✓ 從策略出發,企劃是在設計觀眾的理解方式與參與動機

一場活動該怎麼吸引目光、引發好奇?當資訊密度不斷提升、參與形式日趨多元,「企劃力」決定了一場活動能否被看見、被理解,並進一步被記住。

從命名、語言、視覺到情境設計,企劃構築內容,也在引導觀眾如何進入、理解與參與。當方向被清楚定義,活動才能建立一致、有感的節奏與印象。

✓ What should an event say? How should it be presented? How do you grab attention?
✓ How to integrate the theme, content, and pacing to create a clear and engaging participant experience?
✓ Starting from strategy, event planning is about designing how audiences understand and engage with the event.

How can an event attract attention and spark curiosity? In an era where information density keeps increasing and participation formats grow more diverse, “planning skills” determine whether an event can be seen, understood and remembered.

From naming, language, and visuals to scenario design, planning shapes the content while guiding the audience on how to enter, understand and participate. Once the direction is clearly defined, the event can build a consistent, impactful rhythm and impression.

8/14 設計小聚講座「一眼就中的活動企劃力」 邀請民生電氣、嘻哈龍虎門、子皿三組團隊主理人,從活動敘事、空間規劃、跨界整合到現場執行,分享他們如何打造有感的活動體驗。

On August 14, the Design Meetup talk “Event Planning that Captures Attention at First Glance” invites three creative teams—Minelectro INC., LHM (Long Hu Men) and In Utero—to share how they craft compelling event experiences, covering storytelling, spatial planning, cross-disciplinary integration and on-site execution.
