諮商輔導中心 Counseling & Guidance Center｜暖心輔導系列活動 Heartwarming Counseling Series

新學期伊始，桃園校區諮商輔導中心精心規劃一系列手作活動、專題講座與工作坊，透過多元媒材，引導同學們進行自我探索、愛情關係討論、個人成長與自我肯定，提供大家放鬆身心的學習體驗。

本學期活動涵蓋多種類型，包括3/14（五）12:00在P102舉行的「心靈DJ期初大會曁專題講座」，3/24（一）18:00在Q101的「自我探索 牌卡團體」，3/24（二）18:30於S210舉辦的「串起你的戀愛小圈圈手作工作坊」，3/26（三）18:00同樣在S210舉行的「秘密情書～愛心手作訊息蠟燭工作坊」，4/22（二）18:00於Q101帶來「打造泥的家 手作微型水泥家具」，4/25（五）12:00在S210舉行「未來不好說 但你可以勇敢飛行」，5/2（五）12:00則有「打破情感束縛：重拾自主與平衡」，最後5/5（一）18:00在S210「愛的發光體 乾燥花發光塗鴉留言板」為學期活動劃下句點；透過實作與專業經驗分享，帶領同學們深入探索內心世界。

桃園校區同學可​選擇有興趣的場次並親自前往諮商輔導中心（Q101）報名參加，透過參與不同主題的活動，放慢腳步感受內心的聲音，從中獲得啟發與成長。歡迎大家踴躍報名，共同開啟豐富而充滿溫度的學習旅程！

As the new semester begins, the Counseling & Guidance Center at Taoyuan Campus has thoughtfully planned a series of hands-on workshops, themed lectures and group activities. Through various creative mediums, these activities aim to guide students in self-exploration, discussions on romantic relationships, personal growth and self-affirmation, while providing a relaxing and enriching learning experience.

• 4/22 (Tue) 18:00 | Q101 – “Create Your Home – Mini Concrete Furniture Crafting”
• 4/25 (Fri) 12:00 | S210 – “The Future is Uncertain, but You Can Fly Bravely”
• 5/2 (Fri) 12:00 | S210 – “Breaking Emotional Constraints: Regaining Autonomy & Balance”
• 5/5 (Mon) 18:00 | S210 – “Glowing Love – Dried Flower Graffiti Message Board”

Through hands-on activities and professional experience sharing, these events will help students delve deeper into their inner world.

Students at Taoyuan Campus can choose their preferred sessions and register in person at Counseling & Guidance Center (Q101). These activities provide an opportunity to slow down, listen to your inner voice and gain inspiration for personal growth.
