諮商輔導中心 Counseling & Guidance Center|正念療癒力講座 Mindfulness Healing Lecture

現代生活節奏快速,資訊爆炸,許多人在不知不覺間被情緒與壓力左右。為幫助同學更好地照顧自己,台北校區諮商輔導中心將於12/3(二)13:10在D101教室舉辦「正念療癒力」講座,搭配通識課程,帶來一場結合理論與實作的正念體驗活動,開放有興趣的同學旁聽參加。
講座將帶領同學透過規律的正念練習,探索情緒與思考的運作機制,學習如何在日常中打破「自動駕駛」反應,進一步減輕壓力、提升身心健康。正念不僅能幫助穩定情緒,更是一種有效的自我療癒工具,讓同學在學習之餘也能找到心靈的平衡與安定。

In today’s fast-paced world with an overload of information, many people are unknowingly influenced by emotions and stress. To help students take better care of themselves, Counseling & Guidance Center at Taipei Campus will host a lecture on Mindfulness Healing on Tuesday, December 3, at 13:10 in D101. Integrated with a general education course, this event combines theory and practice, offering a hands-on mindfulness experience. Interested students are welcome to audit and participate.
The lecture will guide students through regular mindfulness exercises to explore the mechanisms of emotions and thoughts. Participants will learn how to break free from automatic reactions in daily life, reduce stress, and enhance mental and physical well-being. Mindfulness not only stabilizes emotions but also serves as an effective tool for self-healing, helping students find balance and peace amidst their studies.
