣被染成金黃色的溪流岩石，以及兩旁茂密的山谷植被

溪流的水看似清澈，但不能飲用的喔！

至於原因為何，就讓我們一起來聽故事吧～

By the arched bridge, you’ll find the structure stained golden by sulfur over time.

The golden hue of the stream’s rocks and the lush greenery surrounding the valley create a breathtaking view.

While the stream appears crystal clear, its water is not potable!

在進入即將對外開放的「藍寶石泉」之前，會先經過一條優美的弧形拱橋「草山水管橋」

外層為混凝土材質緊緊包覆著水管，是為了避免水管受到火山硫磺的侵蝕，更是為了保護純淨的湧泉受污染

再次開放水源地，讓我們有機會用正確的方式關心日常生活議題，也可以更加認識台灣這片土地

Before reaching the soon-to-be-opened Sapphire Spring, we will cross the scenic Grass Mountain Water Pipe Bridge.

This reinforced concrete bridge encases the water pipes, protecting them from volcanic sulfur erosion while safeguarding the pristine spring water from contamination.

With the re-opening of this water source, we can reconnect with environmental issues through meaningful experiences and deepen our understanding of Taiwan’s land.

藍寶石泉秘境有著「亞洲第一湧泉」美稱，因泉水帶有淡淡藍色，水質甘醇的程度更可以直接生飲呢～

The gates remain locked on regular days to preserve the zero-contamination natural spring.

Nicknamed “Asia’s No. 1 Spring”, Sapphire Spring is renowned for its subtle blue hue and pure, drinkable water quality.

你知道為什麼文化大學公車站稱「山仔后」嗎？

美軍宿舍群位於文化大學附近，佔地四萬餘坪

這些宿舍的興建是源於1950年韓戰爆發，美國成立美軍顧問團並派遣第七艦隊協防台海

1952年起，以美援資金徵收農地興建西式住宅，供美國軍眷使用

可愛的白色建築、有著難得一見的煙囪，聽說有些屋內還有著暖爐呢！

跟我們走一回，你會發現這些故事都跟美軍宿舍與他的歷史很有關係喔～

Ever wonder why the bus stop near Chinese Culture University is called “Shan-Zai-Hou”?

Located nearby, the U.S. Military Housing Complex spans over 40,000 square meters.

Constructed in the 1950s during the Korean War, these Western-style homes were built with U.S. aid funds to house American military families.

The charming white buildings, complete with rare chimneys and even some fireplaces, are brimming with stories linked to this historical period.
